Marc was great. However the young ladies at the front desk added tax to the $30 tip i left for Marc. I dont believe taxing a tip is legal. Is this just another way to add revenue to this massage Envy location?

Since moving to the West Coast, I have not had time for a massage. I tried finding a ME location and this was the first one that had availability for a 90 minute. I generally get deep tissue, but I could only find a firm massage with Adri. What a wonderful massage! Super relaxing, and Adri has really good energy; a total pleasure to be around. The staff was also excellent. I transferred my membership, filled everything out and they could not have been more helpful in this regard. I give this location an A+++. I should also add that Adri Spoke very highly about the manager of this location.

Aliyah at the Ft Meyers location is amazing. I had facials and my first chemical peel with her. Ive been a Member of Massage Envy for over 10 years in different states and cities and by far she is the best!! I would highly recommend her!

1st time visiting Massage envy. Jose, who did my Massage was skillful, attentive to the areas that concerned me, was Patient & didnt rush the Massage. He was phenomenal. I signed up as a member! The Ladies up front were nice & Welcoming. Once I checked in, filled out intake info & went ahead & paid before my service I sat in the Lobby. AFTER my service, as I walked by & realized they had a lil waiting area for the guest to sit & wait Before their service. I wish they had escorted me properly after checking in.

Magdalena (Mags) has been my therapist for multiple sessions now and not only delivers a great relaxing massage, but she is also very attentive for areas that require additional care/ work (I injured myself recently playing tennis and Mags really helped with my recovery) highly recommended 👍

I’ve been to Massage Envy multiple times with a membership! I love the environment and how great all the massage therapists are. My favorites are Marc and Jackie. Their hands are extremely great and wonderful. I love how thoughtful they are throughout the session to make sure the pressure is good and if I am feeling good. I always sleep like a baby after my massages with them!

She’s a little thing but she packs a punch. The fact that she was familiar with my type of health issues and that she used to work for a chiropractor only aided her in being able to help me. Needless to say, I signed up for their membership

Danielle was wonderful! On my first visit, she made me feel so comfortable. This was my second visit and l feel like we have been friends for years. Ive had a lot of surgeries on my spine and knees and she was soft on those areas; it hurt a little but thats to be expected after all this time. After the first visit I could do things I havent been able to for 7 years. I had a great experience on both visits and Ive already got my next appointment scheduled!

Llemil was a life savior. I was a mess and he tried to fix me in one visit! He worked so very hard. And showed a true dedication to my healing. One massage is not enough for my issues but, I feel alive again. If I could give home more than 5 stars I would!!!Also, I was feeling a little woozy when I was done. And the young lady at the front desk (I don’t remember her name?!, it was Sunday 6/30) but she talked me through it and gave me great advice on post massage care. This place is worth twice the money!

I love this place! I am new to Massage Envy and I became a member too after my second visit. My massage therapist was German. I had a medium tissue tension relief massage and it was so relaxing and helpful for my body aches. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment soon. My first visit was today, an excellent experience! The welcoming atmosphere lovely, and the personal who received me was so gentle and professional.Normality in my life is being under a lot of stress that accumulates in my body and only a good deep massage can help. Usually I need more than one massage to reduce that tension in my body. German is a very professional therapist and a very sweet and pleasant human being. Needless to say, his work was very efficient and satisfactory. Afterwards, I received an exquisite facial with Nathalie, I must say that I was a little insecure due to previous bad experiences in other places. But I am pleased to say that Nathalie is an angel, I received her facial with confidence, she is excellent and very professional.Update :Both of them, German and Nathalie are so great doing their job. I feel so great today, one-day after massage and facial, my skin looks so soft and I feel so much better and relaxed than the way I was after their treatments. Thank you so much German and Nathalie! Massage with German was first rate! Have had a few with him and every time was the BEST!! He seems to zero in on my worst spots and hits them with just right pressure. Overall relaxing, therapeutic experience by the most professional and sweetest guy! The massage itself was good, but it was not 60 minutes as advertised. The ladies at the front desk think they are slick by putting in the price of service as $115 so you can tip 20% of that when in reality you only pay 65 for the service and I just didn’t like that they were touching the tablet while I was trying to leave a tip my massage therapist was Elvira and she was great very friendly, but overall the experience just seemed rushed .
