I would like to say that my experience at the office was one of the best I have ever had. The facility was very impressive, new, and pristine. The staff was friendly and courteous and my wait time was short. I have had a lot of skin problems over the years and in particular a mole on my neck area that was bothersome. I found Doctor Katz and his physician assistant Gary very knowledgeable about my issues, professional and caring. My mole was removed and I’m very happy with the result. I will be going to this office for years to come and HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I have seen Gary three times for fillers and Botox. He is a true craftsman, and takes his time to get really great results. I am 60, so I am losing a little plumpness in my temples, cheeks and chin area. As Gary has injected these areas with Voluma and other fillers, my face is rounder and more youthful looking. And the lifting has also cause the wrinkles around my eyes to soften. I have had fillers from several doctors, but since this is Garys specialty, he really understands the different fillers and how to use them properly. And yes, it does hurt, but I think because Gary uses ice, numbing cream, takes him time, and uses smaller needles, it is tolerable.

ONLY ONE VISIT TO REFLECT:Met w/ Gary and he was AWESOME! Exam cost was well worth the fee.My challenge was more w/ the business practice. specifically, i had a biopsy done and Primera charged me $80. for a nail clipping, which i thought was OK for i thought that would be the full charge for the biopsy, as well as the pathology lab work.however, i got a bill from Skinpath Solutions for $167.00 which they say was discounted (original cost >$400.). Skinpath did not give any greater discounts.however, Primera did, w/out a fuss, refund the $80. (i still had to pay the $167. :(I am scheduled to go again, and i am looking forward to mtg. Dr. K.Everyone deserves a second chance, and on their behalf - ... we need to take our reviews lightly and w/ a grain of salt, knowing that there are 2 sides to the story and Primera doesnt have the liberty to respond as other merchants may for they will, and need to, protect our privacy.I have referred 3 people to them, and plan on giving them a 5 star review after my next visit - next month.
