Best customer service I cannot say enough good things about Profile! I’ve been coming here for my laser hair removal, and it’s truly the best place I’ve ever been to. Amanda is an absolute gem—always so friendly and easy to talk to. She makes every session comfortable and enjoyable. When it comes to Botox, Ryan is the only person I trust. His skill and precision are unmatched, and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my face.But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of Serena. Just the other day, I mistakenly arrived at the wrong location in an Uber. I called Profile in a bit of a panic, and Serena went above and beyond—she came to pick me up in her own car! I have had such a great experience at this mens medspa. I recently visited PROFILE and I must say, I am extremely impressed with the results I received from the Morpheus 8. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and visually flawless making me feel comfortable and at ease.The medspa is beautiful and offered a wide range of services tailored specifically for men, which is something Unique and I greatly appreciated. I visited Profile for their immunity IV. Their prices are reasonable and the staff are inviting and friendly. It was great to relax in their sauna post treatment. I went with friends who also got botox, fillers. Overall it was a great experience that I would highly recommend.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.The treatment itself was a game-changer. The medical team thoroughly explained the procedure, addressing any concerns I had and guiding me through the benefits of the under eye filler treatment. The procedure was surprisingly quick and virtually painless, and I could immediately see the results with my under eye bags disappearing instantly.I highly recommend them for their cutting-edge treatments. I know I’m planning to go back soon for their new Morpheus micro needle procedure.

Visited with my partner for different treatments and was extremely impressed. We were blown away by finding a male specific beauty clinic with friendly staff, personalized service and reasonable prices.Service is top of the line. The entire staff is very friendly and personal and explain everything to you. No subject was tabu or unclear. They make you feel at home.The technology they use is also top notch. I have traveled around the world and seen different beauty clinics, but nothing like this one. Level of tech was outstanding and the amount of data you get on your body / skin is great!Prices were also very reasonable and they offer finance pretty easy. Never felt like we were really breaking the bank.The facility itself is also fairly complete, with sauna, snacks area, and so on. Extremely clean as well.Highly recommended for anybody who cares about their body wellness. Very unique place and a must of any guy to visit.

Just had my first little touch up. Entering my zaddy era i wanted a little sprucing, nothing dramatic. I walked in to this knowing nothing about injections.I was introduced to Ryan whom is an absolute gem and profile is so lucky to have him!He made the whole experience very comfortable, as again i knew nothing going into this.Himself, had a very natural look and thats what i was going for so right away i knew i was in good hands.This man truly loves what he does, he takes his time and had patience with my indecisiveness. I never felt any pressure to do any of the treatments offered and he was straight forward with me!Everything he did was super clean and professional which i really liked.Overall great experience, very friendly welcoming staff. Victoria at the front desk not only welcomed me with such high energy but also gave me a full tour of the facility and went over all of the treatments they proved. Ryan, the PA, answered any and all questions I had and made me feel so comfortable throughout the treatments (definitely the best at what he does) I was also lucky enough to meet Andrea, who runs their social media accounts who was extremely kind and the hype women everyone deserves! Pierre and Brett really payed close attention to the fine details of this spa which makes it what it is. They gained a customer for life!

I really had no idea what to expect, but from the second I walked through the door I felt so at ease. The team there are super friendly and greeted me with smiles. They even gave me a tour of the facility, which is beautiful by the way, thank you Brett. They took the time to explain how the assessment process would work and used really slick technology. And when it came to the procedure both Brett and Ryan walked me through what to expect and what to do (and not do) when I left. All in all it was an excellent experience and if you are thinking about any of these services, I would tell you to go to Profile.

I was very pleased with my experience. My facial left me feeling relaxed and refreshed and in the same visit I was able to touch up my botox — the specialist made the whole process quick and stress free. Excited to have these guys so close to me and looking forward to being back there very soon.

After being advised on what would work best for my skin, they started the treatment. The process was seamless and thorough. It’s been a few weeks and people still compliment my post-facial glow. I received Shockwave Therapy for my neck and found the treatments most satisfying. When following all the instructions for self-treatment, between visits, it helped immensely to ease the pain. Now, with the treatments coming to an end, the pain has diminished to a point where its barely noticeable. There is also increased mobility in moving my head and neck in all directions.The staff is most polite and actively ready to assist with answering questions. My therapist, Pierre V., is the BEST!
