    I always come here and have the best experience! They do a wonderful job for a good price! Everyone is so kind. They have wonderful customer service. Tonight I was in a pinch and needed my toes and nails done and even though they were about to close they stayed later than usual to help me out. They also gave out little gifts for the holidays Definitely recommend this place 100%

    My first time there as a walk-in. Showed a nice young woman at the registered what I wanted to get. She quickly spoke to a woman stationed next to the register and I was seated with her right then. I didnā€™t have to wait. Showed Mimi what I wanted and she got right to work. Service was fast and Iā€™m very pleased with my nails. Nails Boutique and Spa is a no-nonsense kind of place. If youā€™re looking to be offered a beverage or something stronger, during a mani, this isnā€™t the placeā€¦.but if youā€™re looking for quick quality work, you wonā€™t be disappointed! :) THANK YOU MIMI!Update from 2nd visit: Iā€™m not sure who the guys name was who did my mani with pink ombrĆ© fill and pediā€¦the cart said Todd on itā€¦but all he did a good job keeping with Mimiā€™s previous work. Very pleased.Update: 3rd time going. If you get pedicures, you will be offered water or a soda. Took my husband. I treated him to a mani-pedi. I got a pedi with gel and OmbrĆ© Fill with art work.     Rose has been doing my nails for some time now & sheā€™s always on point!!! This is a picture of her work on my real nails, she only applied gel. Sheā€™s so sweet, kind & gentle. I can be picky sometimes but she never hesitates to fix to my needs/liking. Sheā€™s definitely one of the best nail techs there :) Iā€™ll be back soon!

    I came here one time before and had a lady technician who was very rough and made me bleed during my pedicure, which has never happened to me before. I decided to give this place another chance because the experience you have with one nail tech can be completely different from another.I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Todd was very gentle on my pedicure and then made a recommendation to get a full set done instead of a gel manicure because I told him my gel usually only lasts about a week due to having very thin nails. My full set and pedicure look amazing. I will probably only go to Todd now. I definitely recommend him.

    Always take me in right away as a walk in, fast and always great service . I only get pedicures and I have a good experience every time. They do my young daughterā€™s nails on special occasions and they always look very natural and pretty . The host at the front is so nice and welcoming !

    I havenā€™t gotten my nails done in years but my experience was great! Definitely will return, I was greeted immediately with open arms. I got a full set acrylic with gel polish I was very pleased with the final result my tech was super artistic and talented she has a vision and just started doing nails herself for about a year now, she did a phenomenal job very impressed not only with my nails and the costumer service but the salon itself was very clean smelled wonderful in there, not to mention the comfy chairs lol šŸ˜†. If youā€™re looking for a laid back nail salon, good atmosphere and laid back nail techs and beautiful nails I recommend coming here:)

    Mimi did a fantastic job, first time here at this location. Itā€™s clean, friendly, and quick but efficient service. I had an appointment so that could also help with getting my nails done a lot quicker compared to a walk in but just call and Iā€™m sure theyā€™ll will make it work. Definitely will be coming back when I need them redone again.

    This is the 1st Nail Salon that i have felt like a person and not just money spender. We were told that it would be a 15 minute wait. Within 5 minutes we were seated and taken care of. Very friendly! We spent 70.00 for nail removal, and 2 gel polish. We will be going back!

    I am impressed! I was a little nervous as Iā€™ve been going to the same salon for years but theyve been slacking. So I tried this place as itā€™s closer to home. I originally wanted long nails but they use the curved long nails not the straight ones so o just said to go shorter. But other than the length not being what I wanted they matched the exact same color of my picture I wanted. I was sat down as soon as I came in, I was literally in and out. I felt like I was sitting there like ten minutes lol but did not feel rushed! I believe I had Dao as my nail tech and she does a wonderful quick job. And to top it off the price was perfectAnd not over priced at all. Iā€™ll definitely be back. This is my new nail salon! Love it(Sorry my lighting is dark but theyā€™re gorgeous in the outside light)

    We walked in and they got my daughter in and out in a timely manner; we were on tight schedule. They were so patient while she figured out what would work best and werent pushy at all. Her nails turned put amazing! She is so happy with them, and the price was very reasonable. We will be back.

    Beautiful establishment. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the salon and seated for a pedicure almost immediately. They offer a small snack bar which beverages as well. Dao was very gentle yet meticulous as she styled my nails and my eyebrows. Definitely will be coming back

    I am very pleased with how well my French gel polish turned out. I had just peeled the previous gel off so my nails looked flaky, uneven, and pretty rough! The young male technician seemed hesitant to do French on my stubby broken off toenails but he ended up filing them down as even as he could and used a pretty pink polish to cover up the previous damage. Iā€™ll definitely be back.

    The hubby and I always go and get pedicures together and they do an awesome job. Always clean and they are fun and professional. I also took my 6 and 11 year old and they did a very good job and very age appropriate.

    The place was nice and clean and when I arrived they immediately got me in with hardly any wait time. They were very accommodating to me having a little one. They were fast and efficient on getting me in and out in less than 45minutes for my full set.

    They are great! Iā€™ve had 3 different people, Kelly(great), unknown(paid no attention to me) and Cindy(great)! Awesome nails but idk who did my feet but I wasnā€™t happy, he was a male. He rushed and was fast and rough. I wanted someone to take time and focus on my feet. Ladies seem to take longer. Choose a lady. But all around great!

    They always get me in quickly , very friendly and good job . First time I got my nails done gel polish chipped off two nails within 3 days but they fixed them for me right away no charge and it was fine after that . Basic pedi with regular polish started chipping within a week which is hit or miss I get it but I canā€™t see spending 17$ more for gel polish . Overall very satisfied! Reasonable prices and nice atmosphere and staff .

    I love this nail salon. I started coming here when it opened down the street from my house and I wonā€™t go anywhere else. Mimi & Cindy do amazing jobs on nails. Iā€™ve I always made an appointment because they do get busy with walk ins. But itā€™s so worth the time.

    Saw this place in passing and decided to stop by after seeing it had good reviews. I requested a fill and a pedicure. Both were awesome! Mimi did my fill and she did an awesome job. Vinny did my pedicure and I chose the #3 Spa package with gel (it has hot stones, paraffin, the works! ) at the end I was walking on clouds. Loved that neither were rushed or trying to get it over with. The place is clean and inviting. If I didnt live so far away this would be my go to salon for a relaxing me time. Highly recommend!

    Been here 3 times now and have always had good service, never had any lumpy/gross nails like other places in lakeland Ive tried. Cindy did my nails this time and I love them, exactly like the picture I showed. Super clean and has Good prices (Fill in $40, $8 for design, maybe $50-55 for a full set) Only downside is since its so popular if theyre busy you will wait if you have a appointment or not - but Ive also gotten seen immediately without one so really depends on how busy they are when you walk in.

    This is a clean and relaxing salon. All of the technicians are proficient and professional. Kelly, in particular, is very meticulous and gentle. They do get very busy on the weekends and Ive had to wait even if I had an appointment but usually quick to get in during the week. I find their prices comparable to other salons in the area - maybe just a little higher but the quality is worth it.

    Beautiful salon. Took me in immediately even though I was a walk-in. My technician was efficient and fast but I felt that she breezed over the steps of a manicure and pedicure so quickly & lightly that I felt she couldā€™ve done more detailed job. Overall, I think the technicians are experienced and I will go back and probably try a different technician.

    Cindy and Sonny are awesome! Cindy has so much patience and is willing to help her client with designs! Sonny is absolutely wonderful giving pedicures with a massage!     I was a walk-in and had a pedicure with Ben. He was 100% professional and truly great all around! I told him I very recently had back surgery so I may have trouble or pain moving or lifting my leg. He then asked questions regarding what limitations I may have. He was very cautious throughout the entire process. On top of that he did a great job all around!! Thank you Ben I appreciate your kindness and your work ethic!! You did a great job!!!

    This salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The have a large variety of nail colors and options. They are a bit pricey but worth it. My daughter and I have been there several times and always left pleased with their work. (And we are both picky with our nails).
