Really nice service and gentle care. The only suggestion is improve a bit the kindness and patience expected at the clerk/reception who was professional however looked impatient cutting me off while I was trying to make a few points. Nothing major, but I feel that after such improvement a maximum rate will come.

Wife went in to get stitches taken out and wanted to get one skin spot looked at. The PA said ‘she does not have the time today’ and needs to make another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. We were expecting more professionalism and care, but this was a waste of time and money. Unacceptable service! Will not be going back.edit: before the automated response saying im not a patient. i am not, my wife was.update: Doctor called within an hour and personally took care of it and was apologetic.

I was greeted very friendly as soon as I walked in. I was taken into an examination room almost immediately. The weight for the Doctor was less than 5 minutes 10 minutes and she was very accommodating very informed answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The other staff were very friendly also.

Too happy and grateful with the care and attention that I received in this place. I called to the office and for the next day they scheduled my appointment. From the moment you enter the place you feel that you are in the best hands. First of all, Dr, Chris and his medical assistant Mercy, their professionalism is noticeable, they clarified all my doubts and they found the right solution I was looking for to my treatment. Even when you do the check in (in my case it was with April) and when you do your checkout (in my case it was with Laura) you feel that you are being accompanied, listened to and cared for. Grateful to have found this place, I couldnt have choose a better one. If you are looking for the best dermatology doctors this is the place that you should come. 100% recommended! Thank you all!

As with All of my times in this office, the staff were kind, caring, patient. Chris Cartiglia, the P.A. Ive seen each time Ive been here, is All those things in addition to being highly Professional and Efficient in Providing Medical care. All have helped make each visit at the Winter Garden AIOD a delight. My only problem is that Chris is leaving this office to practice in the Davenport office. I am SO Sad! This office is 15 minutes from my home, while the Davenport office is close to an hour. Whether or not I elect to make that drive, I will Continue to be Thankful for Chris and the privilege of being able to Experience the Excellence with which he treats his patients. 💝

Nancy and Laura were super quick and efficient during the check in/out. Gary the medical assistant was personable, polite, and covered all the issues I needed to cover. Christopher, the provider is excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and was able to convey the information needed in a manner in which anyone can easily understand. He completed the procedure I came for so efficiently and professionally; it was pretty awesome.The staff here is great, 10 out of 10 for anyone looking for a dermatologist. Came in from my as a referral from my girlfriend, she was 100% right! As usual!

First visit to AIOD and it was beyond my expectations! From the ease of making the initial appointment to every step of the visit. Laura was a pleasure during the check-in/out process, Dr. Rotman and his assistant AD were super friendly, patient, and thorough on my examination and explaining everything to me in detail but in a way that it was easy for me to understand. I live a little over an hour away and it was worth the drive. I made the decision of going to see them after reading the reviews and I hope I am able to help someone make theirs. Praying that my insurance does not drop them as providers because I will really hate to lose them.

My experience in visiting this new winter garden facility has been nothing less than pleasing both times. Greeted in such a Hospitable way by Laura and checked out with Elizabeth who both made me feel that my presence and opinion about American institute of Dermatology was valued as a Customer. They even went to the back to bring their Manager David up to the front to meet me personally. I spoke with him over the phone a couple of times and he was such a friendly guy that followed through immediately with my informational need. Then I would like to talk about Dr. Swenson. She was amazing and shared valuable information that I needed to win me over as her newest client. She and her assist staff made me feel so comfortable and we all were full of laughter. Thanks for making my visits so enjoyable! I will definitely be returning! I appreciate you all and so glad that this office is only 10 minutes from my house!

Very friendly from the point of making a first time appointment. When I first walked in the office, I was greeted by Samanta and checked in quickly. I was called in prior to my appointment time by Stacy who escorted me to the treatment room were she noted the information for my visit and informed me that Dr Rotman will be in shortly. Dr Rotman arrived right away and addressed my concerns, treated me and I was done in no time. Stacy showed me to the checkout desk, where I was checked out by Laura very efficiently and given a gift bag.
