Excellent service! The room is nice and clean. Both Lexi and Cathy do such a good job making you feel comfortable during the appointment. They are also fast making the pain going away faster, but it doesnt even hurt that much to begin with -- only certain areas like the knees hurt more. It’s an overall 10/10. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to laser.

Excellent service! The room is all nice and clean. Lexi does such a good job making you feel comfortable during the appointment, gives you a stress ball for the pain and keeps you distracted with talking. She is also fast making the pain going away faster. It’s an overall 10/10. It’s a 45 min drive from me but for the service and the results, it’s worth it. I never have to shave except when I have to go to her. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to laser.

I have done two laser treatments with Alexis. I highly recommend her. Within the first session I could already see some results. My hair took longer to grow. She is always so kind and friendly and always reassures how I’m feeling throughout the session. One might think it hurts, even though it depends on the person. For me I felt some pain near the feet but totally bearable, can’t wait to do more areas!

I’ve been doing it with Lexi who is just the sweetest person and made me feel really comfortable about something so intimate. With her, the laser barely hurt to the point where I decided to do a Brazilian. She gave me tips that made the sessions go almost pain free, and I’m normally such a baby! Also, with both bikini and Brazilian, I saw MAJOR RESULTS after the very first session. If you’re on the fence, I hope this was the sign you needed to get laser hair removal here!

It was my first time ever getting laser and Iconic Laser made it so easy from booking an appointment to coming into the appointment. Catherine was so welcoming and super sweet. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole process. I know everyone has different pain tolerances and they start off at a low level in the beginning, but honestly it wasn’t too bad of pain. You just feel a little heat but it’s tolerable. I would say waxing is worse pain (I did it for 5 years 😅). Overall amazing experience!

I have done laser hair removal in the past on my legs, underarms and brazilian. I still have lots of hair on my legs. I decided to do my lower legs again. I did my research and read many reviews. I decided to try Iconic Laser. I am so glad I did. Booking an appointment was super easy. I only waited 5 mins in the lobby at which I was also greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk. The place is so nice and clean. Catherine performed my treatment. I only booked time for my lower legs and decided at the last min to also include under arms. Catherine had no problem doing both my legs and under arms in the same appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how very nice and professional Catherine was. Right away, I felt very comfortable with her. She took her time and also made sure the laser felt fine the whole treatment. Afterwards, I did not get any red bumps or irritation like I have had in the past with other places. I have 6 more treatments, and I am looking forward to each of them. I recently had my first session with Cathy and she was an absolute sweetheart!!! She explained everything in detail before, during and after my appointment and checked in with me throughout to see how I was doing and make sure I was ok. I have a high pain tolerance, so to me the laser felt like a dual warm/cool sensation. The session was also relatively quick and I experienced no issues after.
