My wife and I came here strictly based on the website and its reviews…they did not disappoint one bit, 5 out of 5 stars. On the phone consultation Heather was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. In the office it was even better, she makes you feel very comfortable and looking forward to your procedure. Afterwards the entire office follows up with you via phone and text, they are GREAT. Lastly Dr. plays rock and roll during the procedure, that alone is great and his skills are unmatched.Highly recommend !!!

I had smart lipo 4 days ago with Dr Frederick and would I do it again, absolutely. I had lipo done 15 years ago and this procedure was nothing like that. No pain at all and minimal bleeding. I feel great and if anyone is considering, do it. The staff are great and Heather and Sierra did a wonderful job. Overall a great experience and the results are already good, cant wait to see in 6 months. Heather will do some skin tightening at that time and I should be good to go. I went to visit new regions for a face injection treatment. I was very pleased with personalized customer service by Sierra and Heather . Farah the nurse practitioner did exactly what I wanted, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will be going back in two weeks. No one is pushy with sales, they give you exactly what you want and what you need, At a price that is compatible and also more reasonable than where I went before. All this is done with a smile.

I went on Nov 1st for consultation. I first met with Yvette she was very welcoming with very nice demeanor.After taking down my info she then introduced me to dr. Schwirzer.I was very impressed with him not just because oh his knowledge but also his honesty and transparency. He told me straight out there are certain fats that cannot be removed with liposuction but that being said he estimates he should be able to remove around 3 liters of fat. I will definitely notice a very noticeable difference in my abdomen.BTW besides lipo I sm also decided to get 2 skin exciisions.. One for my abdomen to cut off the loose skin.The second one on my chest to remove my man boobs one and for all. After getting a quote for all 3 procedures I had Yvette bargain on my behalf and she saved me $200]. I WILL post again after my procedure.

He was able to answer all of my questions and made me comfortable before, during and even after the procedure. He is super warm and welcoming. I’m so thankful for Nathalie who was patient with me and held my hand throughout the whole procedure. She is the best at what she does! I found the whole process efficient and Kate was very good at explaining the different options and procedures that were available. After meeting with Dr Frederick and getting his input and recommendations I immediately scheduled the work and was able to get the medical clearance performed the same day saving me time and additional expense by having to go to my PCP. I look forward to further review at a later date when my procedures are completed!

I have read and heard about the feme procedure, and I was very interested. Im 72, a mother of 5, and always have taken care of not only my appearance but also my health. I called the New Radiance Cosmetic Center. I talked with one on staff about my urine Incontinence and if there was a procedure to help with it. I was told about this Feme procedure that would help with it and more. I decided to go a step further and schedule an appointment for consultation. I was greeted by a lovely young woman her name was Heather , she explained the procedure to me. How it helps with rejovernating.Plumping up the outside of your vaginal area, but also might help somewhat in incontinence. I decided I would make the appointment and have the treatment. The worst that could happen.I would stop wetting my pants....LOL. I believe it was 3 treatments. May I say this has changed my life. I no longer wet my pants. My sexual desire has peeked tremendously.... I can reach orgasm with just Vaginal Penetration something I was never able to achieve without clitorial stimulation. I feel like a young woman should feel. Enter those of you, ladies, who might be shy talking about things as such... Talk with Heather, she is very professional and makes you feel heard and at home,if you are shy.

Thank you for making turning 40 a great experience! I have been doing lasers with Heather on my face, chin and neck and am extremely happy and surprised with the results! Skin is visibly tighter in all areas. Smoother and taught from the saggy kind of jowls and underchin that gravity gifts us with! Also the Ulthera for under eye tightening has been a surprised game changer! In the past I had tried every fraxl and other lasers on the market. Heathers recipe for my frequency and what laser to use where, couple with this latest cutting edge laser technology, is by far the best results I have ever experienced without going under the knife! I had some scar removal (pixel treatment) done by Monet for the past year. My scar looks amazing and has reduced more than I thought it ever could. I am so happy I found this cosmetic center because Kathy, my practitioner, is AMAZING!! The procedures I had done were CoolSculpting, Exilis Skin Tightening and LED light therapy. At my initial consultation, Kathy really impressed me on how “real” she was. Shes all about the patient, educating you to what works and what doesn’t and why. It was clear to me she puts the patient first and wants you to be ecstatic with your results. Kathy is defiantly someone I TRUST. I’ve debated for a couple of years about CoolSculpt, thinking I could eventually fix my spot with diet. What sold me on CoolSculpt is that Kathy uses a Z-Wave technique after CoolSculpt to enhance the procedure breaking up the fat and speeding up the healing process.
