    Roots Salon is amazing! Everyone there is extremely friendly and accommodating! Shannon (The Owner) is the absolute best hair stylist I have ever had. She has so much passion and love for what she does! The shampoo room is so relaxing and the scalp massage along with the arm and hand massage and warm towel is sooo amazing!     Hailey is the best! I went in for a consultation for a color correction.     I decided to try Roots out for a haircut and blowdry. Hailey was so sweet, she took her time talking to me about my hair. They have a shampoo room that is so relaxing and will give you a nice arm/hand massage.

    I contacted Roots Salon to schedule an appointment to get my hair done and right away Shannon listened to what I wanted done to my hair, making sure I got a stylist that she thought would be a good fit for me (from my experience I have never received that level of care from other salons). She paired me up with Hailey, who from the time I stepped into the salon until I left went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while getting my highlights done. Hailey made my hair look fabulous and I look forward to coming back to Roots salon for many years to come!

    Jessica is a not only warm and welcoming, but a talented stylist! She added highlights and gave me the natural look I was going for! I couldnt be happier.     Went to roots for the first time today and found my forever salon! Shannon was fantastic! The shampoo came with an amazing arm/hand massage while the conditioner set.     From the moment I walked in the door I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. Then shanon, the owner, which I had an appointment with for my haircut greeted me and we went to the shampoo room, which was such a great ,, relaxing experience She shampooed my hair, then put a warm towel on my head and gave me a nice hand and arm massage. Very nice touch. And she gave me an amazing haircut, which made me feel sassy and young again. Thanks Shanon . I will definitely be coming back.

    I have been going to Roots Salon for the past 6 months. Its a wonderful experience every visit. I started going after another salon damaged my hair over processing it.     I have been meaning to write a review for quite awhile. I cant say enough about Roots Salon, its staff and its owner, Shannon Welsh. Shannon has been cutting my hair since it was a short, spiky style and she has guided me back into a long, beyond my shoulders, style. I recently went back and had 2 taken off to give me more body. No matter which style I request, I am never disappointed. The Aveda products have done a lot to give my hair shine and body. Considering I have been coloring my hair blonde for over 50 years, its amazing to me that it doesnt look like straw. It feels soft and smells great.If you havent found a salon youre happy with or if you just moved into the Cape and need a salon to give you the look you want, check out Roots. All the stylist are great with cuts and color. Once you start going to Roots, youll be set for life.

    What an amazing place! Im here on vacation for a month, and I know Id need to get my roots colored while I was here. I chose to go to Roots Salon ultimately because they are an Aveda salon. I also saw that they had great reviews! Im so glad I made that phone call. They were just amazing!! The place is beautiful and everyone was so friendly. They even squeezed in a mens haircut for my boyfriend. We got to sample some Aveda tea and also had a nice glass ofwine while getting our feet massaged in the foot massagers that sit in the waiting room. It truly was wonderful!

    Shannon never ceases to amaze me. Shes been doing my hair for over 10 years..and Ive followed her over several salons and Im glad to call Roots my home now. Shannon has a natural ability to turn my messy mom bun that hadnt been cut in a year...into something so beautiful. She is perfect with her color. She is perfect with her cuts. She is perfect with the love and respect she shows all her clients and staff. I highly recommend this salon to everyone. I also had the chance to have Lori do my eyebrows today (something Ive only had Shannon do over the past 10 years)....and Loris attentiveness to my needs and wants was impeccable.     Hands Down one of the best! I have been going to Kelsey for almost 4 years now. I trust her implicitly. I am very picky when it comes to who can touch my hair and Kelsey is the only one. She has got an amazing special touch to hair. She is worth the wait!This salon has a very comfortable feel to it and everyone there is loving and kind.     Moving from New England I was nervous I wouldnt find my salon right away but sure enough after my first visit with Roots I knew I found the right spot!     I wish that I could give more stars. A few months ago I had Shannon cut my hair and she did a beautiful job. Recently my Mother was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer and after her second chemo treatment her hair started falling out. Shannon went above and beyond keeping her in good spirits while she shaved what little hair was left. She also trimmed and fit the wigs to her head and my Mom looked beautiful.     I love coming here! The staff is always happy and friendly. They don’t bicker amongst themselves like at other salons. They truly love their job, and it shows! The owner is wicked smart!     This place is awesome!! The salon itself is very spacious and functional. It is warm and relaxing. The staff is always kind and I am very comfortable there. Shannon Davison is the best. I am from up North and struggled to find a hairdresser down here that could do my hair to my satisfaction without breaking the bank. Shannon does just that. She always listens to what I want and delivers flawless results. I feel so pampered when I go to get my hair done. They even give me an arm and hand massages while washing my hair.     Sarah George is amazing! My color and cut were fabulous and I received so many compliments, but even more, the service is impeccable.     My recent appointment was fantastic ! The New Barry Anton Salon has a New Owner,New Stylists and New Product line. This is now an Aveda exclusive Salon. My hair turned out beautifully. It was colored and styled by Shannon Davison, the new owner who is an Aveda trained Master Stylist. Another stylist, Rae-Lynn washed my hair out.I love them both. Friendly and informative regarding the Aveda Products.I am glad to see the old stylists have left, out with the old, in with the new. Very refreshing and updated ! Check out the new look and the new Aveda products.

    Kelsey Abram is truly an artist with hair color and styling. The scalp massage was heavenly and eyebrow color touch up really completed the whole makeover.
