I really can’t say enough positive things about this place. The facility is so beautiful and privacy is their top priority. I’ve been seeing Amy for about 10 years and Iet me tell you, she is second to none! Not only is she skilled, knowledgeable and professional, she is a beautiful soul. She always takes the time to listen and I never feel rushed. Amy always takes her time with her procedures and I am always very pleased with the results. Additionally, Amy stands behind her work. I would also like to mention Karolina. Karolina is such a sweetheart and always greets me with a smile. I haven’t had any services done by her but she has been instrumental in helping with whatever procedures I may be having. I might add that I have seen pictures of her laser work and I’m blown away by the results! I highly recommend LifeGaines for all things beauty related! I promise you will leave there happy and feeling so elevated 💕🦋

Madison was prompt to answer all of my questions, and is very knowledgeable on all of the treatments and therapies their office has to offer. I cannot express how happy I am with my entire experience at LifeGaines! I felt comfortable from my first appointment. I saw both Dr. Hugo & Dr. Gaines and they both took their time with me, LISTENED and thoroughly explained everything. I made another appointment for a laser hair removal session with Amy and was shocked how painless the procedure was! She made the entire procedure comfortable. I have been through dozens of treatments at a number of other well known places, they were all previously painful and ineffective. I would highly recommend making a consultation appointment here!

Amy has been providing services for me for about 5 years. It is always such a pleasure to see her! She is very knowledgeable and well rounded. I always leave there happy. Life Gaines uses top notch, state of the art laser machines. I’m in the process of a tattoo removal, also just had laser spider vein treatment. Amy is always so kind and is so sweet about answering all of my questions. The entire staff at Life Gaines is very courteous and always so welcoming. Amy’s daughter, Madison follows right in her mother’s foot steps with her beautiful vibes! I can easily give Dr. Richard Gaines five stars! My husband and I travel from VA to be under his care! Why would we do this you ask? When was the last time your physician did a full blood panel on you and then sat down with you for an hour to personally discuss your test results and plot a course for a long and healthy life for you? Dr Gaines and his wonderful staff are highly skilled and truly care about their patients! If you would like to live a long yet youthful and healthy life, look no further. Life Gaines is your place. I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Gaines for the past few months. My treatments were put on hold due to the pandemic, but have started up again recently. I have an autoimmune condition and I feel very safe with the precautions they have been taking. Dr. Gaines works with you to see what will help based on your individual needs. I have seen numerous doctors in the past and have gotten no where, but have already seen progress under Dr. Gaines’ care, and I feel positive that I will finally get better. Everyone in the office has a wonderful bedside manner and it truly feels like they care about each and every one of their patients. Dr. Gaines, NP Amy, Christine, Kellie, and Madison are all so nice and inviting and brighten up my day.

Dr. Gaines does a full extensive blood panel and sits with you and goes over it in complete detail! He is kind, patient and an expert in the anti-aging, health and wellness field. Dr. Gaines sets up a procol for you to help you achieve your best youthful health. Madison, Kelly, Christine, Amy and Shawna are sweet and professional yet you feel like you are visiting friends who truly care about you. What a great experience from start to finish. Facilities are first rate, the staff was courteous, professional and incredibly attentive. In particular I am very impressed and incredibly happy with service provided by Shawna Whelen, the Medical Administrator. She is professional, diligent and always exceeds expectations and she works hard to keep all of my prescriptions active so I can stay healthy. They make you feel like you’re their most important client! My highest personal recommendation for Team LifeGaine. 5 stars!!!

I have been going to this facility for approximately 2 years. Amy Steffey & the whole staff have been exceptional! I have a very unusual scar on my forehead & Amy has used cutting edge treatment to minimize its appearance. I have had laser & injectables for other issues & the results have been very natural. Something for everyone and they do a great job of analyzing your needs. I have been getting a series of high powered vitamin IV’s with Ozone to keep my immune system up during the pandemic. I have more energy and I feel protected! The hyperbaric chamber is a bonus treatment for an additional oxygen boost. Great staff and clean. 5 stars!
