Melody took my phone call, listened to my situation and worked with me to get my son an appointment not only on the same day, but within an hour of calling.     Absolutely the best. Desmond-Frett MD is who we see and she is amazing. Very knowledgeable, caring, and listens to our concerns. Conservative “not removing something unless necessary.” Excellent follow-up if needed. Her staff also very caring and understanding. Five stars all the way!

    I recently came as a new patient to Dr. Mancl for a skin cancer screening. I was highly impressed with the thorough exam I received! It was the most extensive screening I have ever had.Dr. Mancl has a friendly demeanor and she manages to give a stress-free and calming exam. I am recommending her to all my friends!

    Dr. Desmond saw my daughter for a rash and she was so patient and loving with my daughter. I was very impressed with the level of care and time that she spent with my daughter. The staff made my daughter feel very special. I definitely recommend this office.

    Jessica (PA ) knows her stuff and gives her patients options which I appreciate. She is very patient. I did not want to have MOH surgery for my Basal Cell Carcinoma skin cancer, and so she gave me another option that worked very well. Sometimes dermatology solutions are only to remove the lesion and give no other recourse or treatment. I do my research first and then ask informed questions. I won’t go to a physician or medical facility that doesn’t listen to me.Dermatology Solutions respect their patients and work to do what is best. I’ve been very pleased with all their diagnosis and treatments.

    I can’t speak to the quality of your business. I’m writing this because I have left 3 voicemails and it’s been 3 weeks of me attempting to get ahold of someone. My doctor sent a referral to you weeks ago. No one will return my call or even answer the phone!!! It’s very frustrating how are you guys never available to answer the phone. Hopefully someone will see this and call me back!!!UPDATE Doctor Desmond was very apologetic and made me feel very comfortable for my exam because who really feels comfortable having a full body exam in a paper sheet? She answered all of my questions and rectified the situation. I will be back to her specifically in 6 months! Thank you Dr. Desmond!

    Great staff, professional and pleasant. Wait time was reasonable. Office clean, well kept, nice atmosphere. Debra Felt Desmond is very nice and I thought she was thorough in her exam.     I have been coming to this practice for almost a year to see Jessica before her I went to several dermatology offices none of them care as much as she does . Every single time she addressed my concerns, explained to me everything and has the BEST UNDERSTANDING about how I feel every time I have a appt .     Great experience! The practioner was very thorough. She made sure to ask about my concerns, and addressed what she was seeing and it’s significance as she was doing her exam.The office is beautiful and clean.The best part, how quick my appointment was. Unlike other doctors offices, didn’t make me wait forever in the cold exam rooms. I was able to be seen quickly after I was taken to the back.I will recommend to all my family and friends.

    I definitely need to give a shout out to my dermatologist and my surgeon from Dermatology Solutions! Dr. Desmond found my Melanoma she is amazing and so kind. Surgeon, Dr. Pilcher is also amazing! I never in a million years thought Dr. Pilcher would be able to sew up the hole in my leg. I want to thank you so much for your expertise. I am so very lucky to have both of you. And yes, thank you for the wonderful nurses!!

    Dr. Debra Fett Desmond and the entire staff of Dermatology Solutions is top notch. I felt completely welcomed and comfortable during my visit. The office is clean and bright and they make you feel right at home.     I had a great first visit with Kera Brown NP today. Within 5 minutes of looking at me she finally gave me some darn answers after living with my condition for years. New treatment plan ready to go. The office staff was fast and efficient checking me in, and as a medical professional myself I know how to be a great patient.Do not sleep on Nurse Practitioners. I specifically requested Kera Brown and that’s who she said was taking new patients and I said perfect, had a new patient appointment within the week.

    We have been patients of Dr Desmond for over three years & always received nothing but outstanding medical care by all staff. The front office staff do a quality job in greeting patients, answering the telephone and exemplified genuine professialism at all times. Each patient is treated special and they care is immediately addressed. It is noteworthy to note the great job consistently done by Wendy in the Checkout Department. An infectious staff that always show enthusiasm in doing their job.

    Dr. Mencl & Staff are absolutely wonderful with their patients. My husband & I have been going there for the last couple years & appreciate how thorough & kind Dr. Mencl & office staff are. Recently I had my 1st experience with Mohs surgery & had Dr. Pilcher & her nurses taking care of skin cancer on my face. I cant say enough nice & positive things about the care, friendliness & excellent care of Dr Pilcher & her wonderful nurses. I have been highly recommending them to family & friends. Thank you!

    I was referred to Dr. Desmond-Fett by my dermatologist in Minnesota. Additionally, Dr. Desmond trained at our renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and knowing that, I chose to see her here in SW Florida. Since I am a blue eyed, fair complected woman in my 60s, I knew I needed an excellent dermatologist. Dr. Desmond and I have worked closely together to deal with my 4 skin cancers in 3 years and I feel as if her examination is always careful and she explains what to do as I try to be proactive with my skin issues. She is thoughtful and calm and I appreciate her approach each time I see her. I highly recommend her and her practice.

    Today I had a follow up appt with Tiffany, the P.A. She was very thorough with her explanation of how to care for my problem and asked me several times if I had any questions. Over the last several years, I have seen various dermatologists in the area and this office is the best. It was highly recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend them also.

    Dr. Mancl treated my adult acne with Accutane and the entire experience was excellent. Other doctors were not willing to prescribe it for fear of side effects but Dr. Mancl has more experience with it and was diligent about monitoring my progress and reactions to the medication. Im turning 37 and finally have clear, beautiful skin! Thank you, Dr. Mancl!

    (Appointment with Kaitlyn Benjamin, PA.) New to the area, I met with Kaitlyn for the first time to establish a provider for Botox. Kaitlyn took the time to get to know me and worked slowly which I admire (and something you don’t always receive during “just a Botox appointment”.) I immediately felt like I could trust her; she made me feel comfortable while still very professional and she is honest which I always appreciate. After my appointment with her, it’s easy to see she is extremely knowledgeable in dermatology, making her a great provider to see for any/all skin conditions and I plan to continue working with her to achieve my skin goals. Highly recommend seeing Kaitlyn!

    What an incredible experience....The front desk was friendly and professional. I was called back at the exact time of my appointment. The medical staff was thorough and at no time did I feel rushed or hurried. They answered all of my questions. If you need to see a Dermatologist, I cant think of a better place to go.

    Prior to my relocating to FL, I underwent surgery for melanoma and several lesser lesions. I knew I had to remain forever vigilant. I sought a competent dermatologist, found Dr. Desmond , and have been monitored carefully ever since. I most appreciate the fact that she herself checks me for any changes/recurrences. In some dermatological practices, you arent checked by a physician. I know I need not fear another scare and that anything that might emerge will be treated promptly. I so appreciate her thorough approach to patient care.

    I went to Dermatology Solutions after purchasing a Groupon for a Glycolic Facial. I was able to be scheduled that same week and went in on a Friday for the treatment. This was my first time getting any sort of facial, so Kelly was really great about explaining what to expect. She gave me a post-treatment directions sheet and skin care samples to take home as well. Although everyones skin and experiences can be different, I didnt feel any pain, itchiness, or tingling from the treatment (I was able to go back to work that same day). After a couple of days, I did notice a subtle improvement in the texture of my skin. I would try it again in the future.

Expert care, very professional staff, excellent follow up care. They take the time to listen to concerns, evaluate, and to educate. Cynthia Feagan ARNP is exceptional with identification and treatment of skin cancers and other skin issues. I even brought my Mother there when she has a severe reaction to a drug and treatment; and they helped her to heal.

    Diagnosis and removal by Mohs Procedure of squamous cell skin cancer on the upper cheek. Remarkable experience, no pain and little to no scaring after removing a portion of facial flesh. Friendly staff, nice office, quick surgery, and most importantly they are experts. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely beautiful experience I felt like the regular paying customer off of my Groupon I also was given free samples and that has never happened before..I met This lady her name was Kelly she was a phenomenal lady she explained to me about my skin and about different skin care products that I can use to better my skin cancer also better my glow I really enjoyed talking with her I’ve never quite experienced a group are like this before my life I wished I lived in the area I will come back every day to see her she is the best if I’m ever in the Fort Myers area again I will be go back to see Kelly

    Have been seeing Dr. Mancl for 7 years for my dermatology exam. Very nice and very thorough. Checks between the toes, in the ears, everywhere! She has been proactive removing a few pre-cancerous moles. Never feel rushed.
