    Robin has been doing my hair for nearly 5 years. She is the only stylist who has ever been able to make my hair straight, even in the Florida humidity. She makes it blonde, puts in a keratin treatment, and adds extensions. It looks very natural. The customer service at this salon is incredible. I currently live in Minnesota and still fly to Florida every few months to see Robin. Ill never use another stylist.

    Okay yall listen-I go here to get my nails done by Destiny. She is incredible. By that I mean, I met her at a completely different shop on the North side of Lakeland and when I found out she was moving I moved with her. She did my birthday nails, my bachelorette party nails, my Disney nails, and even my wedding nails!! She is super creative and artistic and I really feel you get a good value for the prices she charges. Ive had her do traditional acrylic and gel-x on me. Shes very careful with your cuticles, shes quick and pleasant to talk to and really makes you feel special when coming to get your self care on! Heck, Ive even caved and let her do a pedicure for me, my first one ever, because Ive always been apprehensive about my feet. She made me feel beautiful and was completely nonjudgmental about my self-consciousness.Point is, shes totally worth your time and money, if I could afford to get my nails done every day with her I would!

    I got my acrylics done with Destiny Treviño and she was AMAZING!! These nails are the cleanest most beautiful nails i have ever gotten. she really dedicates her time to her clients. she spent about 45 min to an hour just making sure my nail beds were clean and healthy doing cuticle care and more!! she talked to me the entire time and we honestly became besties, her nail art was down to a T perfection. no bumps, crooked nails, sloppy art, etc. they are all perfectly perfect. even as my nails grew out they look amazingly good. 2 weeks in with these nails Destiny texted to check how they were doing which shows me how much she cares about her clients. i will definitely come back to Destiny from now on and yall should too.

    I only come here to see Destiny; honestly I’ve been coming to her for almost 2 years now. I met her at a previous salon and still went to her when she was home, in-between salons. She’s one of the most talented and sweetest people I have ever met. She wants to make sure you’re happy and you get exactly what you want. She never ever disappoints and the end result is always perfect!!

    Jordan was absolutely incredible, from the bubbly personality and the comfort level from start to finish. I knew I was in good hands!! She knew exactly what she was talking about and I showed her a few reference photos to show what I was looking for. This was my first experience at this salon and I am so happy I found them on google!! They had such a modern and clean building, it was incredible! I think I found my forever hairstylist location!

    I found Destiny for nail service by accident and Im so happy I did. Her work is amazing & I always leave a happy customer. I even go in and say so whatever and she never ceases to amaze me.     The owner, Victoria L Woods has been doing my hair for almost 13 years, but if she isn’t available I’ll gladly jump in one of her stylist chairs because they’re all amazing at End Results A Salon Spa! They did all the hair and makeup for my wedding day and After the ceremony she was right there before my pictures to touch up my hair and make up! I wouldn’t even have thought about that! She made sure, no matter how windy it was haha, that my hair was gonna stay in place ❤️❤️They really do care about their clients at End Results!

    My experience has been phenomenal with Erinn. Not only does she know how to cut, shape & style my curly hair (a lot of people cant)..she can do anything! Shes never let me down!     I often review many places that I go to and Heather Shanks was aware I would post about my experience today.Let me begin:I would recommend this Salon to anyone! I can vouch for Heather Shanks and the quality of work she does. I was leery about finding a new stylist because the last person I was seeing for over 15 years and in March the color and cut was NOT what I wanted, and in fact, he damaged my hair. Heather was recommended by her cousin through a chance meeting at Publix no less after she commented on my hair.I booked an appointment and then I had an emergency with my husband, and I had to cancel my appointment and Heather was so accommodating and understanding. She texted me back and let me know she would be here when I was ready. Great customer service.Today was my appointment, finally! I was more than ready to get my hair taken care of. I had gone platinum back in March, but my hair had significantly grown out. I wanted to go back to a silver/grey color with purple highlights. It is a long process, but Heather took her time to make sure that each foil was properly colored and that the blending would look like it flowed.While sitting in the chair we had a wonderful chat and she made me feel amazingly comfortable. It is as if I was a lifelong client. (I am now!) We talked about eyelash extensions, hair extensions, and makeup. I also asked about the products she was using and what she recommends keeping my hair healthy. She is truly knowledgeable about the products she is using, and I appreciate the products are sustainable and environmentally friendly.When it was time to rinse and style my color was not as light as I had hoped but I appreciate the fact Heather did not just try to lift the color all at once. My hair is soft and still feels healthy, so we discussed coming back in a couple of weeks to try and lift the new growth one more time. She styled my hair beautifully with light curls. I LOVE IT!I am happy to come back and to look into the other full services that the salon has to offer. Heather Marie Shanks you are AWESOME!

    Let me start out by saying, I drive 3 hours to go to End Results. I have had multiple services done throughout the years…..the massages are so relaxing, my ombre’ eye brows look amazing and my hair services are always the best! I am currently growing out my hair from a pixie cut. I have naturally curly hair and from using the flat iron for a couple of years, it had taken a toll on my curl. When I grow out my hair I usually only go every 8 weeks for a trim. In between my trim my curl was becoming frizzy. Victoria worked her magic and brought my unruly frizzy curl back to life. She advised me of what to do and what products to use. I am no longer frizzy and my curls are back to being healthy. I will not go to any other salon.

    I am very picky with how I like my hair cut, and I have been struggling to find someone who can cut it exactly like I envision. I have been to at least 5 other salons in the past 2 years and left each one feeling a little disappointed. Erin at End Results changed everything, she is amazing! She really listened to what I wanted, and she took the time to make sure she gave me the perfect cut. I have shoulder length hair, and most people rush through cutting it because it’s a shorter style. Not Erin. She really worked with my hair and was able to give it the exact cut and shape that I wanted. I have found a hair stylist that I trust, and will be a loyal customer to her for years!

    The service at this salon is impeccable! Every stylist has a smile as soon as I walk in. It is a relaxing atmosphere, especially since I know that they know what they are doing. In particular, Kayla Marlow has been doing my hair for over 6 years and I have never been disappointed, except one time when I chopped my hair off. But that was my decision and she asked me multiple times before she chopped it off! It looked great anyways! Love the salon and the stylists!

    Ive been going to End Results for almost a year. Erinn does my hair and shes awesome. She always fits me into her schedule, and makes sure Im satisfied. Having a short pixie cut can be hard to manage, but I wouldnt go to anyone else. Erinn always listens to what I want and delivers. She also cuts my 2 year old daughters hair. Shes AMAZING with kids. My daughter loves to go there and sit in the chair, and hold still for a quick and even cut. The prices cant be beat. Fair prices for a job well-done. Keep up the great work, ladies!

    I can not say enough about the girls in the salon. I entered with this image that I thought a salon would be like and they completely blew me away with how amazing they all where. We started with a super early appointment and from walking in the door they where all so welcoming I could not have asked for more. Every girl that I sat with was just spectacular... Jenn did my Nails, Victoria my Pedicure, and then I came back the next day for an up do and airbrushed makeup by Alyssa who blew my mind... she seriously handled every issue that we threw at her with the up most professionalism but still so down to earth. I would go back and recommend them to anyone looking for just a day in the salon or for someone preparing for a wedding like I was. I can not say enough positive things about them... all of them!

    I will never get my eyebrows waxed anywhere else! Erin M. does a great job and is very accommodating. I have sensitive skin and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I don’t break out after my wax. The rest of the staff at End Results is also wonderful. They are kid-friendly and really make their clients feel special.

    I was with Destiny and everything was amazing the length of my nails the color the way I wanted to be was so perfect . I felt like i can be myself it was every nice , she did such an amazing job . She was so sweet and kind. She has amazing energy !!

    I have been going here for a few years now. Victoria is my stylist, Erinn is my wifes favorite. Both ladies are nothing short of awesome. In my observation the rest of the staff is every bit as professional and does a great job too.The salon has a cool atmosphere and they even give out free soda and water. I have referred to many friends (and my wife) and will continue to give this place 5*!

    Heather Shanks is so amazing!!! She has done my hair and several other ladies in my family for years. She died my hair blonde and styled it for my wedding, and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. Jennie also did my makeup for the wedding day, and it looked so amazing! These ladies did hair and makeup for all my bridesmaids, my mom, and my grandma - absolutely knocked it out of the park!

    I accidentally missed my appointment time by a half hour and Erin M was so awesome! She worked me in and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Her hairstylist skills are exceeded only by her customer service skills. This place gives awesome End Results. I wont go anywhere else.

    I love going to End Results! Theyre staff is so helpful and very inviting. It feels like one big family, everyone is laughing and having fun while doing their job. The receptionist is so sweet! She is very attentive to any needs or questions you have. The staff definitely knows what theyre doing! They are always very flexible and can find ways to fit you into your busy schedule. The nail techs do beautiful work, so creative and can do any design you ask for. I love going to End Results! I wouldnt choose to go anywhere else!

    Due to COVID-19, I started using box on my hair and also went from light brown hair with blonde highlights to black 😐. I was over the black and wanted the original color with highlights back but, I knew it was going to be tricky. However, Kapi at End results was forth coming from the start that it will be a multiple step/appointment process (in order to keep my hair healthy) to return to what I originally had before the box blacks. Let me tell you...during the transition to my color, she made my hair absolutely gorgeous! Even the transition colors were on point. I was never disappointed and I finally had my final appointment to finish the look! Highly recommend this salon!

    The only place to get ur hair done in lakeland!!!(excuse the weird pictures)let me just say i’ve been going to Heather Shanks for years to do my hair and never once has she left me disappointed she’s colored me from the lightest blonde to brunette to deep cherry cola red there’s nothing this lady can’t do she makes sure to get one on one with the clients about they’re hair care as well as there wants and needs she goes above and beyond to make you feel beautiful and is always achieving ur hair goals no task is to hard for her and she will never leave you feeling unsatisfactory Heather will always make you feel beautiful and dedicates her time to doing what she loves and i hope she does hair for many years to come because i will never let someone else touch my hair THANK YOU Heather Shanks❤️❤️ did i also mention she does lashes as well! she’s extremely gentle and does a beautiful job! see pics below:)

    I am a client of Victoria Dowdy, who goes above and beyond my expectations everytime I sit in her chair. It’s gotten to the point where I leave every color or design up to her, and she blows my mind everytime. She is the only person I trust with my nails, as I have driven up to her every two weeks (a two hour drive one way), if that tells you anything. She has an infectious smile which lights up the entire room, and her prices are very reasonable. Her character and knowledge shows through in every appointment, and End Results is so lucky to have someone as wonderful as her! 5 stars is definitely not enough!!

    Cathy was amazing- she took care of my wifes hair and shes so happy with it. My wife doesnt change her hair color often and this was a drastic change for her. The stylist was amazing and took her thoughts and pictures and created some amazing colors in her hair!

    I had to do a full color correction. I am super pleased with the results. I will come back. They did amazing. My hair was extremely challenging due to box bleaching and dying my hair. The color correction was a long process but it turned out great and my hair feels healthy.

    I wanted to thank my absolutely wonderful and beautiful hair GENIUS- Erin Sessions!!! She is the only one to go to for your hair! She totally fixed the terrible color I wound up with after trying to lighten my hair at home- I mean my roots were orange and my hair was way redder than I wanted.... I called for a late appt Tuesday and she was able to not only squeeze me in, but she took her time on every strand and even stayed late to finish... I can honestly say Ive never met such an amazing stylist!! I was blown away that after only one session, I had the EXACT color I wanted! I literally showed her a pic and said eventually this is the color I want- but after 10 years of red I assumed it would take a few times to get the color I wanted.... NOPE! walked out that night with the best color of my life! And I even made a new friend out of it lol...

    I like the location, the environment, decor, and the fact that theres plenty of parking. I also enjoyed their very professional first time check-in process. I went in for my very first certified stylist deva cut recently, and was very happy with the three step process. I found this salon on the deva curl website, and to be honest I was still very nervous. Ive always been nervous about hair cuts cause of my texture and type. But Victoria handled my hair with excellents! So refreshing to have a place to go to knowing my hair will be handled correctly and with care. I couldnt be happier, or more satisfied. I think I love my curls even more now!!

    I LOVE THIS PLACE AND VICTORIA! I had a pixie cut that I regretted and she turned into a Paramore style cut that I am IN LOVE WITH. My extensions blend perfectly, seamlessly, and i look like a hair miracle. Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

    I love this place! I am always welcomed by everyone as soon as I walk through the door. The receptionist always offers to get me drink, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. I go to End Results for my nails, hair, and spray tans. Everyone is so friendly! I recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional environment, and who wants good quality service!

    This is a great salon that aims to please. If you are not happy with your End Results, speak up! Say something for gosh sakes! Dont leave mad and then write a terrible review. Clear communication is key when expressing hair goals.And on a side note, I do not know of ANY salon that would make someone pay for their service it was really that horrible. Come on people...

    I go to end results mainly for my nails but some of my family does go there for their hair... Me and my sister go to Victoria Dowdy for our nails, and my mom goes to Jennifer Earp for her nails... Jennifer and Victoria do AMAZING nails .. When you first walk in their you feel like just a client... But when you walk out, you feel a bond between you and your nail tech/hair stylist.. Between their reasonable prices, and the amount of effort and love they put into each set of nails, there is no reason not to stop in and give them a try!!
