Sitting outside Ocean Walk Nailbar on a stormy Monday having had my pedicure/manicure and leaving my wife for the full treatment - all walk in service at our favorite Palm Beach nail joint. My wife is as picky as they come about nail saloms (we go between Virginia and Palm Beach) and she will go nowhete else, even our resort which has a great spa. For my side I am indifferent but knowing we were headed down I avoided a VA place (though nails were getting too long), and just had my usual fantastic service here. GO. Final note, as I was finishing up it seems Stan had been hit with a bad review. He may not suffer fools gladly but he knows what one needs. As an expert of what one needs, put yourself in the care of a great manager on top of all that needs attending.C Suite take notice. Stan probably gets few neutral reviews but a expert in what you need says trust him, he will take care of you well.

They have definitely revamped their customer service in the last several months. I gave this place another try today and had an incredible experience and all those around me seem to be having a pleasant experience as well. They also have new massage chairs for pedicures that are very luxurious and high-end. I had a relatively new nail tech, Shaylen, and she exceeded my expectations and I hope she will stay and I can schedule with her in the future.

Just like him, all his workers are all very nice people they always greet me and smile when I or anyone who walks in, walks in. Not only does he do appointments but he allows walk ins so it’s super convenient for people like me or who just decide to stop by and see what’s going on. Always greeted in by the amazing receptionist, Jonathan, he has and offers complimentary drinks and sometimes even chocolate! They treat everyone young or elder the same, amazingly. Best, cleanest, friendliest, and freshest service I’ve ever received. And honestly, the atmosphere in there just relaxes you once you walk in. The music along with the pleasant essencial oils smell is just fabulous! Honestly this nail spa bar goes above and beyond anyone else. Highly recommend. If I could I’d give them a hundred stars! I can NOT stress enough how much everyone should go there even once to just try it because I promise you’ll want to keep going back! This is officially my go to spa. Because that’s what this is when I go there, my own personal spa area by how they treat me and pamper me! And it can be yours too! The special treatment you could get there is just something that makes you never want to leave! It felt as though she was faking the process and to end it off she put my sandals on and it smudged my polish. Then just left me without a word and later just waved me on from afar. I will try this place again but definitely not this person. I should of spoke up during the pedicure and given the salon a chance to switch this person. Went back to have a pedicure and this time I requested Nataly. She gave me a very good pedicure. She has a talent for pedicure services! I will be requesting her again! Thank you
