    Its always hard to find a great salon when youre not from the area so you rely on other peoples review and your gut. Well both nailed this salon! From the moment I walked in everything was easy and very upbeat! I sent the salon photos of my hair and then what I would like and Allison got it! We went over what I wanted when I sat down in the chair and everything we picked was done! She did a great job! Couldnt believe it was done in under 3 hrs too!I know Ill be coming back. Alisons personality is happy, upbeat and she knows her hair color!Thanks so much Luna Salon! You guys rock! Ill be passing your name along!❤️

    I have never been as happy with my hair as I’ve been since I started seeing Lauren in the last two years. Lauren is amazing. I get a cut, partial foil, and toner. I get constant compliments!I used to do extensions (which I also loved from here), but my hair is longer now and I honestly love my own hair so much now that I’m skipping extensions this winter.As a whole, the studio is beautiful and welcoming. Helpful staff and they are efficient. When I show up for my appointment I am seen. No waiting an additional 15-30 minutes (always an issue at other salons).Make and keep your appointment because these girls are highly sought after and rescheduling can be tough. I’m not upset at that because they deserve all the business they get!

    Very professional and knowledgeable. Lauren helped me determine the best style for my curly hair that I would be able to keep up on my own. This was absolutely the best experience ive ever had at a salon. Lauren was patient and explained all the different types of cuts and the upkeep it would need. She did a great job.And ive already made my next appointment. Reasonable prices too. A big thank you to Luna Salon and especially to Lauren!

    So my main stylist at Luna moved back to Colorado and I was bummed. I took a risk and just sat with any stylist. My hair is PERFECT I honestly don’t know how she (Carson) was able to translate my description to precisely my vision but, she DID.I’m not a high maintenance person at all. They have always listened to me and made my hair be exactly what suits my daily life as well as make it look star quality on the occasional day I actually blow dry my hair!I would go again and again. Not to mention the head massage of the dream I didn’t realize I had. So yup, go.

    To preface, my normal gal is on maternity leave and she still has my heart, but I went to another gal this time, miss Caroline, who did NOT disappoint! Im not very good at communicating what I want, but she literally read my mind. My hair looks gorgeous, its the perfect blend of my natural color and a lighter blonde, Im obsessed! My only complaint, and this is more so to warn others to not be naive like myself, is that toward the end she asked if I wanted her to dust off my ends. I said yes, because why not, but I was startled to see an extra $50 charge on my bill for an added haircut. I dont want to sound ignorant because I do truly appreciate her time and service, however I would barely consider the dusting a trim, much less a haircut, and the charge didnt feel accurate or fair. I dont believe it took more than 5 minutes either. I wouldve been happy to pay for what I felt it was worth and I also wouldve appreciated her informing me that the quick dusting would cost me that much. I am super happy with the color though and overall enjoyed my experience at Luna!

    Ive been seeing Jen at Luna for the last few years and have been nothing but satisfied. My hair has never looked better and every time I change it up Jen seems to know exactly what Im looking for! Theyre not pushy with add on products and services, which I really appreciate, and prices are comparable to others in the area. Ill keep coming to Luna as long as I can!

    The best salon experience I’ve ever had!Macy is an expert and by far the best I’ve ever encountered! I’ve struggled to get my desired blonde color for years and she got me there with lots of hard work and professional and detailed care!If I had to only use two words had to describe Macy it would be EXPERT & CARE! I’m so amazed by her skills, professional and friendly personality, and hard work!1000% recommend Macy! I wish I would have found her sooner!

I Lindsay and Lauren have been my stylist for years and her salon always puts customer service and customer satisfaction a number one priority! I cannot say enough about the entire experience; you will never be disappointed!

    My whole life I’ve always had my sister cut my hair even now as a 22 year oldIt was the same hair cut all the time, 1-2 times a year and always had 3-5 inches chopped (cause my hair was dead.. so I was told).I knew nothing about my hair.My friends had this whole routine when it came to their hair and so many different products and I just did the normal shampoo and conditioner. 😐So one of my friends recommended Luna Salon and talked really highly about this Salon They told me they could help me figure out my hair and try to find what’s best for me.So I booked an appointment within the week!They are very friendly and such great service!Jen, my absolute life saver!She gave me a consultation and told me my hair was healthy ( I hadnt cut in a year) , she gave me a trim (1 1/2-2 inches) and layers.Jen told me that my hair wasn’t dead but dehydrated! 😦 didn’t know that was a thing!I am sooo happy with the results.Jen was honest, funny and just amazing!Luna salon definitely is there to look out for you and to make sure you are happy and your hair is healthy!They weren’t trying to sell me a bunch of things or take my money (so I’ve heard other salons like to do).Definitely going to be coming back!This place is better than expected10000/10 and can I just say this place is so fancy and cute 😍Ps. when my hubby picked me up was loving my new hair cut and couldn’t stop smelling my hair because the products in it! 😅

    I am thoroughly impressed by Luna Salon! I have never visited the same salon twice in Tallahassee, until Luna Salon. My stylist, Mollie is an absolute doll and does an amazing job; she will have my business going forward. However, my last haircut didnt turn out quite right, my hairs fault (it can be very difficult to to work with at times), not Mollies. I debated for about a week on whether or not to reach out to the salon to see if they could touch up some areas. Well, let me tell you about amazing customer service; Lindsey, the owner, responded to my email asking for help within a few hours and was able to get me in the next morning and personally tackle the disaster that is my hair. Lindsey worked her magic and made my hair look amazing! But sorry, Lindsey, Mollie is still my go-to girl!

This has now been my 2nd blonde visit with her… my hair is touchable soft, growing back out and she gives me the undivided attention I need while in her chair- even turned on the FSU vs. Clemson game so I didn’t miss it! 🫶🏼

    I had seen Lindsey before because she does my parents hair, but this salon is by far the best salon I have ever been to! The pictures from the pre opening didn’t do it justice, it is gorgeous! The girl at the front desk, Liv I believe, was super sweet! I was offered a beverage and ended up with both tea and water for my visit.My hair washing was so relaxing, they even massaged my neck.Of course my haircut was stunning. The style was flawless, Lindsey is by far the best stylist I have come across in Tallahassee, and her salon is the best as well. I will be coming back for years to come, that is for sure!

    Caroline has been doing my hair for years and I trust her completely! Luna Salon is so cute and quiet. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 seconds to be in a salon chair and the staff is so friendly. It’s incredibly clean, everyone is taking all necessary health precautions, and there weren’t more than 7 or 8 people in the salon at one time. It’s also super affordable!!

    I went to Luna for a hair cut and style and had Macy as my stylist. She did an absolutely WONDERFUL job and I will definitely be going back! She asked me about my hair, what products I use, what my hair goals were, and made sure we were on the same page before she cut. I have natural curls and she did a fantastic job of getting the layers I asked for to create more volume and lighten the load on my curls. If you’re thinking about booking, ask for Macy!     Miranda did a wonderful job on my hair at Luna Salon. I had never had any highlighting done to my hair and after finding Luna Salon on Instagram, I knew they’d be the right place. I’ve seen so many inspiring before and after pictures it made me want to try something new. For so long people have begged me to never do any coloring or dying to my hair given it’s natural red hair and highlights from the sun. But I felt confident that the stylists at Luna Salon could do it right, and they did. Go see Miranda if you can.

    I can’t say enough good things about Jen! She did such an amazing job with my hair. I am new to Tallahassee and was scared I wouldn’t be able to find a good salon. I was able to make my appointment within the same week due to someone cancelling their appointment. Jen really took the time to make sure she addressed my concerns and made sure my hair looked how I wanted it to. My number one concern was how rough my hair had become after bleaching it. She put on a hair mask and used a couple of different serums to help. It made a tremendous difference. We darkened my hair because I was sooo over all the maintenance it took to keep my hair blonde. It looks so good! I’m glad she toned it twice too. My hair was in desperate need of a good color and cut. Even after all this she still took the time to help me get some quality products! I’m so happy with my hair. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!

    Luna Salon was very prepared to welcome back customers! They provided masks and hand sanitizer for their clients before entering the salon. I felt very comfortable in the salon, knowing it had been thoroughly sanitized.I appreciated Lindsey’s helpful suggestions on how to shape my hair for a shorter hair cut.     I went in to get my tape in extensions put in. Initially two sided tape was used. Taylor was my stylist she was professional and pleasant to work with. Within days my extensions were falling out and causing havoc- that being said this was due to my hair being extremely fine and to no fault of the stylist. I messaged Lindsey, the owner, and she had me be back in within 48 hours to take the extensions out, clean them, and reapply them using single sided tape. My mind was blown!!! 100% difference in feel on my head. She didn’t charge me for the correction and took her time and treated me wonderfully. The professionalism and care for clients is what will keep me coming back.

    Had a make-up tutorial with Eryn. After 47 years and going thru chemotherapy, I FINALLY feel comfortable with applying my own make-up with a day & night look. Eryn was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. The salon was very nice in the set-up and the staff was very friendly! When I get my hair back from the chemo I will come back.

    Front staff were great and my stylist Arista was fantastic! I told her about my coconut allergy in advance and she took the time to find products that would work for me. She was super sweet, attentive and knowledgeable of products for my kinky/coily hair. Best shampoo and deep conditioner ever! I love her!!!!!

    I visited Luna for the first time today and I was so impressed! It was very clean, neat and tidy, welcoming from the sign out front to the kind and warm greeter at the front desk (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) to the wonderful ambiance of the entire salon.
