Elizabeth Vidal and the whole staff here have been fabulous. The scheduling and payment process is easy, they give a ton of reminders and notifications so you can stay on top of appointments and paperwork, and theyre very responsive when you call.PA-C Vidal was the first specialist who took my alopecia concerns seriously and who did the extra work to finally find a diagnosis for me, after years of being ignored by doctors. I cant recommend her and her team more.

Doctor William Steffes was thorough and efficient. He explained what was going to happen, and answered all my questions. The office was clean and well-run. The staff was kind and helpful when I had questions at time of check-in and check-out. Even though there was a short wait beyond my appointment time, I was told about it as soon as I checked in and I appreciated that courtesy.

I highly recommend Dr Steffens. My husband has been seeing him routinely for several years and is very happy with Dr S and the staff. Nice, friendly staff. Dr. Steffes is great and understanding. He answers all my questions regarding the procedure and which is the better choice. Currently, I see him once a month to help with my adult acne that I had for about a decade. Im already seeing result but it also triggered my eczema. He was able to help resolve it right away. Very personable and amazing Doctor.

I needed to get a skin cancer screening as my mother recently had melanoma. Advanced Dermatology is also where she has her screening and procedures. We both see Elizabeth Vidal. I was a little nervous at first but the staff made me feel very comfortable! I feel like Elizabeth is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be returning to this office for future screenings.

I started to see Dr Steffes when I moved to Florida and with my ongoing problems with my eczema , he really took good care of me . He is very proactive and compassionate . He treated my condition with the best modalities and now I’m almost cured of this condition that have bothered me since childhood . And with the Covid 19 vaccines which I’ve been vaccinated 2x and boasted 2x I had the unusual side effect of having vasculitis and Dr Steffes had correctly diagnosed and treated. ( I have the cutaneous and mild kind of vasculitis , thank God) me . He s still keeping a close eye to my dermatologic and auto immune problems and I couldn’t be more grateful to him .

Kristina, the aesthetician was amazing from the time I walked in until I left. I had a hydrafacial treatment done for the first time and didn’t know what to expect. Kristina carefully evaluated my face and made suggestions on what treatments would be best for my specific skin type!!! She explained every step thoroughly and the benefits of each procedure she performed. It is so obvious she has a passion for what she does and she makes you excited to want to take care of your skin and to come back to see her. When I left her room my face was literally GLOWING!
