Dr. Sookdeo and her staff are all professional, caring and efficient individuals. The doctor took her time to actually speak with me about concerns I had, as opposed to speaking at me and telling me what she thought was best. The office respected the appointment time and I was in and out in under an hour, having all of my questions answered and walking away with all of the information and referrals needed. I highly recommend Dr. Sookdeo and her staff.

I recently moved back to the Orlando area and needed a new PCP. Dr. Sookdeo is amazing! As soon as she walks through the door, you can tell she cares about her patients. I can’t recommend her enough. She is a good thirty minutes away from my house (with highway) and is totally worth the drive.

Ive moved for work several times over the last few years, and the 2 things I dread the most is visiting the local DMV and finding a primary care doctor.In my recent move to Kissimmee, I was able to find Sookdeo Family Medicine in Orlando that could see a new patient within a week! Its about an hour drive and Im so glad I made that first trip.The office is smaller, in a beautiful neighborhood...gives you a family sort of feel. The doctor has been prompt for all of my appointments. Ive never waited more than 5-10 minutes. She doesnt overbook and cram patients. Ive also been able to do visits virtually and that process was quick and easy as well!She is kind and listens well. She is very knowledgeable and Ive trusted her care and recommendations and am getting better everyday!Lastly, Im so grateful that both the Dr. and her team respond so quickly to messages sent in via the patient portal. I usually hear back from the doctor herself the same day or the following day. I dont have to wait days for medications to be refilled.This is your place - stop looking if you need a PCP. Especially in the Poinciana/Davenport areas, shes worth the drive into Orlando. Thank you guys for all youve done for me, really glad I found you!!

Dr. Sookdeo is hands-down the best doctor that Ive ever had. She listens, cares, and explains everything to her patients very well and she is a class act. I have never felt like just another number (patient) with Dr. Sookdeo. I genuinely feel that her focus is 100% on me when I am there rather than how many other doctors rush to. their next appointment and not really seem to care. Dr.Sookdeo is the best.

Today was my first appointment with Doctor Sookdeo, but it wont be the last! Within 5 minutes of talking with Dr. Sookdeo, I was smitten. She is young, beautiful and kind. Her listening skills are remarkable. I felt warm and fuzzy under her care. She has renewed my faith in the medical profession. I didnt feel like money was the priority for this medical office; Great patient care is their priority. The staff were also attentive and got you in and out quickly without that long wait one normally gets at a doctors office. I had a wardrobe malfunction while I was there, and the staff came to my rescue with the aid of a paper clip. They went the extra mile!

Dr. Sookdeo was my PCP at a different location, and at the time I was unable to follow her to her new location. I had regretted it ever since. Everything she does shows she really cares. She is a great listener, an excellent observer, and her diagnostic skills are second to none. I am glad she is my PCP again. When you find a Doc this good, you follow them to the moon if you have to.

My wife and I have been with Dr Sookdeo since 2015. She has taken the time to listen to every health concern we have and she has correctly diagnosed every one of them. As we get older, our needs have changed and again Dr Sookdeo adjusted our meds/care accordingly. In humor I have to say: We were a little confused during the first few visits. This is because she walked in wearing high heals on every visit. Ever since then, that has been her nick name within our family. Being Dr Sookdeo or Zuley reads these reviews, now they know. Honestly though, Dr. Sookdeo is very professional and the best Dr we have ever had. Zuley as well. So much so that we have stayed with Dr Sookdeo for 7 years and even though she is now almost a 2 hour drive away, we are not willing to change to a new doctor.
