I love going to Flash electrolysis, when I first started with Ellen I was very insecure about my chin hair, I am a black women with very thick dark long chin hair. And I would get scars after tweezing the hair, so that would made me don’t want to go out or let people see my face without covering my chin with a face mask. So far lve had 3 electrolysis appointments & Ive already seen a dramatic loss in hair growth in the areas treated. Im already feeling more confident and happy about the hair removal! Ellen is very professional & doesnt waste a second of your scheduled appointment time. I couldnt be happier with the sanitation standards, professionalism, and level of detail Ellen brings to each appointment. Her place is very calm and her playlist is the best. She is thorough, kind, and trustworthy, making my electrolysis experience very positive and securing me as a long-term client! I highly recommend her services!

The real deal! So happy Hair is goneI have been going to Ellen at Flash Electrolisis Ellen for a few months now. Removing the dark hairs around my chin in my lap. I am so happy with the results it started at 30 minutes and now down to 15 minutes the hair is not growing back. I can’t wait for the next spot on my body to remove the hair. Ellen is amazing. I found her about 7 months ago and I have been seeing her consistently. I have PCOS and struggle with hair on my jawline and neck. My experience with Ellen has been amazing! I am a 20 something year old African American woman struggling with hirsutism and started receiving electrolysis on my entire face. Since I started puberty I’ve had to tweeze my face once sometimes twice a day. After my first session with Ellen, I saw great results. She says results can vary but I was amazed at mine. Honestly. She makes you feel very comfortable, her office is clean, and she educates you about your situation and after care for the days after treatment. I have no regrets!!!

I am a current client undergoing facial hair removal. Ellen uses the heat method, she is very professional & sanitary. she was even nice enough to cauterize a few pimples I have had, even after the time is up she always tries to get a few extra hairs at no additional cost. I am a black women & she is quite knowledgeable about skin care tips for black skin undergoing electrolysis, she has given me tips recommending exfoliation & using tendskin to prevent razor bumps.I have not experienced any adverse effects (burns, scabs, big wholes in pores with her) I highly recommend Ellen for your permanent hair removal needs!

Ellen is very friendly and made me feel at ease for my first electrolysis appointments. You can see that shes passionate about her work. This is an excellent place to go to if youre transgender, youll feel very welcome. Since Im travelling, I went to another salon a couple of weeks later ; at the other salon I got redness that lasted for a few days despite not feeling much plucking, but at Flash Electrolysis I only had a mild redness that lasted for about 36 hours, even though the sessions were several hours long and even though I did feel some amount of plucking (I have big bulbs, apparently).

Firstly, I am not related to Ellen 😬After struggling for years with PCOS , Ellen helped me to feel like myself again. I have severe excessive hair growth, with damaged skin and razor bumps under my chin, upper lips, sideburns, jaw and neck. I have tried laser hair removal before and it never worked. When I found Ellen, she was so nice, informative and honest and she told me what I needed to do to rid of my facial hair.She was very thorough and provided me with the supportive and care information and she explained how long the treatment would be and the damages that my skin went through from all the tweezing for over 15 years. The price is great!!!I must say that it has not even been a month and I can feel and see the difference. She even recommended creams for numbing to make the procedure more comfortable and also after care.Her office is very welcoming, clean and she is a true gem. Absolutely loving my results with Ellen!! I’ve had electrolysis with 2 other professionals. The first one was not good I just didn’t know any better. I would always leave with my face looking like I was beat up. The second one was good but scheduling conflicts led me to Ellen, and I can’t deny I’m happy with it.
