    I absolutely LOVE coming here! The staff, atmosphere and overall experience is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. I get Botox (to help with my migraines) and facials and the service provided is always top tier. I’ve never had an issue with setting up an appointment and they are always so accommodating. Great job Facial Mania!!

    Bethany was probably the most outstanding person I have dealt with in aesthetics’s. She was Very thorough, pleasant and supportive. She did not try to force me to do something. I wasn’t ready to do, but was encouraging instead. I found the sales process to be a very pleasant and encouraging process. Very good experience!

    Dr. Bethany Berrios., is so amazing and talented. She has the skill set, confidence and know-how to address and formulate a skin care plan that is right for you; and not a hard sale. I felt that I could convey my needs and she was able to comprehend them, and translate them into my service. She actually LISTENS to you, which is PRICELESS. I would recommend her for filler and tox, and more..She is very kind, compassionate, friendly, educated, knowledgeable and talented. Im so glad I found someone I can trust.The staff is so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy, clean and inviting.

    Wow! I clicked an ad on Instagram because this salon was close to my house and they were running a $99 hydrofacial special. I’m so happy I clicked because I found My new salon for all of my face needs. The staff is incredibly welcoming and warm. Giselle the esthetician is experienced and knows her stuff! My skin was GLOWING when I left. We also worked on a plan to keep that glow. Did I mention The membership pricing. It’s a no brainer. Do yourself a favor and go check them out!!

    This place is a GEM. I had microneedling with PRP done and the technician was very knowledgeable from start to finish and super nice.     Annabella was amazing! My skin felt great throughout and at the end of my facial. I received the promotional facial and added the red light service as an add on. I didn’t feel any pressure to add on any services. If I need the service to improve my skin, I can justify the add on. I signed up for the 3month plan that allows me to get one facial per month, if I don’t use my facial credit it will roll over so I won’t ever lose a service. Overall, 5 stars. Thank you!

    I always have a great experience when I go to Facial Mania on SW18th street. I never feel like I am being “up sold” or pressured to do anything. My services are always what I go in for and I am always walking out the door informed and happy. My membership is beneficial and very fair. Carolina and Alrecht are two great esthetician/who take the time to inform and educate. I appreciate going here.

    This was THE MOST AMAZING FACIAL EXPERIENCE EVERRR!! From the friendly receptionist to the expert esthetician, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. They were able to book me on the same day. I got the Hydro Facial (half off!) and dermaplaning. My esthetician was Anabella and she was the absolute best. She was so patient and gentle and answered all of my questions.     I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful Med Spa. I saw Carolina for Botox and fillers and she was very knowledgeable and gentle. She took the time to explain everything I was having done and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They have a great membership program which includes discounts and a monthly facial. I took advantage of their hydrofacial special and saw Anabella who made me feel extremely relaxed. The owner, Maria, is so sweet and made sure I understood the all of the details of the membership.
