    The staff at Suncoast Skin Solutions is very welcoming, and friendly. Appointments were easy to book and gave plenty reminders ahead. Upon my arrival I was seen either early or at my scheduled time. Amy and her assistants made me feel comfortable, relaxed, not rushed and answered questions when asked. Highly recommended!

    Her and her nurses are all very well trained and helpful. Not only do they help when it’s easy, but they help when it’s hard. They dealt with a show of frustration from me , and still took the time to explain my options and why I was getting the issues I was getting. She knows what she is doing and even if you’re in a bad way she will be kind and helpful. Her nurses are also all trained to be present , calm and guide you through. Skin issues are so demoralizing and stigmatizing… I’m thankful she understands the impact and can handle patients who are overwhelmed by it

    Needed help with stitches that were coming out too soon. Stitches were done at another Suncoast location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to get restitched and back to my Disney vacation without losing much time. Very grateful for their help

    Very good had surgery on my head to remove 2 big lumps . Explained the procedure very well. Was very patient and understanding . His assistant Nicole was Great she has a beautiful personality .     I take my mom to Suncoast and they have been amazing with her. Most of the time she sees Amy. She is amazing!! The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. They answer any and all questions she and I have and never make you feel like a burden. My mom had a procedure done and she was not feeling to good afterwards. They gave her some water and sat with her until she was feeling better and not one time did they make us feel like she was a problem. Nothing but positive feedback for the Drs and staff!!!

    From the moment we walked in, the beautiful lady at the front desk was pleasant and prompt! My mother and I waited maybe 5 mins in the clean lobby until another beautiful lady called us back. The provider came in and assessed my mothers concerns. We were also running about 15 minutes late to her new patient appointment. They still treated my mother with promptnesses and respect. We were in and out with her 3 week follow up appointment scheduled with in about 30 minutes.We would recommend them to all!! Great job ladies keep up the good work! It’s hard to find pleasant people now a days! Y’all are stuck with us now!! I am making appointments for everyone in our family!!

    Dr Amy and her staff seems to be very helpful, professional, pleasant, and on point. Its a no frills but no Dilly dallying. You go in you get done you get to leave. Ive been there several times now and it seems to be very good and reasonable I get my skin taken care of and I like it there.

    I had the pleasure of seeing Amy Strohmaier and her nurse, Kaci, today, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Kacis warm and welcoming demeanor made the visit feel smooth and comfortable, even during the thorough inspection. Surprisingly, it was the quickest and easiest appointment Ive ever had—less than 45 minutes from start to finish! I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen, which is a breath of fresh air. Its so refreshing to have a medical team that values your time as much as their own. I highly recommend them—10/10!

    Just had my second visit to this place and they are just as great as I remembered! Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Ive seen Amy twice now and she is such a sweet down to earth person! The nurses are also great which is a good representation of their leadership! I would definitely recommend this place to everybody I know ! On a side note, the building is such a cool historic looking house in Winter Haven.. It just feels like there is history in there!UPDATE: Ive had another visit with Dr Amy, and shes great. She seems genuinely concerned about any issues I have. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend!UPDATE: 9/25/23Had another visit with Suncoast Skin Solutions and still have nothing but great things to say about Amy and her team!     I went to Suncoast Skin Solutions for the first time this morning, and was greeted by a very nice young lady at the front desk. I was seen promptly, and when Ms. Amy came in the room she really took her time talking with me over the skin issues that I am having, and also coming up with a plan that made sense to me that hopefully will take care of the problem! I felt very comfortable, everyone there is very nice, and the office is a quaint pretty building. I would definitely recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions!

    The wait wasnt too long, everyone is caring and professional, the process of a thorough examination plus removals was completed painlessly.PA Amy identified two precancerous and one cancerous lesions. The pre ones were were biopsied and removed.Today was my routine 3 month checkup post melanoma. Everyone is thorough, professional, concerned, and very cognizant of keeping the office and patients safe. I highly recommend them.January 2022They found another cancerous spot, did a biopsy, found that it was cancerous and excised it. Two weeks later they confirmed that all the cancer was removed, the stitches were removed and Im healing nicely. My next body check is in April.July 2022Another very thorough body check by PA Amy. All clear this time. Only one more 3 month check to go, but Im bringing my wife for her check up.

    I had a procedure at the surgery center on Thursday m I ring. Afterwords we stayed in town waiting for my appt with Suncoast to come.     Dr. Amy and staff are amazing. She removed a mole on my neck today that has been a pain in the neck, no pun intended, for years. While I was talking to her, I didnt even realize she was finished that quickly and with no pain whatsoever. She also gave me a thorough check up. I had a choice of once a year or two times, every six months, I like them and their medical ability so much, I chose to go every six months.

I was so anxious about the appointment and the Doctor Amy was very professional and made me feel ok. She did a biopsy and results came back as basal cell superficial. I just chose to have them scraped and burned yesterday. It was painless. The numbing I did feel only a pinch. It was over in about 10-15 minutes. So thankful for their practice. I would definitely recommend them! Do not wait have things checked out sooner than later. Much relief today!

    First visit with Dr Stronmeyer. First visit with any dermatologist in my 65 years. She examined all my skin “defects” and established I don’t have any cancers, and promptly went to work freezing all my annoying skin tags, barnacles and anything else that looked like it needed it. Prescribed a Rx for ingrown hairs and some dermatitis and was on my way. “See you in six months!”She’s awesome.I thought I hit the post button 6 months ago. Seems I didn’t. I just returned from my 2nd visit 6 month from my first. She found a suspect mole and a previous spot frozen before and biopsied both. Froze some new tags at my right pit and cut out one from my left that refused to die the first time. Reported some persistent flaking in my brows and got an Rx for dandruff shampoo. Appt at 8 am and on my way at 8:26.Amy and crew are AWESOME!

    A truly professional atmosphere. The receptionist is a very positive influence, being the first person you see upon entering. She made me feel like a regular client, even though this was my first visit. The aide who escorted me into the exam room was courteous and professional. The PA, I think that was her title, displayed the knowledge necessary to address my needs. She jumped right in, did what she had to do, while explaining what and why she was doing what she did. I felt comfortable and at home; well, as much as you can feel at home in a doctors office. I would definitely bring all of my dermatological needs to this location. If anyone ever asks, this will be where I recommend they go.

    This was my first time visiting a dermatologist and my experience at Suncoast Skin Solutions was great! The staff was friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable. I was in for a biopsy and everything went quickly was practically painless. The only issue I had was trying to set up the patient portal login, the week prior to my visit. Not sure if it was a glitch in the automated email sent once I set up my appointment, but it wasn’t necessary to set up. I believe it’s just an easier way to obtain or stay current with your appointments, plans, medical information, etc. Regardless of the technical issue, they resent emails and texted me to verify everything was good to go. They informed me that all I needed to do was come in 10-15 minutes early to fill out the normal patient paperwork before proceeding with my appointment. Everything went well and I look forward to my next visit!

    Not only recommend… highly endorse. I couldn’t appreciate Dr. Strohmaier and her assistant, Sarah, anymore than I do. They didn’t have to move forward with my surgery based on me having to bring my 9 month old in, alongside me. #nursingstruggles Not only did she take me, she didn’t make me feel any less about it. During surgery, I moved. She was patient and remained calm and kind. I’m usually the person that helps everyone. Today, I know they can empathize with me and yet they still have no idea how much they helped me. Relieved my pain, physically and emotionally. All with my son present.     Dr. Amy was fantastic as well as the girl at the front desk and the girl who took me back and originally asked me questions. I am sorry, it was my first visit so I didnt know their names, but I will be back in September to have a lump removed from my neck. William Anthony Baumeister, I would like to add to this. Today is May Sixth, Twenty Twenty Four, I just got off the phone with the medical professional who called me from Suncoast. She called to tell me that the lump on my forearm Dr. Amy removed a few weeks ago is stage two cancer and scheduled me for further surgery to hopefully remove it all. Let me tell you how incredibly great this woman was. I wish I would have gotten her name. Just the word cancer scares anyone to death. Especially when some members of my family died from lung cancer, including my dad, last year. Yes, everyone in the family who passed from it smoked. This woman explained everything that is going to be done in June, from start to finish, explained in detail and listened to everything I had to say and I kept saying, I am sorry to talk your ear off and she said, I am here to help you. All I can say in closing is, if more of the medical professionals were like Suncoast Skin Solutions in Winter Haven,Fl and Optical Outlets in Winter Haven,Fl, being sick with severe degenerative disc disease and many other neurological problems that go with it, would be a lot easier to deal with. Too many doctors try to get you in and get you out, you dont have time to blink your eyes. I will stay with Suncoast and Optical Outlets for as long as the Lord keeps me on this earth.
