    I’ve been going to Carrie for two years now. My previous esthetician recommended her as I moved to Florida. Carrie has always provided personalized skin care and took time to discuss my previous regime and how she could provide her fabulous menu of services to continue and enhance my skin care journey.     I had several services with Carrie, and I was incredibly impressed with how well she tailored the overall experience to fulfill my individual needs and skincare goals. I have been so frustrated with not getting the results I have wanted with my skin in the past, but Carrie is so knowledgeable and educated about skin types and different treatments that she has given me a regimen I love and a renewed hope in my complexion. Highly recommended!

    I have had various facials completed by Carrie and not only is she extremely knowledgeable, the treatments were amazing for my skin, as well as relaxing. She was very helpful with explaining how to treat & care for issues I have with my skin. Unfortunately, I live out of state, but I make appointments with her every time I am in town!

    Carrie is a skincare guru — she really knows her stuff and she takes the extra time to really explain everything. The space is beautiful and she even offers clean, handmade bath products. Definitely worth booking with her if you’re in the area!

    Carrie is super attentive to your needs and more than anything she’s super informative and is really good at setting down a plan to get to the target goal. Her suite is super clean and comfortable, well rounded in every way. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their skin in any way. We’ve been working on lightening the pigment in my underarm area and so far everything is a success!

    I was nervous going to get waxed, and Carrie was the first person I visited to get a wax. The wax came out very well and I was really happy with the results. She also did my eye brows and they look better than they ever have before. Will definitely be going back routinely. I have a facial appointment coming up and I’m so excited to experience this for the first time as well. Carrie makes me feel safe and comfortable when I’m in her salon. Her personality is a 10 and she is so fun to be around! I’m definitely getting what I pay for. Thank you Carrie!!! You are the best!!!

    I have been going to true reflection esthetics for a few months and I have seen a difference in my skin. Carrie is funny, easy going and is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise and provides great advice on how to manage my skin at home. I have also received body waxing treatments and she does a great job at that too! I highly recommend this business and you wont regret it!Update: 9/6/2022I cannot say enough about the services that Carrie provides! I have been going to her for over a year now dealing with adult acne which has been a struggle especially with COVID (maskne). She helped me prepare for my wedding day and have done different services that were appropriate for me at the time (from illuminating & true reflection signature facials, to PCA peels). My face has improved significantly from a year ago! I have also done other services including brow and lash tint, lash lift, and body waxing! If you want someone who is an expert on skin care with medical expertise and with a great personality, I highly recommend going to see Carrie!

    Carrie is wonderful, professional, and very knowledgeable in her work. She made me feel completely comfortable with my first wax, she took her time and walked me through each step she did. I definitely recommend her services.

    ***Edit*** Since this review, Ive also gotten the 1 hour facial and dermaplaning- its incredible! My skin feels so smooth almost 2 weeks later! All of the PCA products she used smell wonderful and my face is so soft.The owner, Carrie, gives easy to understand consultations along with a range of services specific to your skin type and needs. Brow and lash services are so perfect for my too light to see hairs! I hate wearing makeup, and the tinting allows me to feel finished without doing anything- and lasts for weeks! Super competitive pricing and a relaxing atmosphere in an easy to find location.

    I simply cannot say enough good things about Carrie. She saw me monthly (sometimes twice a month) for almost 2 years. She is always able to accurately analyze my skin and see what the concerns are, and how to solve them. She told my why I was breaking out, and was always spot on!     Best esthetician I’ve tried in Ft Myers!! I originally booked with Carrie for help with recurring maskne and noticed a BIG difference after just 1 facial. She is knowledgeable and gave me super helpful tips on my skincare routine and info on my unique needs. I’ve also had waxing services and would 1000% recommend her for that too. Very professional, thorough, used high quality products and is obviously passionate about what she does!

    I do not take care of my skin or follow a routine, but my wife made me get a facial for our anniversary. It was much better than I expected. I thought Carrie wouldnt be able to do much since I have a beard, but she told me that its geared toward beard and skin health. She got rid of ingrown hairs and flakey skin under the hair, and extracted some gunk. The steam and mask were actually nice too, even though I dont usually like that sort of thing. I probably wont start taking better care of my skin, but I would get a facial again.

    She is amazing and knows what she is doing! I get skin treatments and brow tinting/waxing from her. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my eyebrows. She is also very knowledgeable, which is always reassuring when addressing serious skin irritations.
