This was my first time getting lash extensions, and I love them! Jess was patient and explained each step of the process. I was expecting my eyes to tear or burn (I have a sensitive right eye), and did not feel a thing. She gave me great after care instructions, I even bought a bottle of her lash shampoo. Great customer service and my lashes look so nice! I will definitely be coming back.

Jess is by far the most talented lash artist around! So many times I’ve been told I have bad or difficult lashes. Jess has NEVER complained despite my lashes truly being hard to work with. Her versatile style techniques has helped to care for my natural lashes too!! She takes her time each session and is extremely patient. She explains everything she is doing and makes you feel very comfortable, even when I’m snoring loud enough to wake the city. Jess is great! The booking process and arrival instructions was easy to follow. She was on time and her space is clean. She reminded me to use the restroom before we started, which I was thankful for lol. she asked me what kind of shape I wanted and I explained to her as best as I could and she did an awesome job at understanding me and bringing my explanation to life. I’ve had my lashes done before but this is my first time going to Jess and they look and feel great! They feel super light sometimes I forget they’re there lol. From the moment you get to the table she makes sure you’re comfortable and relaxed. I’d give Jess all the stars if I could! I originally went to another lash artists to get a classic full set put on after not having lash extensions for about 6 years. I wanted something very natural and light. The other artists ended up doing a set I absolutely disliked and I knew I should have done more research.I found the Instagram for Lucid Lash Studio and loved the work Jess did. She had a lot of examples of exactly what I wanted. So although it was painful to pay for two full sets within a few days of each other, I booked to remove the old set and have her put on what I really wanted.The whole experience was great. The studio is clean and super cute and Jess made sure to take the time to talk to me and see my pictures of exactly what I wanted. When we actually got started she informed me of what she was doing with each step. I felt super comfortable and confident before I even laid down that she knew what she was doing and it’s no surprise my lashes came out looking fantastic. They are exactly what I wanted and the work is so clean, neat, and fits my eye so well.It’s been a few days now and I’ve washed my lashes several time now. I’m a bit aggressive with my washing and I like brushing my lashes often and I have not lost a single lash. Not a single one.I highly highly recommend Jess, her work is fantastic and she makes the whole experience incredibly relaxing.

Jess (the owner) is meticulous and very conscientious with her services. I have been with her for almost a year and her lashes are perfect! I’ve been to other lash providers and experienced just about any bad issue you could imagine with lash extensions, from eye infections, upside down curls, crinkle curls (I don’t even know how that was possible) to uneven lengths and unnatural looking eyelashes.Hands down, Jess is the best I’ve been to. My lashes consistently look fabulous after every visit (I have very sparse and straight lashes) and Jess is very careful with ensuring you get what you want. Also, if you ask her opinion about a service, she’s honest about what she thinks will be good for you.Can’t recommend her enough!

One of the best lash extension services!!! My lash retention is the longest i’ve had with her lashes. Sometimes I can go a month without fill and my lashes will still be there (it wouldn’t be full obviously) but the remains are still noticeably a lot. The lashes doesnt shed quickly. They really last. I love her work. And she gives adequate time for the service. Not too long, not too fast. Her place is super nice, I like the relaxing vibes it gives me when I go there. It is super tidy and clean. I always get a full classic set and it always compliments my eyes and my lashes look so full.
