The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of pricing. The girl who took care of my pedicure and full set was amazing. She even beautifully removed my ingrown toe nail which is painful more often then not. And she did exactly the design I wanted. Which I’m basic when it comes to that.

I’ve been coming here for over a year. James has been my nail tech since I’ve been coming. I have always receive quality service here. The people are nice and always treat you like family and not just another customer. I look forward to my nail appointment every two weeks. Spending time with my salon family is always fun, we joke and laugh. I’m so thankful I found this beautiful place. Nina and Adam are amazing people and their salon is awesome. James is an amazing nail artist and always has something for me because I’m never sure on what I want!

Super clean salon. I brought my 6 year old for her first “spa day” and they were so great with her. Every one was very nice and they did an excellent job on my dip. I work outside in the yard and at the gym lifting weights and they are still unchipped after a week. When I’ve gotten them done elsewhere they were chipped in 2-3 days. This is my new nail place. Attached are my nails after a week. Still in excellent condition.Went again today and James did an amazing job. He is able to do beautiful nail designs. Another great experience here and would absolutely recommend.

Very impressive nail salon. The customer service is top tier. The salon is spaceous, decorated beautifully, and very clean. Nina was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job with my mani/pedi gel set. She was quick, thorough, and kind. There was no wait. My visit was approximately 45 minutes. Im so glad I found this hidden gem as it will be my go to nail salon. I enjoyed it so much that I referred my mom. Thank you, Nina, for making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

My family and I are down for vacation and my cousin and I decided to take our daughters out to get pampered. We went to Luxy Nail Spa. Overall, it was a very nice, welcoming environment. The staff is nice and did an amazing job on our hands and feet. 10 out of 10 with service, just a little on the pricey side. You get what you pay for and I’m definitely not complaining. My daughters are happy and enjoyed themselves, so I’m happy 😊***just an idea of the price….I got a manicure (gel) with designs, Delux pedicure (gel) with french and a design on big toes, daughter 1 got nails painted (gel) with designs and toes painted with french (gel), daughter 2 got full set removed and real nails painted (gel) with designs, toes painted (gel) french, with design on big toes and the total was $316.94****Subtracting the $15 tip I left on my card ((and $5 tip in cash)), plus a service charge for using a card, so my total is still $301.94.*

This is my first time ever leaving a google review, but Henry at Luxy Nail Spa deserves it. I have never committed to a routine nail routine, however, after having Henry as my nail tech I will be a repeat customer of his. I have visited Luxy Nail Spa at least 4 times before and every visit was pleasant from the front desk greeting to ending the visit. All staff are inviting and the environment is relaxing, clean, and professional. Henry goes above and beyond with his services, listening to your needs, so that you leave completely satisfied. I love Luxy nail spa. Aside from it being a very nice salon, in my experience its been the best quality, job done, and long lasting, with no lifting of my dip powder nails. Ive been going for a few months and Ill keep going there over other local salons Ive been to. Natalie does my nails, and is a great nail tech! They will give you a complimentary beverage and theres also a rewards program.

I absolutely love this place, it’s not too far from where I live, so the distance is perfect. Henry was my nail technician today, and he did an impeccable job with sculpturing & painting my nails. Henry took his time, although my nails were finished in approximately an hour. If you ever need a nail technician and you are in this area Request Henry. You will not be disappointed!!

After trying a few salons in the area, I think we finally found our place. My husband and daughters tried them out a few weeks ago and recommended I come here. The owner Lisa got me together. She did my pink and white ombré nails, pedicure and waxed my face. The salon is gorgeous, clean and they offer drinks with your services - even wine and beer. The staff checks on you and makes sure they are doing a good job throughout the service. I’m impressed and will be back.

This was my first visit to Luxy Nail Spa, and I must say, I had one of the best Nail Spa visits I have ever had.I have visited many nail salons over the years, but my nail tech Henry surpassed all of my previous experiences elsewhere. His attention to detail is impeccable. I requested a Pink & White Acrylic set, along with a pedi. The Set looks beautiful! Even lines, perfect length and a overall nice shape he created.I also suffer from ingrown toenails on both my big toes due to an old soccer injury, and I am so thankful to say I won’t have to worry about dealing with the pain from those any longer! Henry not only got them out meticulously, he did it efficiently and with such care.From start to finish the service was fantastic. The business is beautiful inside, very clean, and smells fantastic!The staff are joyful to be around, and it was so nice not to have time wait very long! The price to me may be considered on the higher end but once you experience the Luxy Touch, in my opinion it is worth every penny.I highly recommend Henry and will be visiting with him and staff again for my next nail spa session indefinitely. I had one bad experience with the skill of one of the nail techs, but upon returning the owner remembered me and asked Henry to take care of the issue. Henry is a very good nail tech, he took the time to rectify the problem, was very courteous and patient. Good nail techs are hard to find. I have been to many nail salons, only to be disappointed. I must admit I am very particular about the appearance of my nails. I believe they reflect you. I have found my go to nail salon and nail tech. Great job Henry!

I was looking for a new nail salon and decided to try Luxy. I was greeted by Lisa and introduced to Henry who was going to be my nail tech. He was amazing!!!! I was unsure about a color and he told me “let’s see how it looks on your nails” and when I didn’t like it he removed it and made sure I was happy with my nails. He took his time and was even talkative with me rather than the dreadful silence that I’ve dealt with before. I am definitely coming back!!!

My husband and I went for pedicures and were extremely happy. We have been to several other salons in Lakeland and have not been happy with the service. Luxy nails did a great job and the customer service was excellent. Andy and Tony did a fantastic job. We definitely will be back!
