    I have been a massage consumer for decades, it is difficult to find a good therapist who can actually do deep tissue effectively.Ahmad is hands down one of the best massage therapists I have ever met, he knows his craft and is a master of it. I wholeheartedly recommend him. He is definitely one of the very best.

    I’ve been going to this ME location for over 5 years now and the staff at the front desk always makes me feel welcomed when i check in and they make checking out super easy. Keith G. has always been my go to therapist for massages and stretching! He takes great care of his clients and always has your safety and comfort in his best interest. Honestly, no one else compares to his work. As long as Keith is working at ME, they’ll forever have my business.

    Keith G is the absolute best massage therapist, I’ve ever had. I’ve been a member at Massage Envy for at least nine years and I’ve gone to locations all throughout Palm Beach. I now drive all the way to Boca just to see Keith from Wellington. He is so caring, compassionate, and does such a good job. It’s so obvious he actually cares about his clients.     Sandy was amazing and is a great esthetician. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The issues I have with massage envy have nothing to do with her services. Dont like that the front desk staff try to get you into a monthly plan but I know its thirty job.

    I LOVE Massage Envy Spanish River! Its CLEAN + QUIET + CONVENIENTLY LOCATED .... and their personnel are all very professional. I love Kay & Casilda for my massages because they both know EXACTLY which knots & kinks to work on for the best tension relief. I go to Sandy for my facials and shes done just about every one they offer on me - and Ive always been very, very pleased. She also knows what to offer for those problem areas, too!

    Karl did a deep tissue on my neck and shoulders like ive never had before. So nice. I left there feeling flattened and lighter. He was great. Massage Envy location was nice too. Spring for the lavender oil.

    I find massage envy to be excellent. I have been a member for several years. I have tried different therapist and found all to be good. Only recently, I found my perfect match. Andrea was very intuitive and worked in a way that I left feeling like a new person. The 90 mins of stretching and pressure was so perfect to relieve any tension I had in my body. I have since rebooked to continue to use her. The staff are always pleasant at the front desk and I love the reminders they send.Highly recommend!♥️

I had a fantastic massage experience with Ben. Ben is extremely professional and gifted in massage therapy. I cannot wait to come back.

    My hour and half with George was great! I had had neck and back pain that kept me from sleeping well. I went home after the deep tissue stretch session and felt like a new person. I slept comfortably for the first time in a very long time. Thank you George.

    I love my massage therapist Casilda. She concentrates on all the areas I ask of her and more. She finds muscles that I did not even know were tight and hurt! She does both deep tissue and relaxing techniques which help loosen up my sore spots. She’s the best!

    Adriana was super attentive and efficient to work on all my sore muscles in the hour session! I am a triathlete, so I always have a lot of tightness. She listened and focused on my main trouble areas with just the right amount of pressure. I felt so much better afterwards!

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. I suffer from upper back pain and Stephanie helped me with her deep tissue technique. She also suggested some stretches and herbal tea remedies that have been very beneficial! I highly recommend her!

    Anthony does the best deep tissue massage therapy and his 90 minute session gave him the time to go deep into all my muscle groups. He uses a good amount of pressure which is what I was looking for. For me, he is the best massage therapist ever.

    Jorge is the man! Not your usual workout and I would be hesitant to tell anyone to go if you’re looking for soft massage. Jorge specializes in getting WORK done. It’s painful as he targets areas and is relentless at finding your trigger points but for good reason. The man is very technical, knows his anatomy well and overall a great dude. Would recommend 10/10 for those with chronic tension or anyone involved in sports. Thanks Jorge!

    The therapist was incredible, most of the facility was very nice, the front desk, while very nice, did not answer the phone & were not at the desk for a full 15+ minutes when I arrived. There was also a musty smell in the lobby. Again, the therapist was excellent & I would return for that.

    I believe that Ken gives the best massage Irena is wonderful also for facial or the micro derm abrasion. I love going to massage envy at Spanish River. The women at the reception desk are also very friendly.

    Im appalled at these bad reviews. I have never experienced better customer service or massage therapy in my life! The therapists customize your session to whatever you desire. As for the whole cancelling and transferring pre-paids thing, READ A CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN IT PEOPLE! The transfer fee is $10.... GET OVER IT! Its corporate policy!! Becoming a member was the best decision I ever made. The front desk girls are always greeting me with warmth and kindness, and the therapists are phenomenal. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Massage Envy Spa Spanish River is the best around, hands down.

    This location was awesome. The front desk staff was very helpful in clearing and helping us with the mess that the East Deerfield location had created. The manager here was so responsive when we voiced our concerns I wish it was the same at the other location whatever you do...DO 🚫 NOT go to the east Deerfield location the staff is very poor in customer service and the owner himself does not care about the customers.
