Loved Aura Salon & so grateful to Alex for inviting me. She is very knowledgeable about the color and highlights that would look natural and she cuts my hair the way I ask and communicated with me throughout the process and haircut to make sure I would be happy with it. Alex was so kind and caring and even brought me a blanket when I was cold . She was happy to blow dry my hair too and curled the ends, so I felt amazing and my hair looked gorgeous when I left the salon. It was a very relaxing enjoyable appointment with Alex and the salon is unpretentious and comfortable, nice music and vibe . The employees are very welcoming and friendly. So thankful I was recommended Aura, specifically Sheila, for my haircut. The salon is very nice, clean, and everyone is very friendly. Sheila was a wonderful hair stylist. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what you want to do with your hair. Hair EmergencyMy usual stylist had been sick and was unable to take my appointment before an upcoming important event. I found Dominique’s IG account and reached out to her via text. Dominique responded immediately, I explained to her my hair emergency and she took my appointment the next day!When arriving to Aura Hair Co. on Friday afternoon after 1pm. I was greeted at the door by smiling faces! Dominique came to the door what seem like seconds following my arrival offering to help with my briefcase and coat. The reception offered coffee, tea, soda or water and snacks.Because I was pressed for time and Dominique offered me an opportunity to work with more than one Stylist at the shop introducing me to Jacqueline and Noelia.Dominique and her team of stylists demonstrated some of the most impressive and amazing teamwork I have ever experienced by one salon. As a guy, I had never done anything to my hair other than a simple haircut. I came in not really knowing what I wanted other than the fact that I wanted color. Marielle took my vision of highlights and did exactly what I told her I wnated. Sadly, what I told her wasn’t what I had in my head! I left the salon and called back the next day, and they agreed to have me back and fix my hair to exactly what I wanted with my new understanding of how color works. I had an amazing experience with Latasha last week at Aura. She was super attentive and provided me with great options and advice for my hair. She skillfully executed gorgeous color, extensions and a great cut that brought the vision all together. Latasha worked on my hair for a few hours making sure every aspect of the services she provided me with were perfection. I recently took the plunge to have hair extensions installed and could not be more pleased with how beautiful they turned out. My extensions were installed by LaTasha, who took the time to educate me about caring for my hair extensions, including product recommendations and styling tools. LaTasha was patient with my questions and made my hair goals reality. I have received many compliments about their seamlessness and how beautiful my new hair is. I am so happy that I found Dom and Aura Hair through Instagram. My consultation with Dom was awesome. She answered all of my questions and was able to create such a beautiful highlight for my new topper. The cut was perfect and it has changed how I feel about my hair. It makes me feel great and my time to get ready is mere minutes. I received many compliments in my hair minutes after I left the salon. This has never happened. My husband, kids and friends can’t believe it’s not my own hair. Worth the hour trip without hesitation. SHEILA!! Omg she saved my life!! I had a wedding coming up and she got me in quick! I had a split dye black and red - the red faded to orange so it was not looking cute!! I told her I need to go all black and this lady did the WORK. Not only did she get me to a rich black color, she provided excellent education about how I should be treating my hair from here on out. The amount of compliments I’ve gotten in the past month is CRAZY. My self esteem has sky rocketed :’) I will absolutely be returning in the near future. I had such a great experience at Aura with Sheila!! I found her on instagram and when I called to make an appointment, they had me come in for a free consultation. I showed Sheila what I wanted and then she texted me later in the week for pictures of my hair so she could work on planning out how to get to my inspo pic. My main goal was to get all of the blonde out of my hair to be a rich, dimensional, and beautiful brunette. I was her only client for the whole day, and she made me feel like such a priority. The salon itself is amazing with snacks, coffee, and even blankets. Sheila made sure we were on the same page every step of the way, and checked in with me constantly. I have serious anxiety when it comes to my hair, so I really appreciated her patience and how she took the time to perfect everything. My first time at Aura Hair Co was about a year ago I have not seen Dominique in years! I made a mistake of going to other salons for years. Long story short I grew my hair out then went to a different salon two months ago for hair color well needless to say that salon fried my hair off! I was not happy with myself at all so I went and chopped it off silly me. A light bulb went off Call Dominique so I did well needless to say I went for a consult for extensions and I made the choice right away to go ahead and do it. I am 100% a firm believer in the old saying you get what you pay for especially in my last experiences! I can not thank you enough for making me feel like myself again! Let me tell you about my experience with Dom! I live out of state and found her on TikTok! I lost half my hair from covid and menopause which can be pretty devastating for a woman. I’ve done extensions in the past and really wanted to try a hair topper. I looked into a few places 3 online and 1 locally to me. I ended up choosing local and was disappointed with the service. The hair wasn’t real when I was told it would be, she cut the bangs where you could see the cap line. I was feeling pretty defeated. I try to support local when I can but this time backfired big time.I ended up doing a 2nd virtual consult with Dom. She answered all my questions and gave me options. She was able to show me a topper that matched my hair perfectly and showed me what a quality topper should look like. I felt so reassured after talking with her again! I just wished I had chosen Dom the first time. This was all done on a Friday evening. She called me Saturday via FaceTime and had my new one cut, styled and ready to ship to me! I found her on Instagram and saw that she wore her topper in a bob style, which intrigued me because that’s the style I love the most - and somehow there’s this false idea that everyone wants a topper that’s super long, bouncy, and curly.I followed Dom and Aura on social media before taking the plunge and contacting them to order a topper - even though I’m in the midwest and they’re in Florida! Getting an appointment was super easy and straightforward. I filled out a form online and was contacted quickly to set up an appointment for a consultation.When I had my video call with Dom, it was clear that she understood exactly what I wanted. This woman understands wearing “helper hair.” I think the fact that she wears a topper gives her a huge advantage because she knows exactly what the struggles are, what works best, etc. I felt totally comfortable ordering a topper because I felt confident that Dom understood what I wanted.When my topper arrived, it was truly perfect (even though Dom had only seen me over FaceTime!). The color matched my hair. The cut was PERFECTION. It is not easy to cut a bob really well and Dom is a master. I was able to clip it into my hair and go without any alterations or changes. I really love it. It’s the hair I’ve always wanted!When I need another topper, I will return to Dom without question! I completely trust her with my hair.

Brayan was my stylist and he made me feel so comfortable and at ease since I hadn’t touch my hair in 4 years. He walked me through the process and made sure to let me know what he was putting / doing to my hair which I loved. 10/10 experience . I cant say enough about this salon. I came in with a hair emergency, and I thought I was going to have to cut my hair off 😭. I called and got a same-day appointment, which was a huge blessing. The WHOLE staff was super kind and assured me they would be able to help save my hair. I was a little skeptical. But they did! I had four different hair stylists working on my hair, and what I thought would take 5 hours only took 2!So grateful for everyone!P.s. the extra stylists jumped in to help in between clients, and that is what I call GREAT TEAMWORK! I absolutely love that!

I’ve been following Dominique over the last 14 years. When she told me she was opening up her own salon, I was so happy. I’ve never once been disappointed by her work. I have gotten highlights for over a decade from her, have had hair extensions as well. She is unbelievably talented. Also, her staff is so kind and so respectful when I’m there. They always smile, are positive and just make it such a positive experience. You won’t find another salon that will make you feel as welcomed, from the moment you go in and even after you leave. I had my hair cut by Dom today and had my hair washed by Shiela, which by the way was the best hair wash I have ever had. She was telling me about the new straightening product they now carry called Pro Addiction and how many clients are having this done. I have been thinking about it, but, after talking with her I decided to have it done right then and there. Shiela was very obliging, she responded lets do it keep in mind this was at 3:30 in the afternoon and she had already but in a long day. She acted like it was 9:00 in the morning. She did an outstanding job! My hair is shiny, straight, and beautiful and it did lighten up the color which I was also thrilled about . Shiela has personality plus! She made me feel like I knew her forever. Here is the kicker Pro Addiction is normally $400.00, there is $100.00 off this month.If your thinking about it now is the time to DO IT!

Giuliana from Aura Hair is my stylist so this is regarding my experiences. First off, She is amazing!!!! she is genuinely so friendly & so easy to talk to. She is attentive & feels like an old friend you’ve just known forever. 10/10 personality :) The atmosphere in this salon is not only super cute/chic/clean .. but it’s full of classy staff who are so friendly the minute you walk in. All I can say is WOW. I am so BEYOND impressed!!!! (And Brayan is the REASON!!) I had only booked a cut, but knew extensions was the long term goal. Brayan took the time to listen to what I wanted, and after a lengthy consult, made the time to make my dreams come true. I figured with his packed schedule (literally three other clients there for him) that he wouldn’t have the time to do it (especially since that was not what I booked) - but he made it happen with such ease. It was my first experience at Aura AND my first time meeting him and it immediately felt like old friends catching up. Giuliana is by far such an extraordinary stylist. Having done my hair prior (during covid) I was so excited to see her behind the chair. She took my inspiration into consideration, and knowing me and my crazy schedule was able to color and style my hair to a beautiful bombshell with highlights and lowlights. She took all my questions, concerns, maintenance on hair, prior coloring, etc. Into consideration when doing this color and cut. Hands down my favorite artist to have ever done my hair!
