Yesterday I had my first massage with Kay at the Palmetto Rd. Boca Raton location and it was fabulous! She followed everything exactly I requested and provided THE MOST relaxing and enjoyable massage! She also really helped get the knots out from my super tight shoulders. I am definitely go back to her again. I highly recommend scheduling with her!

This is my favorite studio of the ones I have visited. The upfront staff is very good here, they have had some ups and downs and people come and go, but it seems like the ladies that are up there now have been there quite a while and really do seem to care and do a good job. Mauricio is by far one of the best masseuses I’ve ever had in my life and I have had a lot of massages!! He is very good and will focus on issues and I feel so much better when I leave.

Eliza and Laura are excellent front desk attendants. They are friendly, caring, and listen to you, which is what matters the most. Eliza really went above and beyond helping me book the therapists that work best with my back issues for the next year. She even gave me a print out! Concerning the massage therapists, the ones that I book my appointments with are caring, great listeners, top notch with their hands, and very effective overall. The rest of the therapist may be great too depending on the reason for your massage and each individual preferences. It’s a matter of finding the best match(es).

If you ever have the chance to stop by massage envy in west boca, ask for Daniella at the front desk because she was a pleasure to meet.

I have been a customer for 1 year now. Rina is an amazing therapist and is consistent. Sometimes I need more pressure or less depending on the stress level of that time. She is very cognizant and creates a warm and loving atmosphere. For that reason, I will recommend this location and the staff there was very informative and friendly.Coming up on year 3 as a membership client. Kim is also one of the best at this massage envy. I had an amazingly great massage with Maria. She found all the tense spots in my muscles and applied just the right amount of pressure. The room was clean and comfortable with a very comfortable table. Point down for scheduling people. First attempt to schedule was handled by someone who took all the information but apparently didn’t hit the finalize button for the computer because no appointment existed when I called to change it. Second attempt to schedule someone took my phone number because the desk was busy and then never called back. Finally on day of appointment the masseuse and other employees showed up at the door but no one was there with a key to open the building. It was forty five minutes of frantic phone work by the employees before the door was finally unlocked. This place would be amazing if they could only get the front desk more qualified. I will go back but definitely not first appointment in the morning.

I had a few other message artists before getting one from him, and there is no comparison, he really understands where to put pressure and where not to. My therapist is good but the greeter at the door was really lacking in customer service . She needs and many others in this facility need training. I am serious when I say, some individual need to leave. Absolutely amazing results! Sarah is one of their massage therapists, and my regular therapist, and is an expert on deep tissue and knows how to work your back muscles. I injured my lower back muscle in a fitness competition and couldnt stand straight for days. After a session I am loose and standing straight. I also have had good results with Chloe. The front store staff is very friendly and the store has a very nice modern, remodeled, decor. I would definitely recommend this location.

I broke down and said yes to an appointment with Virgil. He is a rare talent! Very professional, knowledgeable and a good listener. I let him know my likes and dislikes; variation in massage and pressure. Virgil will not disappoint. Book him! I will FOR SURE again, if my regular therapist is not avail. Best ..... CSide note: My regular massage therapist is Rina. I also see Kim and Mauricio. ALL ..... AMAZING!!!!Another side note (lol): Front desk and Management are really great! I see regularly, Irina. She truly is amazing. Experienced and a great listener. Understands my pain, if any, and my comfort level. Very professional and clearly enjoys the work she does. Book her if you are able!!! Otherwise, see Kim or Taylor. Both, amazing as well. None of these women are chatty so I can relax and all understand the versatility of massage; using various methods, hand and pressure.You should also know this location practices SAFETY; given the pandemic. You are greeted kindly, 6 feet minimum social distance (other than your appointment of course) and all are required to wear a mask. Even clients! Restrooms to wash your hands, hand sanitizer everywhere and they disinfect surfaces. I know they care about my safety and safety of their employees.Lastly, giving the fairly new ownership, I was a little skeptical about the transition of some of the staff AND management. When FL state allowed them to open again, I started going back myself. When it doubt, ask the appropriate questions. Im certain, given my experiences, ME wants to keep me as a client.

Have been to a lot of massage spas over the years, and I rank my last experience right at the top! Was greeted immediately when I arrived, the spa smell and the air cool inviting. Was greeted by Maria D, who brought to a great room with great massage beds and sheets, perfect lighting and low background music. Maria gave me a 90 minute deep tissue massage that worked my entire body, in particular my back, hamstrings and neck. She used the Hypervolt machine all over to loosen up all my muscles, then massage, finishing with a CBD lotion. I walked out and honestly haven’t felt this great in years! Maria honestly cares about working and listening to her clients needs. Five star all the way. I am a business owner as well, and I can recognize a well managed business immediately. Highly recommended.

I have visited several Massage Envy spas in the past - and as this is an older location - I find that there is a total sense of calm order and standing time served. The therapists are very knowledgeable and thorough; Even the newer hires. The steady influx of regular clients makes one feel at home and welcome. The front desk is full of charm and familiarity. The establishment is clean and always available to offer refreshments or to help the experience be enhanced in some way. I recommend this location to all those considering trying out different stores among the franchises. The pricing as always is fair and affordable for new and old members alike. I will be coming back very soon.

7/20/2022 (Update): I went to the West Boca Massage Envy for my monthly massage (Wellness Program). I switched to a different massage therapist than from my previous massage ( see 6,/21/2022 review below). I had a much better experience. My massage therapist was much more communicative and was more careful when repositioning me during my massage. I felt relaxed and invigorated after my massage. I requested the same massage therapist for my next appt.6/21/2022: I went to the West Boca Massage Envy for a full body massage as part of a program where I get a monthly massage for a discounted price. I had three previous massages with the same massage therapist and I was very pleased with the quality of the massage and the communication with my massage therapist. Unfortunately she left her position so I was assigned a different massage therapist for my recent massage.My recent massage therapist did not speak good English. I tried to explain to her that I suffer from a tight muscle in my right upper thigh (due to sciatica) but she said that she couldnt work on that location due to company policy. I told her that the previous massage therapist was able to address that muscle without touching any inappropriate areas, but she refused. Also during the massage the therapist was not as gentle moving my arms and legs into the correct position so I didnt feel relaxed during the massage.After my massage I told the front desk that I did not have good communication with the massage therapist and I requested a different massage therapist for my next massage. Hopefully I will be able to have better experience with the next massage therapist, otherwise I will consider terminating my program.

Theyre good but not the best. 1 star is undeserved. If your massage is too hard, tell them to ease up. Never had any try to sell more features to me, although I am male, I figure if you tell them youre only interested in a massage they will leave you alone. If you do get a membership and youre unhappy with the location you can always try a massage at a different location as there are plenty. You can also get a different therapist if you choose. If you do become a member it is hard to quit after a few months because you end up looking forward to it each month. I dont always review places but all these 1 star ratings were ridiculous.

But Kim has been so kind to focus on my needs directly relating to the injury and has me feeling closer to normal each visit. She listened closely to my concerns, and then has been working specifically on trying to correct the issue including giving me advice for stretches during the day and night before bed time.
