Got a haircut from a young lady with purple hair wish I knew her name but she did such an amazing job even though it was her first time cutting that much hair. Definitely recommend this salon!! Love my haircut

,, just had a facial from a very experienced lady Claudia ,, OMG ,, all I can say is that was one of the best facials I have ever received ,, my skin feels so hydrated and fresh ,, she took her time ,, I felt very safe and much confidence in her as well ,, I booked another appointment with her ,, her experience in skin care is over the top ,, very satisfied and highly recommend ,, the price was definitely less expensive then her experience is worth ,, a blessing itself ,, thank you Claudia for a wonderful experience ,,

My hair was medium auborn brown with some blonde lights and alot of hidden stubborn grays. Liz took care of me! She lifted my hair to a light cool ash Blonde. Im so happy I went to her! Ive been dying my hair at home for years and just wanted to go somewhere I could feel pampered! Shes AWESOME and walked me through every step! I went in there feeling nervous and left feeling completely happy! Going Blonde is a process some people dont understand! Im really beyond happy at the outcome! Will definitely be back! LIZ is wonderful at what she does!

Love coming here for mine and my son’s haircuts! We see Gerry and she does an amazing job. We have been to many different salons and hairdressers no one compares to Gerry. So happy to have found the right person 😊

I forgot her name but she’s the only stylist I trust here (specifically at Wellington) she did my hair about 3 years ago and then again this year in summer for my quince. She has black hair very pretty, an accent, talks some Spanish. Love her tho.

Im a pretty tough customer when it comes to getting my hair cut, but Maria really listened to me and nailed the cut I was looking for. I have very short hair and alot of callicks to deal with and Maria took all that in and still gave me the cut I wanted. I even texted her later to tell her I loved, loved , loved my hair.I highly recommend Maria and will be going back to her.

I was very pleased by the service I got. My appointment was with Maria M., She did a great job on my hair. I was initially going to get a body wave as my hair is straight and fine and has no body. She showed me with the right haircut and shape and products how to make my hair have some body and wave to it. No other hair stylist has done that before. I highly recommend Maria M. Very professional and knowledgeable!!

First review- I only write reviews when I think they’re really worth it... my hairdresser was Edward and he was amazing. I attached a before and after picture. I was blonde before (and he did it) and then I wanted to go to a burgundy. Very professional and I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know. He’s good at what he does. I will be a lifetime customer!!!Update review: So I have returned back to JCP .. it’s been 8 months .. I went brighter. Edward and Joanne worked on my hair. They were phenomenal... if you’re thinking about it just do it. They are great there. Joanne actually did my daughters hair and she was fantastic. She will definitely be my daughters long time hairdresser. Thank you guys. You are great

Had an awesome experience today. Liz did a great job understanding the bold haircut I wanted and she executed with excellence. This is my second time getting my hair done by her and I will continue to go to her in the future. Highly recommend her, very experienced.

I just had my first keratin treatment done. Edward the manager was my stylist. I was very nervous about losing my volume. Everything went well. Today I washed my hair and was able to style my hair like always. It has less curl but it looks and feels amazing. Would highly recommend Edward.

Had a great experience here at JCPenney sOnly got a little bit of a trim but my stylisttook extra time on washing my hair and massaging my scalp and it was so nice and so appreciative. Hair cut looked great.

There is so much I can share about my experience at this salon, overall I would personally thank the manager, Arianna & Miguel & the receptionist. Since April, they made my daughter feel like a princess for her prom. From hair & make up, to her layering curls, to the personal attention, I couldnt be happier. It just got better after that. Miguel & Arianna are my personal favorites as is Liz. These employees make you feel like family every time you walk in. Ive never had one issue, one denial or complaint. This is my 3rd or 4th visit, & I must say, I wont go any where else, they know what they are doing, they ate professional, courteous & welcoming. Thank you!

Tommy was incredible I have thick curly hair and if its not cut right,its bushy. Tommy took his time and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted! Im so pleased with my hair!! Thank you Tommy! I will be back and have you again!!

After many years of going to Aveida for my hair color, last year I stumbled upon Edward at the JC Penny salon and have never been happier. Ive also noticed he spends time consulting and training his stylists so they learn from his amazing techniques. Nice to see a manager that works side by side with his team.

Good hairdressers, conveniently located, the only downside I see is, they keep the Salem feeling like an icebox. It is so cold in there, I can barely tolerate it. I have to take breaks and go outside to warm up. That is why I am not giving 5 stars. I would say it is a step up from Fantastic Sam’s.

I made an appointment with a sinor designer.. Janet!!! She was the best hair stylist I have been to in many years!! She listen to me and gave me a cut that is the best in MANY YEARS!!! I will only go to her from now on!!!
