I admit I went to this massage, with a Living Social voucher for a 60-minute massage, with low expectations, given the other reviews here. My experience was very different. I was in the waiting room for about 3 minutes. My therapist was Hannah, and she was very good. As for the length of the massage, when my hour was nearly up, she said We have another two or three minutes, is there any area you want me to go back to? I definitely got my full hour. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and will go back to Hannah to pay full price. This was the first time I had been to the salon, and because of the layout of the place (lots of little rooms), I didnt see any other areas. I was there at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and they seemed busy.Added 09/13--I just went back for a second Groupon massage. Hannah evidently doesnt work there anymore, so I had my massage by Emily. She was very good and even gave me a few minutes over the hour. I again had a minimal wait in the lobby area. Once again employees were friendly.

I bought a groupon for a shampoo, cut, style, and partial highlight. My appointment was with Natalie who did an amazing job. My hair is very thick and long but she took amazingly good care of me despite that. My highlights and cut look wonderful. Ive only been out of the salon an hour and Ive been complimented a few times already. I bought a groupon for a massage, also, so Im hoping that goes just as well as my hair.These reviews have me scared.

We love Red Hots! The couples massage was great! We loved how intimate and calming the environment was. Not too mention I got roses and chocolates :). The therapists were very knowledgeable and thorough. The whole atmosphere of the salon was relaxing and the staff are fun and helpful. Cant wait to do it again!

Had a pedicure & color n cut all in same day. Salons décor was great, also very clean.Staff was friendly. My pedicure was so relaxing..just what I needed. My consultation for my hair was great , she took enough time to find out what I wanted as well as what I liked and didnt like. I got a complete color change. I have received more compliments on my hair in the last few days than I ever have. I will return! Great experience!!!!

Great massage by Valerie! Wife bought me a Groupon for a 50 minute massage that Valerie performed on Dec 24. I did have difficulty finding the place because its in a slightly non-traditional location, but Valerie was very friendly, professional, and has extremely good hands. She is talkative, so if you want a quiet massage just let her know; she doesnt mind. Overall, my experience was very good and plan to book more with Valerie and Red Hots!

My sister and I used a Groupon for a pedicure and had a GREAT experience. So much so that we even bought the Pedicure Club Card! Paula was my tech and was very friendly and informative about their other services that I had no clue about. I love the relaxing decor and intimate setting that leaves you feeling like you just had a mini vacation. I will DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!

I got a massage as a gift from a friend (he got it from Groupon). I thought it was absolutely fantastic - I signed up for the once a month massage! I have also gotten a pedicure and a facial (all 3 from different techs) - and all were first class - wonderful place.

I had a groupon for a relaxation massage with Valerie and the experience was outstanding. She used just the right amount of pressure and I could feel the tension leaving my muscles. Highly recommended!

I have never been here. Ive seen the ads on Groupon so wanted to check them out. In reading all of these scathing reviews, there seems to be one major complaint: they dont answer the phone when you want them to.Rather than calling nonstop for however long you chose to, why dont you leave a voice mail so they call you back? Theyre busy. Be respectful. And remember, you get what you pay for. If you are buying a Groupon for a service and its market 50% off, dont expect to get more than you pay for. The person thats taking care of you is already doing it for free or very little. So be grateful, and always tip on the FULL PRICED SERVICE before the discount. Take care of the people who take care of you. Disclaimer: Ive never been to this business. I am not endorsing nor condemning it.

Have had two pedicures with Danielle, and both times have been awesome. My feet felt so good afterwards and the polish is still on my feet after two weeks. Decided to have her do my hair.

I had a good massage and it was relaxing everyone was polite and I got there on time with my groupon and they took me as soon as I walked in which was 5 minutes before my appointment and they used my groupon no problem
