    I had the pleasure of receiving a microdermabrasion facial today with Clarisa and I am more than impressed!!!     This is one of the most relaxing places within miles, and miles. My family has gone here for a long time, but I recently went for my first time for a prenatal massage a couple weeks ago, and it was magical (tbh). I have only been Elizabethā€™s customer so far (because thatā€™s what I requested) but she is definitely gifted. Thereā€™s nothing I could complain about, from the front desk to the time I left (now having experienced two prenatal massages there). I suggest not hesitating to make an assortment here.

    Came in as a walk in Tuesday. I had the worst headache of my life for the previous 3 days, no meds would touch it. I had to wait about 45 minutes since I didnā€™t have an appointment, however the woman at the front desk took excellent care of me while I waited. Set me up in a dark room with heating pads while I waited for my massage.I had my massage with Daisy, she is a miracle worker. Really listened to where my pain was and went right to work. Spent the entire hour working on my neck, shoulders and upper back. By the time she was done my headache was GONE!!! So Grateful and will definitely book with her again.

    This place is wonderful! Everyone here is superb! I had the most amazing experience with massage therapist Alicia today. Not only did we instantly bond over having the same name but she is truly one treasure of a human being. Not only did she aid me with an amazing massage, of which she is very skilled, but just having good conversation made the experience even better. It was like talking with someone Iā€™ve known forever. Sheā€™s awesome, personable, knows her stuff and really an asset to their practice!     I am not a big touchy feely person so Iā€™ve spent years avoiding massages. My job is very physical and lots of stress on top of my regular strength training regiment. A friend recommended this place so I took the leap and tried it. Now I go once a month for a deep tissue massage. It is incredibly clean and the atmosphere is very calming. You have a private room so you can change and be under the blanket before the massage therapist comes in. The massage therapist is super professional and makes sure you remain covered at all times. They communicate constantly making sure you are comfortable and that they are using enough pressure. Most times I fall asleep! They play soft music and have low lighting to help you relax. Overall, it is an extremely professional and enjoyable experience. All of the ladies that work there are very kind and professional.

    I went to see Brooklyn today for a relaxation massage. I had mentioned, when I requested the appointment, that my left hip was bothering me. She was able to massage and stretch it. It feels great! She is an amazing masseuse.

    I never leave reviews anywhere, but this place is a MUST. Walking in the atmosphere is very comforting, receptionist very welcoming as well.     I decided to surprise my husband and take us here for a couples massage for our anniversary and let me tell you, we both loved it!!!!     Such a great massage today from Karen! Shes amazing! Lots of good energy and details given to areas of concern. She really helps with my lower back and hip pain. Karen is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the body and has a real knack for pinpointing the areas that need treatment. You wont find a nicer person on the face of this earth!     Angie and her staff understand customer satisfaction and they treat each customer like a personal friend. But wait, if you have suffered from chronic back/neck/lumbar pain, I would highly encourage you to schedule a consultation visit with Angie and her staff and let them determine if they have your healing solution. I was at the end of myself, had tried epidural treatments with only temporary relief. Angieā€™s treatment is a holistic approach for a permanent relief of my condition that has went on for 3 years or better.     We luv this place and the ladies that work here! We try to go more than once a year! We luv the couples massage! They give a good deep tissue and hot stone massage. They have a great ambience and a beautiful waiting area. We have never had a bad experience. We have recommended them to friends and family. They also have honest staff working there as well.     Had a 90 minute deep tissue session with Elizabeth on Friday. This was my first professional massage experience and I must say that it was exactly that. This young lady had amazingly skilled hands, if nothing else. I will return to her and I cant imagine it will be too terribly long before I do so.     I cannot say enough about Angie and her staff. After suffering for several years of lower back/sciatica issues I finally swallowed my pride and went to see Angie for spinal decompression. My pain started in 2020 with tingling shooting down my legs and into my feet. I also had a strain in my left glute area that annoyed me. It felt like a muscle pull down the left hamstring and into the glute area. Prior to seeing Angie I had gone to a chiropractor, acupuncture, stood on my head (purchased an inversion table) and took on average 6 plus Tylenol/Advil a day to get through the pain. Angie sent me for an MRI and thank goodness that she did. I had bulging discs in my L2 through L5 s1. Angie started me on the spinal decompression treatment and after just one treatment I began to start feeling like my old self again. When I tell you tears of joy began running down my face the next morning after my first treatment I am not exaggerating. I am now on treatment #7 and feeling stronger and stronger after each treatment. You do not have to suffer through this pain, trust me!I also see Mayra a couple times a month for a medical massage, she is absolute heaven!Thank you to the entire staff for all you do.Angie is an Angel, I tell her that all the time because itā€™s true.Ali Wagner

    Wonderful place, Mya is fabulous. I had back surgery 5 years ago and have rods and screws in my back. She knows exactly how to adjust and massage the mussels that are needed. She first checks my alignment and corrects and adjusts as needed before the massage. I recommend this place 110%. Job well done.

    This place is awesome! I had a neck injury that I thought was caused by sleeping the wrong way. Turned out it was my c4 to c6. I had serious problems and thought I needed surgery to fix the agonizing pain. I was moody and mean and just didnā€™t know how to fix my issue till I talked to Angie (the owner). She recommended I try a machine that stretches you out to gain fluid between each nerve and that I would have to do about 20 treatments to get to feeling better. It kinda scared me cause of the treatment is costly but the outcome is a platinum feeling.To make this shorter letā€™s just say Iā€™m fixed and back to doing sports, boating, sleeping, mood is back & happy.     If you have not been to Massage and Spinal Therapy of Winter Haven you are missing out! The office is absolutely beautiful and so calming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable AND relaxed....and that massage by Mayra.....magical!!!!! Definitely check them out!

    My husband was experiencing the worst sciatic pain of his life. We made a trip to the ER, teledoc., and primary care physician multiple times- no real relief with steroids, pain killers, muscle relaxers, NSAIDs. I finally called massage and spinal therapy to see if there was any type of massage that could help, they recommended a medical massage and promised he would leave in less pain than when he came in. My husband was hesitant because he didnā€™t want the massage to exacerbate the pain, but Karen did an amazing job and he left feeling SO much better and had already booked his second massage! To see his pain go from a 10 to a 2 was awesome and we know next time to skip out on the ER visit and go straight to the massage table!
