    Best Groupon I ever bought. I dunno if I can call a Brazilian wax a great experience but it was definitely way better than I was expecting. I had a horrible experience my first time and never went back. So I consider myself a first timer. Fabi was great she walked me through what to expect, told me how to breathe through the pain, explained how the hair growth cycles go and even set me up for success with my future landing strip 😝 inside is relaxing and they sip the wax out of the heater into a separate pot to keep stuff clean and she warned me before there could be a little bleeding and had ointment if I needed it. Great service 10/10

    This location is my favorite. Patricia does my Brazilians and she’s amazing! She’s careful, and her waxing technique are great! The receptionist is very professional abd friendly and my overall experience was 5 stars. Also I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and Patricia waxed me during my whole pregnancy. She’s made feel comfortable and was very considerate in her waxing techniques. I love this place.

    I used my Groupon for this place and kept coming back ever since. My first experience was soooo amazing. And every time after that is the same.     My experience was amazing. The shop is clean & presentable. Check in was very easy, I used a Groupon. Patricia was my wax specialist & her work is 10/10 AMAZING. She knows what she’s doing, very skilled , very fast , it didn’t even hurt too much , very neat , and takes pride in her work . This is the best wax I’ve ever had. This was my first time & I was extremely pleased . Patricia did a spectacular job .

    Ive been going to this place for a while now. Lauderdale Lakes location. Theyre always so nice and accommodating. Ive had Brazilian waxes done and Ive seen a few ladies there. I must say that Syl short for Sylvania and Olivia, hope Im writing it correctly, are the best Ive gone to. Painless! I will continue to come to this location 🙌🫶

    I had written this company a bad review 5 years ago because they waxed my underarms in one direction (even though I have growth in different directions) and I got a painful bump under my arm. It resolved in a few days but nevertheless, I was displeased.I gave them a try again 1 month ago because my new wax lady was out of the country. They’re close to my home and are reasonably priced. Fabi waxed me and I’m happy to say I was pleased with her services.

    As usual, Brazilian waxing by Sisters didn’t disappoint. This was my first time at this location so I was nervous about the appointment. I was impressed by the staff, they were so friendly. Livia was fantastic! She was very patient and detailed. I will be back!

    I was hesitate to try a new lady for my wax but I had to for my last visit. I was thoroughly surprised, Livia was beyond excellent and she is great at what she does. She is super sweet and gentle. I was extremely happy with my results. She is quiet but leaves a big impact and appreciate my experience with her. I will definitely book her again. If you are looking for someone who is experienced, gentle and will do a great job on your wax then Livia is your person. If it’s your first time like myself then I highly suggest you book with her. She is experienced at what she does.

    This was my first time coming in for a waxing. I scheduled a Brazilian with Patricia and she did a fantastic job. I’ve been getting waxed for years and this was the least painful Brazilian wax I’ve ever gotten. Everyone was very friendly and Patricia did an awesome job. Will definitely be back!

    Patricia! Made me feel so comfortable she was so professional and knowledgeable…. The front desk lady was very nice. I was in and out … this will definitely be my new spot… I feel beautiful, secure I was facing a lot of insecurities due to me using razor blades and having razor bumps, hyperpigmentation in my bikini line area … and I was randomly scrolling online and decided it was time to invest in myself again and take care of my you know what….     Fabi was the BEST!! I have always gone to European Wax Center but I never loved the service and the price was pretty expensive so I wanted to try somewhere else. I read a lot of positive reviews about Fabi and wanted to give it a shot. She was so nice and quick but did an incredible job. The price was significantly better, the service was better and the time was faster. Without a doubt this is the only place I will go to from now on!

    Im terrified of waxing, especially my eyebrows. Patricia did my Brazilian and, I wont say I felt no pain, but it was the least painful wax Ive ever done. Needless to say, I also did my eyebrows. Excellent service, clean facility and a definite recommendation!

    Wow what an experience!my fiancé (female) and I have been waxing for years and this has been the best experience ever. Ana was super sweet, welcoming and not awkward at all!     Love this place. Been getting waxed here for a little over 5 years now.Just had an appointment today with Davina. She is Phenomenal, full body wax in under two hours , very little pain/discomfort. We talked the entire time, she had music playing in the background. It went by so quick.This was my first time at the Lauderdale lakes location.The lobby is very clean, bright, and welcoming. The Staff at the desk were friendly, and helpful. The rooms are very clean, neat and organized. Everyone there were still wearing masks.They are all very professional, they make you feel comfortable, its just a great atmosphere to be in to get waxed. Ladies, and guys if you havent been here yet, go! Very thorough, and they take their jobs seriously, how great is that?!I have no affiliation to anyone there, im just a happy customer.

    This place is clean and comfortable and welcoming.Fabi is the best.I needed an early appointment today,since Fabi wasnt gonna be available until 1pm.They gave me Patricia. I felt so discriminated by her.Telling me how Im sweating too much and Im taking up her time.,cause the wax not holding and blah blah blah I honestly felt like crying,cause Fabi would never do that to me.I dont feel like going back to this establishment.     I was looking on the website and came across a place that does men’s waxing for the nose. So I called and made an appointment in the staff that I encountered was very professional and very nice especially the lady who took care of me. Fab the agent who waxed my nose, did a fantastic job. I like everything about the place it’s very clean very inviting. The only thing that I didn’t like was that on the website shows for man’s nostrils it gave me a quote of $10 when I came to pay my bill they told me it was $18. I asked the cashier again the website shows $10 and she told me no I’m sorry it’s $18. Financially it turned out to be a catch and release. (Note: advertisement on the Internet it says clearly $10) But again the service and staff was great.I am really surprised on how fast they react and respond to my concerns. A young lady called me on the phone the next day. She asked me to show her where it said the prices that I gave. So I sent her the email that I got and she showed me the correct email was not updated. I greatly appreciate all the effort she went through to show and prove to me. I want to thank everybody on the staff again and the lady who called and took time out of her busy day to show me prices were incorrect and that I did pay the right price

    My first time coming I was late to my appointment. Front desk was very welcoming. I believe the name of my waxer was Sil shes so kind (I really appreciate her for taking me even though she had another appointment) Sil made the whole Brazilian process comfortable for me.     They were great. This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, on top of being 8 weeks postpartum, they did a great job. The receptionist was friendly and kind, I had my baby with me and they allowed me to bring him along, while trying to be quick and efficient so the process would flow better for me.     So I feel like I had to leave a review on my experience today. First things first, I’ve used their services several times and I’ve honestly never had a bad experience. But today was a tad different. I made an appointment the week before and I was given a 3:30 full body appointment so I took it. I’m aware the started requiring a deposit but she didn’t ask for my card so I thought maybe they changed. So Saturday comes and I had a hair appointment earlier that morning that was supposed to be done well before the time. They lady calls back and states that I forgot to make my deposit and asked me for my card which I provided.So I’m doing my hair and I realize I won’t be able to make it on time. So I called and asked if I could reschedule. I’m then told that according to their policy My deposit wont be applied to the rescheduled date so I would have to pay full price if I rescheduled. lol now Professionally, when you have such a policy you disclose that information BEFORE collecting the persons money on top of that I had rescheduled on a sat before and I was able to have my deposit applied to my rescheduled date. Anyway I was getting extremely upset so the woman who had my appointment inconvenienced herself to accommodate me which I highly highly appreciated as I’m pregnant and I was due any day soon. She was very very cool about it also, while I’m doing it I’m told I had to pay extra for my tummy to be waxed also, I’m going to assume it’s because of the fact that I was pregnant, as I paid for a full body and the last time I checked my stomach was a part of my body, and also as I said I’ve been going there for a while and I’ve never been told I had to pay extra for my tummy. She offered to do it for free and I said it was ok and that I’d pay. Only because she went out of her way to see me. Now I’m not saying I hated the service, I’m very much happy with the woman who did my treatment. However, when changing policies especially for regular costumers, just out of courtesy let them know in advance so that it does not inconvenience anyone. Disclose the information that needs to be disclosed. Don’t just take someone’s money and then spring those things on them. It isn’t fair and it isn’t good business. They almost lost me as a costumer today, which I’m sure may not matter much but it should. I will remain with them because 9 out of 10 times I never had ANY issues. This review is just in hopes that the next customer will have the courtesy of no surprises. Again, I appreciate the fact that I was still seen even though I was late. :)

    I typically get a full body service by Joanna and always leave so rejuvenated, happy & refreshed! She is the sweetest and talks you through your entire experience! The prices are insanely reasonable and it’s hard to leave with anything less than a smile on your face! From the greet of the receptionist, to your overall service & exit, you’re treated greatly!

She is the absolute best!First two times i went to get a wax at this same location, I did not have the best experience, first time I did not feel welcome at all from who was doing my wax, it was my first time ever getting a brazilian wax, she was in such a bad mood, didn’t even greet me, just told me to go into such room #. she just wanted me in and out, rushed me, & was a bit rude.Second time i tried another lady, but she burnt me w/ the wax and then the third time, I booked with Fabi and ever since, i’ve been getting waxed by her! She is the absolute BEST!! Always makes me feel welcomed, is very gentle, she is so kind hearted, you can feel her good energy! I wish I would’ve booked her my first time!     Great customer service. I had the Groupon special, but the regular price is affordable as well. Fabi G took her time and did a great job. Conversation wasnt weird or awkward or forced, if I didnt want to talk, that was fine too. The place is very clean and the service wasnt rushed at all. I have very thick hair, but Fabi was able to do each lip (the hardest part) with just one pull, so I was very impressed. Also, they press down after each pull. believe it or not, some places dont do that...and it makes a difference! Its the little things. I highly recommend and will be coming back!

    I love this place. They are quick, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Normally do Brazilian and underarms and I am in and out. Prices are decent in my opinion. Someone I know gets their Brazilian done somewhere else for the price of my two services. I will take it. One tip, make an appt! They book up especially right before weekend/holiday... Obviously. They are good!

    I recently visited here for waxing the first time in the USA. I made an appointment prior and they called to confirm my appointment and if i was coming. I had GIOVANNI, pleasant friendly young lady and I was equally impressed with her waxing technique. I only waxed my underarms and I have been waxing for years, my experience with Giovanni was painless and clean. Would go back again and I plan to for brazillian wax.     What an amazing experience! Giovanna is an ANGEL! My first ever Brazilian wax and it was PAINLESS.     I absolutely love coming here! I can say they never disappoint! I only get Brazilian waxes and I’ve been waxed by Sonia and Neide.     Brazilian Wax by sisters is an environment that stays so organized and clean! It was my first time finding this place, a friend told me about it and I tried it out. And honestly I’ve loved it.     I’ve been to Lu twice for a full body wax. First time was tough (because I’ve been shaving for about two years so my hair was extremely thick) but she did an AMAZING job.     Not my first full body wax (underarm, Brazilian, and legs) and I must say this is the best experience Ive had. Im from CT and usually my lady uses strips. They use hard wax here. HUGE DIFFERENCE IN PAIN LEVEL. Fabi is amazing!!!! Very sweet and efficient.

    Love this place. Ive been going to the Lauderdale location for about a year for Brazilian/ underarm and find them to be professional, friendly, efficient and clean. Theyre easy to book with online and theres basically no waiting time physically. Waxing isnt painless but this is thr closest ive come to it. Also, Ive been there twice with quiiiite a lotttt of hair and theyve made me feel so comfortable about it (like no wierd comments or side eye remarks), just down to earth and sweet about it. And even with my extra intense hair growth (and my hair is pretty thick!), the hair removal technique is on the more painless side of things, and relatively quick, compared to other places ive tried where it can be a painful hot mess, annnnnd got me smooth as a babys bottom with no lingering soreness or irritation. Makes it easy to keep going back (instead of dreading it lol). The service is above par and I cant imagine going anywhere else at this point. Fully 100% recommend.

    I booked a microdermabrasion on Groupon @ the Lauderdale Lakes location. I called the same day I purchased the groupon and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day & 4pm. I was able to leave work early and called in to request to come in earlier and they were nice enough to allow me to. This was my first microdermabrasion so naturally I was a bit nervous. My appointment was with Lais. She was AMAZING! She was very gentle, thorough and made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure. She informed me of which products not to use on my face and recommended a few that I should use as well. First time there and definitely wont be my last. The staff is amazing! These are before and after pictures I took, however the bumps on my face have gone down dramatically since yesterday. I have a few more treatments to go, however I am very pleased with the results!

    Went to the Brazilian waxing by sisters located in Fort Lauderdale a week ago and the staff was very welcoming, the facility is immaculate and esthetician was extremely professional. This was my first times getting waxed and I was walked through the process, which helped with my apprehension. The service given was beyond expectation and I would definitely go their again and would recommend this location, if you want to receive waxing in a very quaint and extremely clean place. They also have another location located in Boca Raton. Great place!!

    Nice and clean business. friendly staff. i got my first Brazilian wax exactly a year ago at european wax center. the experience was bad and i wasnt interested in ever getting a wax again. i saw good reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. it was amazing. and i couldnt complement my esthetician enough for doing such a good job.
