My Barber Khalid is a very highly skilled true professional. Never rushes through a haircut even under pressure when there are other customers without appointments waiting. Come here frequently for haircuts. They are always available. Each barber works independently as contractor so best to take cash or have an app to transfer payment directly. They do kids as well. You can make an appointment via the booksy app. Enjoy coming here

I have been getting my hair cut at Top Cuts for 8 years now. I used to live closer to the shop, but now live about 30 minutes away, and still make the drive to get my haircut at this particular location. The owner is extremely friendly and provides great service. Hes opened his doors for me while preparing for a hurricane, he has allowed me to sample beard oil, and he was the first place I visited when quarantine restrictions were lifted. He cut my hair prior to my first date with my now wife and I went back 5 years later to get a haircut and beard trim for my wedding. If you want to ensure an appointment time you can set that up through Booksy to make it even easier.

Ive been coming here for years, since this place first opened and I have yet to find a better barber! Ive tried countless other barbers, but none seem to take their time like they do here. They staff listen to what you want, with reasonable prices and friendly service you couldnt look for much else. Ive even moved about 40 minutes away and still make time to come back here for a cut. They have definitely earned my loyalty.

I had an appointment with Kahlid today. It was for 11:30, but I showed up. Let me start by saying this shop was sooo clean. He did Not let me wait. Ive been to a few shops around Kissimmee and nothing compares to the cut and attention he paid to me while I was there. My birthday is in 2 days and I have to say Im ready to stunt. Ive been going to Ibtissam for 10 years.She does hair, nails, eyebrows..she is great in every area! BUT most importantly, she is an amazing person....I have also been bringing my 9 year old son to the barber side of the salon. He had is first hair cut there and still goes there.. I cant remember all of the employees names, but they are all friendly and great at what they do. I highly recommend this place.

Year in and year out I get top notch professional service from the friendliest people. The place is clean in a family oriented business unlike lots of barber shops in town. I’m here in beautiful Florida on vacation and was in need of a haircut. I have a barber back home in Connecticut that I always go to and was looking for a place that would give me the same quality cut I’m used to and great service. There are several places in the area that I could have went to but saw the reviews for Topcuts and figured I’d give them a shot. I walked in without an appointment and was taken in within 10 minutes. The gentleman who cut my hair had me in and out within 20 minutes and produced a great cut for me. He asked me how I wanted it cut and produced. Didn’t ask halfway thru if I liked the way it was looking, he was determined and knew exactly what he was doing. I’m extremely happy with my cut and will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. Most definitely recommend this place for your next cut. I wish I knew the guys name that gave me the cut so I could praise him in this review. Keep up the great work and service TopCuts!

I attended a Halloween event and I needed my hair to be. Styles and crown pinned into my hair, Sam the stylist was amazing she listened to me and included me in every step of the process needless to say it came out amazing. I definitely recommend this salon and sam shes courteous, patient and friendly but above all amazingly talented in her work.

If time is money and you value it then T C has delivered for me. There is always a reason to walk into a business but if they are not prepared to give you a value added experience youll end up somewhere else. In my case the fact that they opened on time, were pleasant not only on the phone but in person was enough to draw me in. Khalid was most professional and made the necessary adjustments my difficult hair represents. This is not an ostentatious salon but a great value and since I live and work in Central Florida I prefer to do business with local owners. The location is close to LBV and Disney area.

Awesome place, really nice, well informed, they have every phone charger cord since 2000 lol. My friends girlfriend wanted a particularly part in his hair cut but the baber informed us on why that part shouldnt be cut and that was neat. I got my beard trimmed and was highly satisfied

Ive been to different Barber shops and all treat you like you are a weirdo when you walk in... They dont greet you, and they are rude...Instead at Top Cuts they are friendly, They Greet you with a smile giving you that sense of Peace.. They Know how to Fade (Not many in Kissimmee know how to do that, and best of all they got a rewards program.. And i got more than a few Free Hair cuts cus of that!!! They are professional and know what they are doing!They are far from my house, but its worth the Drive!!
