    Chris is a true artist, and not just in the hair department! His salon is warm and vibrant not only from his presence, but also from the self-created art that adorns his walls and every space in between. I have had the pleasure of getting my hair colored and styled by Chris for a year now and Iā€™m incredibly glad I found him.     This place is worth the hour drive for me! I love it here! Chris, Mitch, and Paul are all amazing and I had so much fun. Mitch gave me a perfect haircut and color/tone! The salon owner is an artist and place is super fun and vibey! Def worth the trip from anywhere

    I found Chris when we were driving around the area and I saw this cool salon that looked very artsy and creative inside so I thought I would give him a try. I am so glad that I did. He clearly has good listening skills because he understood what I wanted in the first conversation. And, he created what I wanted in the first visit. Im pretty simple, not fancy but at other salons I have felt they werent hearing me. Chris heard me and he gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be recommending Chris to friends. His prices are standard for the area.

    The experience this salon gives you is unforgettable, i went in and was greeted by the owner chris, and mitchell. instantly, they were heartwarming, welcoming and a pleasure to be around! they were always making sure i had everything i need, offering beverages, making sure i was comfortable (theyā€™re also super cool to talk to)the look of this place is so comforting & unique, you can tell they put every ounce of their heart into this place. thereā€™s art & gorgeous lighting! the passion these guys have for what they do will show through your hair when theyā€™re finished, iā€™ve truly never had such a positive experience where i felt heard, seen & cared for. my hair has never looked so good, im insanely impressed and so grateful ive found chris and mitchell. i genuinely felt like a princess the entire time i was there šŸ„¹ if you ever have a chance to come get serviced by them, i couldnt recommend it enough! thank you, mitchell & chris. i look forward to coming again ā¤ļø

    Had my hair color corrected with Chris and I loved it. I had tried two days in a row to get the perfect shade of red on my own but the ends kept coming out dark. He opted to give me a brighter shade based on my complexion with beautiful results. I will certainly be back to him again to maintain the hair. The salon is also cheerful and he is a lovely person. Highly recommend it

    I came in with a terrible haircut that I got from someone else. I had really long hair and the person who cut it destroyed with horrible layers. I came in and Chris David completely changed the look and fixed it. Im someone who loves long hair and he did everything possible to keep it as long as possible and fix it. He is an incredible hairstylist, an artist and I highly recommend his services. Hes amazing at coloring and also cutting and his place is so beautiful. His staff is so friendly,. The had a wide variety of teas and drinks, and they even fed me when I said I was hungry. I couldnt be happier with my haircut and the services that I received today at his fabulous Salon... Hes the BEST!!

    I have had the same hair stylist for over 15 years. I decided to grow out my hair during the pandemic to see what my natural color was and she decided to retire. I went to another salon with a picture of what I wanted, in order to cut out all the old color. Over a foot of hair off and it came out very uneven. I first came to Chris to even it out and I knew when he was doing the cut, he was going to be my new person. Chris David is a creative engineer! I have fine textured hair follicles, with slight waves, and tons of hair. His ā€œcut the hair where it livesā€ and dry cut approach worked fantastically to provide the best cut for ME. He listens to what you want, but he also gives feedback on the best style for your head/face shape, and body type. He is truly gifted in his craft and I highly recommend him.

    Had the best experience here! The staff was awesome. Paul brought my hair back to life with just a haircut. Really looking forward to going back for color!     I have curly hair and have definitely had my fair share of scarring, nightmare haircut experiences. But it feels like the stars literally aligned for me to find this salon. I booked a consultation with paul and it was so seamless, he explained the technique and approach he would take with my hair and I booked a haircut for the next day. Best haircut of my life, seriously!! Paul revived my hair and was just extremely knowledgeable and talented. He explained any tweaks he was going to make to the plan we agreed on during my consultation before he did it and my hair literally looks so incredible. And I also got to meet Chris who I can tell is just a beautiful soul with so much experience too. Iā€™m so glad I found this salon, I live right near it and I am going to come back as long as itā€™s open! Iā€™ve never bleached my hair but im thinking about doing highlights and I will only be trusting Paul or Chris with my hair from now on!! Thank you so much you guys šŸ©·

    First of all the energy in this salon was amazing. Came in for my appointment and they offered me a beverage and you name it. Paul cut my hair and he did a great job. He makes sure I like everything step by step makes me feel good. I told him what I wanted and he did it , not like most places. I recommend this spot for alternative or traditional looks they do it all. Definitely not going anywhere.

    After moving to South Florida, I struggled for two years to find a stylist that would not only listen to my struggles, but who was also skilled in how to manage my thin/fine hair to make me feel beautiful. I have been a client since May 2019, and I am so grateful to have found Chris. He uses top of the line products and creates a total experience for his clients. He takes the time to consult before mixing color and before making any cut or style. He is truly gifted at what he does and cares about the outcome. I cant remember any other stylist knowing what color(s) I like and used in prior visits - I have always had to give a reminder. Chris just knows and always makes sure to ask if we are making changes.     I had my first experience at the Chris David Salon recently, and I was completely blown away with the end result! I have never, in 27 years, walked away with a haircut that I was actually satisfied with, until Chris did my hair. Somehow he managed to maintain my length but bring new life to my hair. And to top it off, he uses only the best and most natural hair products on the market, which made me feel safe getting my hair done while being pregnant. :)Needless to say, the Chris David Salon will be the only place I go to get my hair done in Delray moving forward.     Went to this salon for my first time over the weekend and booked with Paul. Itā€™s very clean and decorated very well. I went for a blow dry/style and also needed some weight taken off since my hair is so thick. Paul did such a great job. My hair felt so much lighter and it was styled perfectly and lasted me 2 full days of beautiful loose waves. Definitely going back!

    I moved to Florida 2 years ago after having lived my whole life in Toronto. It may not seem like itā€™s such a huge deal to find a new hairdresser who you gel with, but trust me, it is!     All I can say is WOW!I went in for a blowout, fresh trim , curtain bang & gloss treatment. I had the most AMAZING experience. The salon is clean and inviting!! Itā€™s such a cool vibe between the music , decorations & lights. Itā€™s appealing to all ages but for ages like mine (20s) itā€™s so awesome. Chris and my stylist Jess were nothing less than absolutely incredible. They made me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful.     Iā€™ve been going here for about 2-3yrs now and all I can say is wow! Always leave with a fresh cut, a new glow and many compliments.     Chris is a very talented hair stylist. I have thick curly hair which is not easy for just anyone to cut. It requires a lot more skill. I have gone to curly hair specific salons and paid top dollar for specialty hair cuts. I must say Chris is even more talented and has done an excellent job with my hair. Highly recommended!!

    Great hair from the Maestro of Color in Delray. Chris does phenomenal work and my wife loves his color. I go to him to and have for years. I need my hair to look sharp and professional but still have some flare. Chris does a great job finding that look. Its also a really cool and laid back location.     Chris is the Leonardo da Vinci of hair - part scientist, part sculptor, part artist. I have longer hair for a guy and the first time I walked in and he knew exactly what I wanted before I even spoke. He has true vision, and beyond that, he executes the vision flawlessly. I sent my signifgant other to Chris. Shes from the Carolinas and has been with the same woman up there for a decade, so shes very particular about who touches her hair. Chris did color and cut for her and now she waits to come back to Florida from the Carolinas to have Chris do her hair. I was surprised by the singular 1 star review. Of 83 (now 84) 5-star reviews, all I can say is theres one in every crowd. Give him a shot and I think youll find as we have, that youve found your person when it comes to hair.

    The best at what he does, Chris has been doing my hair since I was 18 years old and I wouldnā€™t have it any other way!     Chris is an amazing hairstylist. I am out in Florida for a few months and it was really scary to try a new place. I had Chris do what he thought would be best for my hair when I came in for coloring and I am so glad that I took his advice. My hair turned out great.     When I began working with Chris approximately 7 years ago, my hair was destroyed from a color error that my prior stylist made. Chris knew exactly how to restore & repair my hair. Despite my ever-changing color & cut requests, Chris nails it every single time. He truly is a master colorist. No matter what new style idea I throw @ him...he makes it happen!     I new to the area as far as hair salons go. My permanent home was in Maryland and New York city but now that Iā€™m in Florida I decided to search for a colorist and a hair cutter that actually listens to me. I specifically wanted a salon that uses quality products and Chris David uses Davines, an Italian line that has literally changed the health of my hair. To find a top-notch hair cutter and colorist is another story because Iā€™m very selective and have had my hair ruined before. . I booked an appointment with Chris and . I walked into a very cool, small chic salon. After a lengthy convo,That was actually educational and interesting, , I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience in every facet of hair. Not only did he make my hair color and highlights and low lights so beautiful, and he cut my hair as exactly what I wanted . 100% fabulous. No crying on my way home.     I highly recommend him!! I get compliments on my hair almost daily because of the amazing color job he does. I have super long, thick, curly, frizzy hair and you would never know because of the magic he works! He offers a unique, natural smoothing treatment that works so well! Better than any keratin treatment Iā€™ve ever had. Heā€™s the best! Been going to him for 4+ years, check him out!
