Amazing experience and I will most definitely be back! I purchased a Groupon on Sunday night and called Monday morning. They were able to get me in first thing for Tuesday. I was thrilled to have been able to book so “last minute”. Upon entering, the receptionist was kind and friendly. She instructed me to fill out a waiver and a form for a customized experience which included choice of lotion scent, music, and talking preferences during your massage + more! I found this to be an awesome touch. My massage therapist was Monique, who was also very friendly upon first arrival to walk me back to the massage room. She absolutely followed all preferences listed on my form. She used the perfect amount of pressure while tending to more sensitive areas, ensuring to not cross that fine line between sensation of muscle relief versus painful pressure. I listed that headaches have been a concern for me, and she spent a great amount of time tending to my neck and head. I left feeling so relieved and relaxed, I actually let out a few tears when back in the women’s retreat room. Truly grateful for the experience I had here today at Spavia. Just had the most incredible experience with Mila, my go-to esthetician! I so enjoyed my 70 min Pure Radiance facial. Her techniques are top-notch, and her massages are absolutely heavenly. Mila always knows how to make my skin glow and leave me feeling completely relaxed. She’s my favorite, and I highly recommend her.

It felt so great to go to one as pleasant and wonderful as this was.IYou can go to the website and take a look at the different options they have for the mini services that they provide.I what I needed, a restorative, gentle facial. My skin felt so amazing, all that day and beyond.I could feel how good my skin felt very hydrated and smooth.You are warmly greeted at the entrance, escorted quickly to the locker room area in order to get the right apparel and put your things away in a safe locker.Warm fluffy robes are given to you as well as sandals if you need them, you chill out in the ladies lounge until you are called for your treatment. They also give you a beautifully scented neck pillow while you are waiting.My treatment was done by Luciana, she is an extraordinarily kind and knowledgeable person, she will talk to you before you decide on which facial is correct for you. and at the end, there’s a nice neck and shoulder massage, they also work on your décolleté area.I recommend this place highly.

I am a Spavia regular, particularly with my massages but this time I scheduled a hydraderm facial with Mila and it was fantastic. My skin feels bright and fresh. Mila was professional, fun to talk to and did a fantastic job - a true pro. Highly recommend this location and Mila specifically for a facial.

I came in for the Ultimate Pure Radiance Lift facial, Alyssa was my Esthetician. It was a very relaxing experience, first I was led into the Retreat Room and I was offered tea, a robe and sandals to change into. The heated neck pillow was soothing!The facial was amazing which also included hot stone massage for neck and hands.Upon checkout Spavia also offers products based upon your skin type, several lines so there is something for everyone and gifts products too.Alyssa did a great job and I will definitely be back! I highly recommend Spavia of West Boca!Check out their memberships allowing you to get pampered on a regular basis! 😍

Visited Spavia today for a 50 minute prenatal maternity massage and Ally was amazing. The spa was dimly lit and soft relaxing music played throughout from the moment I entered, I was instantly transported into a relaxed state. I was greeted with a friendly front desk rep and shown where I would be able to change into a soft, plush robe and slippers and wait for my masseus where I could wait wearing a weighted heating neck wrap. It was a lovely start to a great massage. I went in feeling so tense and in pain and left feeling so refreshed. Thank you Ally! 10/10

I absolutely loved my experience at Spavia. The attention to detail is unmatched. I found it to be a very peaceful and tranquil environment, the ambiance was soothing with relaxing music and soft aromas. The staff was great, but my masseuse was just amazing. Luxurious and an unexpected surprise to find this gem of a day spa with elegant interior and relaxing treatment rooms right in the middle of this West Boca strip center. Its a perfect way to escape , relax and leave renewed. The staff members are delightful and theres a large selection of natural products for sale in the lobby. There are separate relaxation rooms for men and women and should you desire you can book a couples massage. Spa Via Day Spa has a new fan and I cant wait for more pampering here.

From the beautiful blond nicest receptionist with her warm smile our first time in this spa was incredible going to the luxury bathrooms and robes towels and your size flip flops for your use to get the best massage ever. All the place has a beautiful relaxing sound and smell. We did a couples massage and both the girls Joany and Donna where incredible and made us feel at ease for those that are doing this for the first time like us. We will definitely come back! Thank you girls for this. My hubby is the best giving this as a surprise for me! Loved all of it!

This spa is fabulous. I found it on Groupon so got a great deal on a one hour massage but I will definitely go back and pay full price. The spa is super clean and very relaxing. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Krystals massage was one of the best I have ever had. I highly recommend Spavia!!

Just finished a 30 minute massage during my lunch break. Monique was amazing and working out my stubborn neck muscles that had caused me pain all week. The spa is beautiful inside, a relaxing ambiance with dimmed lights and soft carpets. The front desk girl was very polite and knowledgeable about the different memberships available. She made recommendations. I felt comfortable and not pressured to sign up right away. Overall, a very positive experience, and I will definitely be coming back here!

I just had the best massage with Donna!She knew what my body needed without telling her exactly what I wanted.I wanted a lot of work on my shoulders and hands(but that’s all I told her.) Being an esthetician for 10 years has taken a toll on them.The pressure, the flow just everything was amazing!I haven’t felt relief like this from a massage in a long time.Her energy is amazing. Just calm and intuitive. She’s the best :)

Ive been getting massage at membership spas for years. Spavia is absolutely the best spa experience Ive ever had with monthly membership massages. The therapists are top notch! Monique is my personal favorite. ALL staff is amazing! I love the thick robes, warm neck towels, special spa sandles, dimly lit retreat area and hot tea available to create a truly delightful spa experience 🙂 Ill be a customer for many years to come!

Boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage whole experience was magnificent. We both felt that we had one of the best massages and experiences we have ever had. Aroma, smell, service was impeccable. I had Sharon, he had Lauren we both HIGHLY recommend them. Even with a cast Sharon was able to still take care of my left arm to the best of her ability!

I had my first Spavia experience Saturday with Masage Therapist Tatiana. She was incredible! Definitely in my top 5 massages. When I first walked in, the lobby smelled so good. You get to choose your massage lotion scent, background music and there is an actual locker room area for changing, showering and lounging with assorted teas and comfortable seating. It’s a great place with a unique concept. I will be back!

100% love! The facility is beautiful, clean, comfortable. I loved sitting in the waiting room having a cup of tea ☕️. And my favorite I think was the little peppermint patties available for snacking! Rosemarie gave a 5 star 80 min facial! Very impressed by the luxury feel in a day spa setting. They offer robe, slippers, warm neck roll and tea before and after treatment. My skin felt hydrated while knots in my neck melted away from the warm stones she used during the facial. The atmosphere and the cleanliness of the spa was superb. Definitely will be back for more treatments.

From the moment you walk into this spa, you are more calm and relaxed. From the sweet smelling front desk to the pristine women’s retreat room, this spa is the closet thing you’ll get to a five star resort in West Boca where such a thing doesn’t exist. The place was immaculate and all the little details were well thought out. From I was encouraged to come 15 mins early to my appointment and I’m so glad I took that direction because there is a lovey retreat area where they provide you with a warmed neck pillow and comfy robe to wait for your service. There is herbal tea and soft lighting - honestly I could’ve just stayed in there.My massage by Lori was SO enjoyable that I almost fell asleep and was incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated after her treatment.Would I go back? 100% I’m probably going to become a member even though I live in Boynton because the experience was so incredible, it was worth the drive!

When I walked in I was greated by name. Once you head to the back the ambiance is so relaxing. The smells of lavender, the sound of waterfalls and soft music playing... its all the experience you want in a spa. The robe youre given to change into is soft and luxurious. My therapist was Monique.... she was AMAZING!!! I like medium to firm pressure and she delivered. I didnt want to leave....Ill be back!

The space is calm, quiet & relaxing. Lily my esthetician was wonderful & gave me a great facial!! I went with a couple of girlfriends and we were ALL impressed. I will definitely be back!

As a plus-sized woman, I am often self-conscious when I go to a spa. Will the robes fit? Will the tables be comfortable? When I arrived at Spavia in West Boca, I was INSTANTLY put at ease. The robes are luxurious, the setting is comfortable and so relaxing. There are smalls signs everywhere notifying you of the cleaning and sanitizing processes in place, and I felt secure and safe. They think of everything. You select the music you want to hear, what scents relax you, what type of pressure you want in your massage, the level/frequency of talking you want with your aesthetician or massage therapist. It was heaven! I was able to fully relax and forget about the outside world for a bit. I would recommend and I will definitely be back!

A few things stood out to me and most important was the detail to cleanliness, following protocol and making the overall experience truly 1st class from beginning to end. They also have awesome organic products that are fantastic. I am 100% going back - if you go for the facial get the scalp massage - heaven!

I have gone for three massages and the service has been impeccable each time. The price is over $120 for a 60 minute deep tissue massage, so if you plan on going once a month I would probably suggest One of the membership packages, which brings the cost down to $89 I believe.

Just had the most fabulous experience at SpaVia. little did I know when i walked in off the sidewalk of the oasis that awaited me. A full bathroom, shower, changing room, the relaxation room youre free to relax in stocked with neck warmers, hot and cold drinks. and that was before the massage. Tatiana did a great job and the thoughtful touches extended to heated blanket on the massage table, steam towel wraps for hands and feet, choice of music. my new fav place for #selfcaresaturday

Today was my first massage since COVID showed up and I was extremely nervous. Luckily for me I chose Spavia. From the moment I walked in I felt completely comfortable. Everything that I was going to touch was wiped first including the tablet before I filled out my COVID questionnaire and my credit card when I was paying. Everything was thought of including the delightful robe, the heated tables, and the choice of sound/scent/level of conversation.Saul... what can I say about Saul?? I had a sports massage with the CBD lotion addition. I already cant wait to have another massage! He worked on all of my problem areas. He was gentle when needed, and firm when needed. I know one massage cant fix everything, but this was an amazing start. You have GOT to go to Savia and request him!
