I was very pleasantly surprised by my first visit to this office. I dont think I sat for even a minute in the waiting room before being ushered back to the exam room, and I do believe I spent more time changing clothes than I did with the actual examination! :-) The entire staff (doctor and her student, nurse, receptionist) were all very friendly and professional, treating me with courtesy and warmth. Although the visit was brief, I definitely felt like it was thorough, and my concerns about some moles and skin abnormalities that I had were addressed completely and satisfactorily. Thank you all; I appreciate you!!

Everybody I encountered in the office worked very efficiently with each other. I had a biopsy and was a first-time patient so I had some paperwork to fill out, but I was still out of there in 15 minutes. My biopsy site has been healing well, and when I had questions I was able to get good advice by calling the office.

Thorough, yet efficient, exam. Alleviated a lot of concerns about somenof my moles and other skin anomalies. Also described varying treatment options for some cysts, but let me make the decision of what I was comfortable with, while making sure I had the knowledge to make an informed decision.

I appreciated the efficient use of time. Even though it was my first visit, Kristen Hinte treated my symptoms immediately and gave me a thorough examination. Her detailed explanations alleviated many of my concerns.

I was pleased that I had arrived and didnt have to wait in the patient area very long and was called back promptly. Once bac in the Drs area I gave my information to her Assistant and it did not take long at all to be seen by the Dr. My visit only lasted a short time and I was given a new treatment idea to help my skin. However I seem to be having a time with my Psorasis. I have places on my fingers that want to blister again. I am still using the original Medication she Ordered and it is helping some. Staff was very friendly and efficient, but I didnt feel rushed. I felt like she answered my questions well. Office was very clean and organized, and I couldnt believe I was in and out in under 30 minutes.

Kristen is a very good dermatologist, she actually cares for her patients, when I came in for my appointment and was worried that I may have skin Cancer, she made me feel comfortable and reassured, I would not choose any other doctor for my dermatologist needs since I found the one that fits perfectly.
