I cannot recommend Dr. Elliott Jacobs highly enough. I underwent gynecomastia surgery with him on August 2, 2024, after suffering from this condition since puberty at the age of 14. For 20 years, I dealt with the physical and emotional burden of gynecomastia before finally making the decision to change my life at 34 years old.When I went for a consultation in June 2024, I was immediately impressed by Dr. Jacobs’ expertise. He has dedicated his entire career to gynecomastia surgery, and as soon as I met him, I knew I was in the right hands. Committing to surgery can feel overwhelming, especially with a severe case like mine, but Dr. Jacobs made me feel completely confident.The surgery itself went incredibly smoothly. I followed every guideline he provided for both pre- and post-operative care, which made the process seamless. The day after my surgery, I had a follow-up visit, and despite it being a Friday procedure, Dr. Jacobs went above and beyond, scheduling a Zoom call with me on Saturday morning to check on my progress. The following Monday, I saw him in person for another checkup, and over the next several weeks, I had multiple additional follow-ups, including one just a few days ago for my five-month post-op checkup.The results are truly life-changing. My gynecomastia is completely gone, and my chest looks incredible—even better than I had hoped. Dr. Jacobs’ attention to detail and unmatched expertise gave me a result I never thought possible. This is my second time with Dr. Pozner he never disappoints his staff is very friendly. He’s extremely good at what he does however, in my humble opinion, the anesthesiologist is amazing, and what he does, but lack in bedside manner.

I have yet to see the results this soon after my surgery. However, there are a few important things to mention:1. Anesthesiologist Dr. Kushner was a superstar. I was very anxious about going under general anesthésia. I woke up soon after the surgery feeling a little groggy at first but my mind has cleared up pretty quickly. I went to my hotel, walked all the way to my room without assistance (even though I had people I could lean on if I needed help), had a glass of water a couple of pieces of chocolate and fell asleep to then wake up hungry, ready to take my meds, and have some yogurt.2. Danielle, my nurse, always responsive, detail oriented, and sweet. You can tell she’s been doing this for a while. She prepped me by giving me instructions about 2 weeks or so before the surgery and continued to have in person and virtual follow ups with me. She was very responsive via email and reached out by phone if we needed to discuss anything further.3. Dr. Pozner seemed to understand what I wanted. Did propose additional procedures which I learned about for the first time from him, and explained why. He was thorough in telling me what he plans to do and answering my questions.4. Lisa, Treatment Coordinator, was knowledgeable, helpful in scheduling my appointments, and answering my questions. She was professional.5. Rosy, scheduling coordinator and others who meet and greet clients. What a group of sweet ladies, who have it all under control! They made me feel welcomed. Just the right amount of warmth and friendliness without being overly familiar, or chatty.6. Don (if I got the name of my nurse correctly, I was a bit sleepy while she was with me), was the nurse that accompanied me home and stayed with me during the first 6 or, so hours after the surgery. She was cool. I mean it! She gave me all the recommendations that proved to be helpful over the days to come. She told my friend to go have a walk or grab lunch or do whatever her heart desired so she could take a break from watching me sleep 😴 Don left some goodies that also helped me stay clean and comfortable after my surgery.This clinic was the most expensive of all the places that I had visited for consultations. I really hoped they were worth the price. While I wait for the results to show, they definitely delivered on the service part.

Very fast service (got my surgery less than 3 weeks after my first consultation) and FLAWLESS recovery - No pain and very little discomfort! Was up and back at work less than a week after the breast augmentation. I’m currently still going in every few weeks for checkups and the staff is still very friendly and patient with me - everyone is so welcoming and warm! Dr. Posner is correcting a situation regarding my breast augmentation from a unfortunate thing that had happened from a previous breast augmentation. Dr. Posner was not the surgeon that performed that surgery. Dr. Posner is doing a phenomenal job so far fixing the problem that I had. I have gone from no left breast, to Dr. Posner putting in a expander, to stretch my skin again, to put the implant back in.
