I recently visited the American Institute of Dermatology office and had an exceptional experience! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made my wife and I feel at ease from the moment we walked in. My dermatologist and her assistants were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. The examination was gentle and efficient, and I appreciated the clear explanations of my treatment options. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which further added to my positive experience. American Institute of Dermatology is a very caring and professional office. The reception was great. The assistant Gayle, was awesome and Dr. P, is great. I cant remember how to pronounce her name however, she took great care in explaining my concerns. I left feeling relaxed. I was very pleased after my examination. As a matter of fact, Im going back for a full body exam. 🌻🐢🥰

The Therapist and the Doctor are very professional. They explain everything to me and took time to help me through all aspects of my pain therapy. The office is very clean and I, see them cleaning all the equipment after each patient. Very pleased with the service and staff.

Our first appt we saw Dr. Rotman and he was so gentle and amazing with our little one (8 months old) who had really bad eczema. He prescribed a cream and within a day or two his eczema was almost completely gone!! We have since been following up with Christopher and he’s been just as great and always takes his time to listen to any concerns. I’m so thankful for both of them and this office for making my little ones skin soft and clear once again!

I’ve been a patient here for about 6 months. I get my skin checked and treatment for my acne. My husband is also a patient and gets treatment for his psoriasis. The office staff is very warm and inviting. Always upfront about what the cost for the visit is if you ask. They have always been kind and courteous and work with my husband’s schedule. Chris is also phenomenal at what he does! He listens, has great bedside manner, and always lays out what your options are honestly and with an open mind. They take very good care of us!

Dr Rotman at AID is the best; confident, experienced, and personable. He wasted no time completing a thorough exam, and dispensing with several new skin ‘ailments’ during my first visit with him. The staff is competent and knowledgeable, a winning combination!

Dr. Dinh was very thorough and I felt she listened to my concerns. My expectations were exceeded in that I was seen at my appointment time and the overall visit was efficient and informative. This is by FAR the best Dermatology practice I have ever been. The PA has given me the Best and most throughout skin exam. Believe me I have psoriasis since I’m a kid. From the check in to the check out to medical assistants follow up. I recommend Chris toEvery single person I know needing derma care. He actually listen to your complaints and concerns and help you right there snd then.honestly I have zero complaints w this practice. They have exited my expectations. Oh And they see kids too10/10

We were very impressed with all of the staff at AIOD Winter Haven. We were able to get an appointment quickly. My husband had an appointment for an unexplained rash. The PA Cynthia was professional and efficient with a good sense of humor. She answered all of our questions. The medical assistant Tiffany was equally skilled at her job, and she and the PA worked well together. The Check-in/out assistant Melanie clearly knows her job. When there was a problem with their payment system, she immediately called the Sebring office and processed the payment through them. I would highly recommend this office for all of your dermatology needs.

I want to give a special shout-out to Gaby & Cindy who took my very serious allergy issues into consideration when asking me questions & doing the procedure. Most medical professionals dismiss them but the 2 of you went out of your way to make sure I was ok. I appreciate it.Also, the both of you asked me more questions regarding the potential issue I was there for vs multiple PCPs & rheumatologists I’ve seen.
