Initially, I was scared because of the mixed reviews, and I was coming in late. I just left dinner with my family, and it was already past 7:30, and the nail salon closed at 8 pm. I didnt want a rushed job, and it would be my fault, but I really wanted my nails done for my vacation to Europe. I wanted my nails to at least be put together. I called the business and asked if it was OK if I came in even though its so late. He welcomed me and said hell be waiting. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman and a man and offered a manicure and a pedicure. I didnt want to be that person to keep them there all night, so I chose a manicure cause only my hands were chipped from my previous gel service. Feet was brand new looking but only would change to match my hands but not a big deal. The woman did my nails, and I dont remember her saying her name, but she was nice. The quality and style of her process were nice, but the overall reason I will come back is the communication part. She constantly communicated with me. Is this ok? Do you prefer this? Is this how you wanted them shaped? Not alot of nail techs communicate and care to carry a basic conversation. I was not treated as a number like when I went into Vans nail salon. I appreciate the little things and i would just ask more specifics next time around. My husband loved my nails and if he approves then its all good. -

Mr. Leon is a nail Master! My 2 big toes had severally damaged nails from an accident and he trimmed the nails, added acrylic toenail and now I dont have any pain plus it looks AMAZING! Im beyond grateful and thankful for their friendly service and attention to details! My experience with both pedicurist Tina and Kim has been nothing less than stellar! -

Service was very nice. Open late compared to other nail salons in the area. Great attitudes from the staff. It is a small salon, I think it was four pedicure chairs and maybe five manicure stations. -

Kim really took her time into the work she did, haven’t had quality service like this in awhile , she was very friendly and professional! Leon seems to get irritated quickly from observing but will definitely be coming back for Kim! She was great! -

I showed up for a full set and a pedicure last minute and they took care of me. I had broken my toe upon walking out the door and I dont think the woman that had started my pedicure understood what pain I was in however, Leon walked in shortly after the pedicurist had begun and took over and I felt no pain. He hardly touched my toe. I had three people working on me at the same time. I felt like a queen. Im definitely going back. I left them all a nice tip.. my nails still look great. -

This place is very relaxing. Leon and Kim are very polite technical and professional. Ive had a pedi with polish,finger nails cleaned up with no polish and my eyebrows and chin waxed. The prices are great. -

Nails by Leon & Kim is by far one of the BEST nail salons in Polk County. Their salon is very clean. Its a comfortable, relaxing & friendly atmosphere as well. Leon & Kim are really amazing people and theyre perfectionists in everything they do at their salon. Ive been getting my nails and pedicures done here for 15 years straight and I have never once had an issue. I highly recommend them for your nails & pedicures! -

Went to this nail salon today with my daughter and absolutely loved it! Leon’s precision is spot on and Kim’s patience with my daughter while she talked non stop was a blessing! Coming from NY I’m very picky on where I get my nails done and I found my forever spot! Thank you Leon & Kim! -

People should come here more.Its an older shop.The location years of care service.I love the polish brand they use.Great colors!The shop vibes are mellow you will feel good sleepy here.I dont sleep and public but this place almost made me try it.The owners are so nice.Mean minded people dont even come.Drive on South Florida sharp turn to drive in! -

The only nail salon that has hung plastic curtains around each chair! The middle priced pedicure was full of relaxing aromas and massages. Jims nail art, for an additional $10 was exactly what I envisioned. Lastly, the chairs massage your arms, in addition to your back and thighs! -

I definitely recommend this place the guy that works her was very kind and understood my biggest concern and fixed as soon as I sat in his chair.I asked what time they closed and he said as long as people come in they are open? I LOVED THAT ANSWER!!!i didnt have a long wait AT ALL. They had an associate explain to me what i was getting and the cost and what would be done.loved the service 1st. Time coming here and will come back. -
