I have been seeing Jacinda for the past few years now and she always makes sugaring a great experience. Love the ambiance and cleanliness of the studio, it always feels welcoming. Jacinda is professional, punctual, and efficient. Every time I come in we pick up right where we left off in conversation and before I know it my appointment is over. Jacinda was absolutely AMAZING!!!I had a traumatic experience with sugar waxing 7 months ago that sent me to the Urgent Care and took me 3-4 months to heal due to the carelessness of a previous aesthetician, and I never wanted to do this again. But after 7 months, I convinced myself to try it again since shaving is so time-consuming and does not give the same results.After a 2 month search, I found Jacinda on Google Maps, and she was the only person who consistently had 5 star, authentic, and genuine reviews; so I booked the appointment. Despite me being 5 minutes late, and despite her being fully booked, she accommodated my need (last minute) to fit me in.She took her time with me, she heard my story and was truly empathic to my anxiety. She made me feel comfortable, spoke to me the whole time, and had me completely engaged with her to take my mind off of the pain all while walking me through the process every step of the way. She is soooo professional.Her office is the CUTEST thing ever (PINK). It was thoroughly just spotless, organized, sanitized, and inviting. Nice music playing and just an overall zen feel to it- with pink starburst at check-out! 🥰The process with the waxing, thecleaning me afterward, the hot towel, the light aroma of what I believe was an essential oil. From beginning to end, her service was immaculate.I am so happy I have her now to take care of this for me with minimal pain and such care. PLEASE go to her. I promise you will not regret it! To say I’m happy I found Jacinda is an understatement. I started off getting waxed with soft/hard wax before I found out how amazing and more comfortable getting sugar waxed is. My first time with Jacinda I had the Brazilian and full leg wax done with the special going on for a hydro jelly mask after the Brazilian. Not only the mask but the way she waxes is LIFE CHANGING. I’ve been through 10+ wax specialists through the 3 years I’ve had it done and she is by far the best. This most recent time getting a service, I knew I was going to be more sensitive with my Brazilian and she not only listened and took a little extra time to be gentle but she asked me questions and got to know me as a client for future visits. She’s quick, efficient, and considerate while being just a great person with fun conversations during the session.
