    I’ve been looking for a place I like for a while now. Been going to Pristine for a few months now (I won’t say who bc I don’t want her to get too busy for me ;)) and they are the best! I’m super picky about how I like my nails done. They have 100s of colors—lots of Opi—so not stingy about trying to use knockoff brands/colors. I highly recommend them.

    Absolutely LOVE coming to Pristine nails! Vince and Helen are the BEST! Ive also had my nails done by Annie and she did a really good job as well! Ive been there twice now and both times my nails have been amazing. My first set lasted me 4 weeks and the polish still looked great! If youre looking for a new salon, Make sure you come see the staff at Pristine!

    I tried this nail place today at the recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care Sanny took with my pedicure and manicure. She never hassled me to get a certain treatment. She took her time... which I LOVED!! There is nothing worse to me than sloppy nails done too fast. There were a lot of people coming and going. Its a small quaint place. The atmosphere is nice. I must say I was impressed. Thank you Sanny for doing such a great job.

    I visited this place about 4 weeks ago for my birthday. My husband and I were seen by Sally (who took care of me), and another lady whom I dont remember her name (I apologize). I received a spa pedicure and full set gel with design. My husband received spa pedicure and a manicure. He loved the service and outcome of his feet once come complete. I was well taken care of by Sally. My feet we are definitely smooth, which I am so thankful for. I waited to give the review because it was hard to get my feet smooth, and she pulled it off. The design on my nail looked awesome. Everyone was super nice and attentive. Thank you.

    I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love it! The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Whenever I want to try something new, they are just as excited as I am and are great at listening to exactly what you want. I highly recommend all of the technicians (the nails in the picture were done by Sally)!

    Update: my acrylic nails lasted 4 weeks without peeling at the bottom like they have everywhere else I have gone. Tam is the best!I have recently had some negative experiences with nail salons. Long waiting times, inattentive nail technicians, and a simple lack of courtesy. But this place is amazing! I would go so far to say the best in Orlando!Me and a friend came here to celebrate our birthdays with Deluxe Pedicures and Gel Manicures.We were warmly greeted when we walked in the door and were brought right to out pedicure stations. Before even sitting down, we were offered a choice of beverage (coffee, soda, or wine). The technicians took their time and we had a nice conversation with them throughout our visit.I got an acrylic fill with gel polish and I have never seen a technician take so much time. Tam was very thorough and was attentive to every possible detail. I have never been so happy with my nails, because he made sure to ask if I liked them several times throughout (not just at the end or middle).I have finally found my go-to nail place

    I have been getting my nails done by Annie at Pristine Nail Salon for over 4 years now. The staff is always so amazing there but Annie is especially a gem! She has always taken the best care of me and my nails and I could never imagine going to anyone else! She is patient and her work is always beyond perfect. By far the best place and best person to get nails done from. 10/10 recommend!!!!

    The absolute best nail salon in Orlando/winter park. I’ve been coming to this place for 4 and half years and never get disappointed. Annie is my nail tech and to say she’s awesome is an understatement. She’s the absolute best! I always struggle to choose color or design and I am super picky but she always have my back and does something to leave me super satisfied. They all do really good but Annie is the absolute best for sure!

    May is my go-to girl. She never fails me with flawless gel manicures and pedicures. Her only off day if Wednesday and she’s usually available by appointment. Tree, the front desk assistant is always pleasant to make appointments with and the whole experience is just what it should be: relaxing, effective, convenient. This is specifically at the Winter Park location on Orlando Ave. There are two and both are lovely but this one has May so that’s where I go!

    They are the best in winter park! I recently started getting my nails done again and ive been testing out a few places based on recommendations and im SO glad I found Pristine in the WP Village.I have seen Vivian and Sally and they are both so great at dip manis.     My friend and I stopped in for an impromptu pedicure. Even though it was fairly busy, they were able to take us back to the chairs within 5-10 minutes. Our nail techs (May and Tiffany) were both very nice and professional. It was a great deal for the price- we each got the classic pedicure ($25) and I added on the callus treatment for $5. My nails look awesome and I even got a mini-massage from the massage chair while my nails were getting done. Will definitely come back again!

    I LOVE this nail place!!! I haven’t gotten my nails done in a few months, and I had SUCH a great experience here. I had Sally do my nails, and she did an absolutely fantastic job. My nails look exactly like the concept photo, and the process was efficient and all of the staff was so friendly. Definitely coming back here and recommend this business!

    Phoned in and made an appointment, got there in 20 walked in, they were very nice, told me to pick out my color. Wonderful young lady, Amy, assisted me and did my full set and pedicure. Did an amazing job on both! Was so nice, made sure she wasnt hurting or cutting me! Very beautiful, calming atmosphere and THEY ARE CLEAN!!! Got new sterilized tools during my pedicure, which really stood out to me, only ever witnessed that in Georgia lol! Overall good experience and I do recommend!

    Linda is my lady 4sure!! Ive been going to this salon for about 5 years consistently. EVERYONE is great but Linda is the one you want! She takes her time and even massage these arthritic knees...lol.I love the relationship that Ive developed with everyone there. Its so calming, relaxing and very much worth my 45 minute drive. 😌

    I finally found a nail salon near me that I can trust! I have never been so happy. Ava is the most amazing technician! She is detail oriented like no one else Ive ever experienced. My nails come out looking incredible every time. I get the sns done, and had issues with a previous technician as my nails would always break off, crack, or pull up from the base of my nail. Ive been going to Ava for at least 2 months now and Ive never had any of that happen with her. I feel comfortable with her which honestly rarely happens with nail technicians for me. She is professional and wonderful, as is the rest of the staff. I love coming here, and highly recommend you to try it too! Ive already got a handful of friends going, and will always send anyone their way!

    Pristine Nail Lounge was great! The people were friendly and their service and attention to detail was awesome. I am in love with my nails and very pleased with the way they handled my toe/finger nails. My recommendation is to be sure to call and make an appointment because they sure do get busy, fast, but overall they will get you with someone as fast as possible. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and will be back. Jasmin is great!

    We were so delighted to be able to visit this beautiful spa on Mother’s Day! My daughter and I both got the deluxe gel pedicure and Taylor and Tracy were very professional and so friendly. The chairs were the most comfortable I’ve ever sat in! The Spa is beautiful...marble floors, chandeliers, very clean. The owner, Helen even came by to say hello and check on us a couple of times.I will definitely return!!!

    First time... loved it and now Second time! Love it! Hannah is great at what shes does. Love love love my nails. I have gone to so many salons and honestly it is hard to find a great one. But, I finally have! Hannah did my nails exactly How I wanted. Hands down the best. I look at my nails everyday in pure joy on how they came out. She really listened and cared about what I wanted. Amazing place.

    I cant rave enough about this place, its very clean, they never rush you and they make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Linda is a true gem in that salon. Shes very sweet and professional, always does the best job on my nails, her hot stone pedicure is one of the best in town. so happy to find this place after such a long time of going to the wrong spots.     Very satisfied with the whole experience. Dee did a very professional job of polish removal, color selection, and application of dip....she made me so comfortable, I almost fell asleep! I have one nail that splits, and this time the crack was down into the quick....but Dee handled it very gently, and did not cause a BIT of pain in the polish removal process. She finished with application of scented lotion & hand & forearm massage. The price was very reasonable, and they have a rewards program.

    Amy is the best here!! My gel manicure has never peeled and have been coming to her often for a few years now. She’s very accurate when painting and does amazing at trimming the cuticles ( which keeps the gels on for over 6 weeks!) couldn’t rave more about her- I could never go to anyone else. 5 stars!

    Came here for the first time and was crossing my fingers because I needed to fix a mistake from my old salon. I got there at 9am when they opened and place was very clean, everyone was cleaning throughout my visit. I had Linda and I’m happy I did because she did a great job. I had botched teeth like square and misshapen white acrylics from another salon that looked horrible. She gently removed them the right way (soaking) instead of ripping them off like other salons sometimes do. I then chose dip powder for a more natural look and they turned out perfect. Exactly what I wanted! The entire visit barely took an hour which is impressive because I have avoided removing my acrylics or dip because it took 2 hours at other places in the past. Will be back for sure.

    I just recently moved to the area about 6 months ago and I have been popping around to different nail salons trying to find the perfect one and I can say with 100% certainty that this will be my go to salon now! I absolutely love Tam and would recommend him to anybody who has the chance to even just crosspaths with him. Hes so patient and very detail oriented and puts up with my pickyness with such grace every single time. The atmosphere is awesome, in a perfect location and all the staff is very friendly and gets to know you personally, which I also love and think that is a extra quality every salon should have. Oh and on top of it you get a free glass of water, soda or WINE which makes the experience that much better! Thank you for all of your wonderful services and beautiful nails every 4 weeks, much appreciated!!!

    I have finally found the perfect salon. Annie took her time and gave me the PERFECT natural dip manicure and gel pedicure. She massaged my hands, forearms, and shoulders as part of my classic manicure. I will be visiting Pristine for all of my nail care needs. The salon is clean and has great massage chairs for pedicures. Pristine even offers Chardonnay and discounts for Facebook check-in and birthdays. It was my first time and certainly will not be the last.

    Oh my goodness, I LOVE this place. I’ve been going here for several years and I’ve never been disappointed. Their pedicures and manicures are fantastic & relaxing. The place is so clean and well ventilated so there aren’t fumes standing around. I also get my eyebrows waxed here and the prices are amazing.     I went for a mani-pedi yesterday and my nail tech was amazing!! This is the first time ever that my cuticles haven’t been nicked during trimming(at other shops). She was so gentle 😍 $55 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. I think that’s a great price considering this shop is in a high end outdoor shopping mall. Everyone was so sweet and inviting. They definitely just got a new customer cause I will be going back! I love this place!!!

    I absolutely LOVE this salon. Im rather picky about my nails, specifically length and shape. Ive been going to Linda for about a year and she is the best technician ive ever had!! I get dip powder and Linda makes my nails look perfect every single time. Shes the only person I let touch my nails. Finally I can forget about worrying over my nails and just sit back and watch the HGTV and Food channel lol. The salon in general is clean and relaxing atmosphere. I really cant recommend them enough!

    I work in the Plaza and Im so excited this salon opened! Linda has done an amazing job on my nails the two times Ive been there this month! Its hard to find a clean nail salon that gives great service! By far the best Ive been to in orlando and my gel manicure and pedicure have lasted a month...I just went back a second time to get the hotstone massage pedicure...totally worth it!

    I went here with a large group that were all in town for a wedding. They were very accommodating and kind. The facility is very clean and the service is top notch! Not to mention its been 2 weeks and my gel manicure is still in perfect condition! Im sad I dont live in FL this would be my go to spot!

    Linda is AMAZING! I always love how amazing of a job she does on my nails and she doesnt hold back when trying to clear out any hang nails. She makes it so easy to relax. Whether it is a manicure or pedicure she is an expert! Regular polish, gel, acrylic, dip you name it. Linda is my go-to girl for all of it.

    My 1st time here just googled them early this morning looking for a place that opened early enough for me to get in before work (opens at 9am) & with good ratings. I must say my 1st impression is the place is clean & very chic. I was attended to promptly & was seen right away even with no appt. My nail tech Sue was great! Attention to detail was wonderful, so precise & clean & gave me exactly what I asked for. I couldnt be happier & think Ive found my new nail place after searching for quite awhile!Came back just a few days later to get a gel pedicure and the tech I had was great and suggested something for my nail that I waa well pleases with in the end. Also I had took it upon myself to try and file my nails shorter for work so she went ahead and fixed those back up properly. Was in and out within very reasonable time for a Saturday. Waa taken care of quickly but the service was not rushed and was out in time to still enjoy my Saturday! Ive told quite a few people about this place already because Im that impressed by them! Will be back soon!

    Pristine’s in the Winter Park Village is the only nail salon I go to, and I always book my appointments with the same nail specialist. The establishment is clean and the staff are professional. Every 2 weeks my nails are dipped and my toes polished. I have never had a bad experience.

    Update: found someone I like for my nails. I don’t recommend getting a pedicure though.Honestly found this location and was finally excited because I had a good first experience. I got an SNS manicure and loved it. Although the next day a nail had chipped I had realized that they made my nails way too thin. So I went back to the nail salon and they had fixed all of my nails free of charge so I was happy. I went a second time for an SNS manicure and the next day 3 of my nails had chipped. I was livid..I have gotten SNS many times (at other locations) and they have never chipped and they chipped twice at this location. So I went back to complain and they only fixed the nails that broke which I was annoyed by because the last time they had fixed all of them.THE NEXT DAY 2 more chip. I will never go back here. My sister also got an SNS manicure and one of her nails came off completely

    I got an SNS set for the first time and Im in love! Linda was amazing and had great attention to detail. The hand massage at the end was unexpected and super relaxing. Definitely worth the drive and I will certainly be back.

    Absolutely loved getting a mani and pedi here! The scrub they used smelled sooooo good. I opted for just a gel french manicure and it looked great, theonly downside is it didnt last as long. I also got my eyebrows waxed and it was legitimately the BEST eyebrow wax I have ever gotten.
