    After locating from another state, I was really nervous about finding a new med spa. Courtney was so nice and very professional. Immediately upon meeting Silas, the Wellness Director, I knew this was the right place for me. He was so warm, accommodating, and really took his time to understand my needs. After my assessment with Silas, I had the pleasure of meeting Robin. She made me feel very comfortable during my physical and blood draw. I canā€™t say enough about the staff here.     The entire experience at 4Ever Young Ft Lauderdale is top notch. From booking appointments with Courtney to the services provided by the entire staff, you are treated professionally.     My first experience getting Botox at 4Ever Young was great. Rachel did such a great job on me you would never know I had it done. I get Botox for migraines and this was just a little extra to take care of my laugh lines. From the moment I walked through the doors I was treated like a king. Iā€™m sorry I donā€™t remember the young womanā€™s name behind the desk but she is outstanding! I definitely will be going back and I absolutely recommend this location to anyone who is thinking about trying Botox. You wonā€™t regret it!

I have done a lot of research on my own and after going to many so called skin experts/spas none of them will give you the facial that you will receive like the new 4Ever Young Anti Aging in Fort Lauderdale. I went in thinking it will be the typical facial and it was anything but. My Esthetician, Kelly T. was extremely knowledgable when it comes to what kind of treatment your skin needs. Her services were amazing, and it was refreshing how honest she was. My experience was not only relaxing and soothing but effective! Youll leave with glowing, happy skin but also a relaxed mind. They were able to fix my undereye filler that i had to get dissolved somewhere else and gave me such a natural little lip plump. They look to save you money and not rip you off like most places.     11/10! Would recommend to everyone!!My bf had been wanting to do microneedling, and i wanted to try a chemical peel. We chose 4Ever Young (Fort Lauderdale location) based on the overwhelming positive reviews, and they were not wrong. During our free consultation, we met with Nicole, who was super sweet, and beyond helpful and informative in helping us decide which options were best for us. There was a promotion going on at the time, and even though it was over when I made my apt, they still made sure to honor it! The young lady at the front desk was also super kind and polite in checking us in/out and helping book our next apts. They were even able to make sure we got back to back apts together. Nicole continues to be absolutely wonderful! She is always eager to answer my million questions and is SO informative! She genuinely made us feel confident in our decisions and helped calm any nervousness. She always makes sure we understand the post-peel / post-microneedling procedures to do at home and urges us to reach out with any questions. She even reaches out days later to follow-up and see how everything is progressingā˜ŗļø I would obviously recommend Nicole to everyone, but Im willing to bet the other estheticians are just as great, based on our overall experience.And of course, the location was meticulously clean and maintained, everything smells good, and the staff is all kind, knowledgable, and beautiful!

    Excellent Service and knowledgable staff. Today was an awesome experience at 4Ever Young. I met with Silas and spoke with him about the HRT Pellet. He went over all the specifics and was very informative about the entire procedure. I met with Jessica who took my blood for the clinical work up....Let me just say, I have veins that most assistants beat the heck out of....She was Fabulous! First time, bam! got the blood sample! After that, I met with Robin the nurse practitioner and she went into detail over my medical history and what to look forward to once the Pellets are inserted. Tyler is the office manager and he was so helpful with the process as well. I am very happy with my experience today and look forward to my next visits there :)

Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses are so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable.     This team is amazing. I got Botox for the first time and Robin, the nurse practitioner here (her. Being a NP was important to me), did and excellent job! I was a bit nervous because of the needle but she was so skilled and quick, I barely noticed. Iā€™ve read reviews that people come here just for her and now I know why. I should also mention Silas, the HRT specialist, was terrific as well. He was very helpful and informative from the start and that continued through when he spent 25 min on the phone going over all my results and answering all my question. This location and staff are highly recommended.

    Was driving on Federal Highway and saw this place and decided to call. I got a same day appointment and was in and out quickly. To my surprise they had a great deal of $129 for Botox per area. I did my forehead, crows feet, and between brows. The front desk staff was absolutely phenomenal, super sweet and informative. Lisa, the PA, who did the procedure took her time explaining what she was doing and what to expect. She explained what would be the best course of treatment.I saw results within four days and am totally happy with them. I did go back for a touchup eight days later, which was FREE of charge! The second time around I met Robin, another PA, highly skilled just like Lisa on what she was doing. Trusting someone with cosmetic procedures on your face is a difficult decision, but without a doubt this is one of the best experiences Ive had! Totally recommend them!

I started my first year of Law School in August and felt so exhausted and terrible all the time from lack of sleep and from using my brain all day every day so I decided to start going to 4Ever Young for B12 shots and IV Vitamin Infusions and these last few months I have seen such a huge difference in my sleep, studying, everything!!! Shay and Paula are amazing, (considering Iā€™m very scared of needles) they make me feel so comfortable. I love how they have a extensive menu with everything I need to be healthy/beautiful inside and outside!! I have been doing the pellet, HRT treatment, with them for years now and I couldnā€™t feel better!! I highly recommend 4ever Young for everyone!!!

    I have been coming to 4Ever Young med-spa for a year now. Since I came here last year for my first time ever getting Botox injections, Fillers and a Facial, I havenā€™t gone anywhere else. Recently I went back for Botox, Fillers and IV Therapy. Shay actually listened to me and injected my Botox in my troubling areas and she injected my Fillers according to my request- and her consultation. Last year when I got Fillers I did not do my lips, I was scared of the outcome but THIS was the first time I worked with Shay and she gave me the confidence that my lips will look just right and not over done. Iā€™m so glad I trusted her because my lips look so natural, people canā€™t even tell I had anything done they just tell me I look a lot different that I look healthier but they donā€™t know itā€™s because of Shayā€™s professional skills! Today I went back and Shay even used the rest of my Fillers from last time to inject more in my bottom lip (no extra charge) and she gave me a complementary B 12 shot! This office takes Covid very seriously, they take your temperature and they make you fill out Covid paperwork before each appointment. I also take Covid very seriously and they make me feel very safe there! If you want a younger, healthier look, 4Ever Young is your one-stop med-spa!! I love going to this office, everyone is caring, fun and of course very professional at the same time- not to mention ALL of the services they provide- this office has a relaxing, clean and safe vibe!

    I love 4Ever Young! I see Robyn and Elisa for botox and they are wonderful! I also see Kelly Thompson for peels and facials and she is amazing! Try dermal planning it is so cool and leaves your skin so smooth! I liked the Boca location when I lived there but now that I live in Downtown For Lauderdale, this new location is so much more convenient. The office is nice and clean and has the same cool vibe as the boca office. I love the specials they run, everybody loves a sale!!     My first time visiting 4Ever Young was about 8 months ago & Iā€™m upset that I didnā€™t hear about them sooner! This medspa has become my go to spot for all my cosmetic needs! The staff is beyond educated, professional, and talented!My 1st visit was when I got Botox done by Lianne. Although it was my first time getting Botox done I was not nervous at all because I did my research prior and saw how amazing her work was. Just like I expected she did an amazing job. She left me looking very refreshed and youthful!Growing up I suffered with acne which later resulted in acne scars. Unfortunately, no matter what skin care regimen I did the scars would not go away. I addressed my skin problems to Lianne and she recommended me to speak with the skincare specialist, Kelly. When I spoke with Kelly she told me I would be a great candidate for micro-needling with radio frequency. I was hesitate about doing any type of laser treatment on my face because I heard it was painful. Thatā€™s when she informed me on what to expect which made me feel very comfortable. This treatment definitely didnā€™t ā€œfeel goodā€ but it wasnā€™t ā€œpainfulā€ at all because Kelly was so gentle with me. After the treatment my face was red and it peeled for about 3 days (which was expected). Once my face stopped peeling my skin was glowing! Literally after one treatment it already looked 10x better! The following month I went back for another session and my face just keeps getting better with each session. I have one more treatment left so i can not wait to see the final results!I just recently went back to 4Ever Young for another Botox treatment but this time it wasnā€™t with Lianne. The thought of someone else injecting my face made me nervous because i was so use to Lianne doing it. Robin did my Botox this time and sheā€™s literally the Injector Queen. Right when she walked in she just looked at me and knew right away exactly where and how much Botox to give me. I didnā€™t even have any bruising. After 4 days the results showed and my forehead was wrinkle free! She did such a great job!Looking good is a huge part of feeling good and Iā€™m so happy that 4Ever Young helped me achieve that feeling! Definitely recommend them!!!!!!

    The IV lounge is the one place I make sure to add to my schedule weekly. Itā€™s so relaxed I think I feel asleep all 3 times I came here . The staff is nice and quick with getting you in for your appointment on time.
