What can I say??? But that I am beyond blessed to have found this private label company to manufacture my skincare line! Carole Lester, Amanda Gillick, and Debbie Coleman (“Imagine That Design & Illustration, LLC) are fantastic folks to work with; Starting from selecting my special formulations, helping out with specific products I want to use to develop my brand, up to labeling, packaging and accommodating all my special needs (even making an up-close video and photoshoot of plant site), hands-down I am very happy with Trilogy’s prompt and premium service! With the support and help of my product developer Ms. Carole Lester (who always does the extra mile service for my company’s needs), I hope to expand my skincare line ecommerce business across international waters! This lab is great for someone whos just starting out and needs lower MOQs. They have great customer service, are excellent at how quickly they respond back to you... and anytime any sort of problem occurred, they really worked with me to ensure I ended up with a product I was happy with. I will happily continue to work with them in the future as I expand my business.

Trilogy laboratories has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I recently started my own skincare line. At first I had absolutely no idea where to start. I did a quick google search and found some labs across the country. After calling countless labs I came across Trilogy. The customer service at Trilogy is on a completely different level compared to other labs Ive talked with. Me being new to the industry, and not quite sure where to start I was lucky to have come across Ellie. She extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the formulations and quality we were looking for. She made the entire process seamless from showing what Trilogy offered, to sampling, ordering, and ultimately fulfilling! I VERY rarely leave reviews, good or bad, but the ladies at Trilogy have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend Trilogy to anyone looking to create their own skincare line.

Trilogy was extremely easy to work with to design my products. All of the staff that I worked with were communicative and kept me up to date ever step of the way to getting both my back bar items and my private label items. The packaging blew my mind when I actually got the products in hand because it was such a higher quality than I originally thought it would be. Very excited to continue working with this company!
