Kelly is the absolute best. She went out of her way to fix my nails and hand painted my designs for a concert I have coming up. She is attentive, so kind, and obviously great at what she does! I haven’t done my nails in years and she made the whole experience comfortable for me. The receptionist also so kind and professional. I will always appreciate a salon that puts their clients first.

These are my nails literally 8 days after my appointment with Henry, regular polish and not even gel! Still in perfect shape, this was my first time at JL and it was the best manicure I’ve had in years! I absolutely love my gorgeous nails...I was a little scared to try this place because of the bad experiences I had at other nail salon...but the reviews made me come check it out...and Im so glad I did...it was last minute and I was still in and out very quickly..Kelly got me looking so pretty for my birthday tomorrow 🥳...thanks so much..I will definitely be back...so I end coming back to this nail salon once again on my birthday 9/19/2024 which is the second photo unfortunately I was not able to get kelly this time..this time the experience was absolutely trouble, first guy they sent me too was very rude and disrespectful I had to ask for someone else to help me...so another guy end up helping me I wish i just wouldve left and what it appears to be a good job but it wasnt 3 of my nails end up coming off and I had to go back up there the next day 9/20/2024 to have them to fix it and now 9/21/2024 2 more of my nails are coming off on the other hand too, nails shouldnt be coming off in two to three days I was starting not to come back, but I decided to give it another try. On 9/22/2024, I was able to catch Kelly this time. I explained to her what had happened and she took care of me immediately. I am very pleased with the results, dont ever go to anyone else but Kelly.

I came in as a walk in for a fill and nail repair on my vacation, and Nathan did a great job with my nails! he was precise and tidy, and I got exactly what I asked for. really relaxing environment and the salon was clean and welcoming. if we lived nearby Id make this my new regular spot

I am so glad I found this salon! Its not in the greatest strip center, but dont let that stop you!Owners, Sandy and Philip are wonderful. However, they were out of town today. I was pleasantly surprised that the rest of their staff are top notch. Originally I was going to the salon in the Outlet Mall, but this salon is much better. Give them a try.

Friendly and professional people, place was clean. A lot of colors. It was my first time their and Phillip was assume, it as clear that his intention was for me to leave happy with my nails. I didnt like the first color after it was applied, he saw that I was not happy with it and ask if I wanted to change it, i said yes, and even though it was 45 minutes pass their closing time on a Sunday, without estimating he said okay and proceeded to remove the gel polish that was already dry. I felt bad about it, but he assured me that it was okay. That meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this place, I will b going back.

I have been a client at JL Nails for quite a few months now. I was looking for a new nail salon after my old nail tech moved away and saw great reviews on Google. I made an appointment with Kelly and never left. The whole staff is amazing! The salon is very clean and chic. I have and will continue to refer all my friends and family here. Kelly is a legit miracle worker. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and toes and she doesnt ever miss. Shes patient, sweet, and extremely talented. This is by far the best nail place that I have ever been to. They are amazing people. Extremely friendly and they go out of their way to fit u in if you have a busy schedule. Many color selections. Kelly does a very nice gel manicure that is quick, efficient and lasts well. She seems to be knowledgeable in all techniques and works very hard. Once she learned about my needs ( lots of dry cuticles) she took great care of me and always makes sure I am happy with results. Highly recommend Kelly. Maylin also does a great manicure and pedicure, she takes her time and does a very nice job, I have not done gel with Maylin but the regular mani and pedi was excellent.

I was so hesitant to go to this place because I have used them before years ago and they were not polite. Today I was desperate and went in and was pleasantly surprised. The guy who did my nails was thorough, patient, and very kind. Not only did he ask if I liked my choices, but he offered suggestions. I paid attention to the other staff and they were equally friendly, polite and patient and appeared to genuinely care about the customer. Although the price was more than I intended to spend, it was absolutely worth it to get nails I enjoy looking at and toes perfectly done. Amazing work Aaron, my new nail tech and OCD twin!

I come about every three weeks for gel mani/pedi. Everyone is so friendly. The energy is always good. I do suggest having an appt if possible. They do accommodate walk-ins as well. I highly recommend JL Nails Spa (formerly Awesome Nail Salon) same great service as before But new owners.

My wife had had a bad experience at another salon in which she left with her toe bleeding as her feet were handled roughly. This was not the case here, well be back for our once a month pedicure date. Thank yall for excellent customer service.

I have been coming to this nail spa for over a year now and I love it! I get quick service every time I go in. I usually make an apportionment but they are great with walk ins.I have gotten so many different kind of nails and they all looked amazing.Once I broke a nail in the gym (because I dropped a weight on my finger, ouch!) and the spa opened early so I could come in and fix my nail before my plane flight. This spa has also stayed open later then the schedule time to accamodate me!

This is my all time favorite nail salon. Vena is amazing, I’ve been to multiple salons in the area but no one is better than vena. I always get nexgen and she does an amazing job from the shape to work itself, my nails will last at least 4 weeks with no lifting. It’s very clean and a big selection of colors. l highly recommend!!

Beeeeeeesssssstt! Every time I cheat on this place I get some messed up manicure :( EVERYONE is so nice and the placd is clean and well kept and organized. Everytime I walk in Im greeted warmly and attended to right away if not told an honest Sorry, can you come in tomorrow? I have a lot of custamers already. Never really have had to wait more than 7 minutes o be seated. Manicures (nex gen is what i get) last approximately 1 1/2 weeks, if you have a 10 month old and work with a lot of water like me. Other than that full two weeks.

The Nexgen is the way to go-dont bother getting gels or acrylics. Same price range, but nextgen is way better. Doesnt chip or peel, and dont need to fill like acrylics (but just as hard/durable as acrylics).
