Had a facial done earlier today by Ashley and it truly was one of the best facials Ive had in a while. She did extractions, red light therapy, and an applied a few different masks including this aloe gel which was super soothing.The whole staff was super nice and the place was not only relaxing but felt clean.What really stood out during the facial was the care she took during the extractions. I sometimes feel that aestheticians rush this process but she went back to certain areas and really made sure to get out all the gunk.Plus, free parking outside which I always love.

Cannot recommend enough!! The staff here is so kind, welcoming and professional. I joined the monthly membership, which for $140/month is such an amazing deal and includes a monthly facial and discounts on all their other services (cough cough $10/unit Botox) and products. I’ve been going to Lorena for my Botox & IV shots and she is not only amazing at what she does but just the sweetest! I go to Madison for my monthly facials and look forward to catching up with her and the wonderful experience every time. I always walk out glowing and my skin loves her lol. Tay the new PA is also a sweetheart and a wonderful addition to the team! If you’re curious or have been thinking about going, just do it. They really are the best in town! Thank you :)

My esthetician is Ashley, she is spectacular. Always goes over my skin consultation with me before starting my services, remembers prior conversations and topics and follows up to engage with me, makes me feel comfortable and confident in her services and explains each step during the facial. I see her monthly and am always ready to come back in for my next facial immediately! Everyone at the front desk is also kind and helpful always offering refreshments while I wait and engage in conversation, thank you VIO and Ashley ❤️

V/O Med Spa is 1st class in every way! Lydia was very welcoming the second I walked in the door. Ashley made sure I was given the correct treatment (facial) for my skin. I have only had a couple before. She did an awesome job of explaining the process throughout. I walked out of the room, my skin feeling renewed. After, Lydia did an awesome job explaining products that would benefit my skin and help maintain my glow. Never did I feel like I was just being sold something. VIO is state of the art and immaculate. From the moment you walk in the door you know you have made the right decision for your treatment. The PA, Loren’a has a vast amount of experience, and is very thorough and patient. She does an excellent job with a short term fix like Botox, as well as other treatments The staff is very friendly and welcoming and offer a huge variety of treatment options I am thrilled I found VIO and will continue with all of their exciting options over the years to come.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Clean and aesthetic space with the friendliest and super knowledgeable staff. Madison is a great esthetician and could not be happier with my facial. I just got the Moxi laser and my skin has never looked or felt better and has significantly cleared up my Melasma from pregnancy! I can’t remember the nurse practitioners name but she is lovely and really knows her stuff. I can’t recommend this med spa enough! Best one I have been to in Fort. Lauderdale.

Had the most amazing experience at VIO Med Spa. The staff was friendly and highly knowledgeable about the offerings. I purchased a hydration IV bag, to prepare for a music festival. This bag set me up for success! I have never felt better! The IV was painless, and Lorena was an EXPERT. The IV room was luxurious and the chairs were very comfortable! I cannot wait to go back!

Had a customized facial with Ashley. She is AMAZING with extractions which is what I really wanted. Since I was there already I took advantage of getting some Botox done. It was my first time and Lorena did a great job since I’m very sensitive to pain. Great customer service and the location is the best!

I went to the Fort Lauderdale Vio Med spa recently (to receive an IV before a “long” weekend) and had an amazing experience.First of all, the IV room and reclining chairs were beyond comfortable.Lorena, the IV tech, was amazing and could not have made me feel more relaxed — as this was my first IV ever. She was extremely knowledgeable, conversational and relaxed.Aside from the top notch customer service (from all the employees), the IV worked wonders! I just had my 2nd Morpheus 8 treatment with BBL and even tho its painful at certain areas Lorena is so gentle and encouraging (even offers you candies to suck on as a little distraction) she makes its a bit easier to endure. Ashley was AMAZING! I did the signature facial and felt so comfortable. I was nervous because I have never done a facial before but now I’m obsesssed! I thought my chin was breaking out and turns out it was Dry skin built up that she was able to extract. I feel so refreshed and so happy!!!
