    Best place to get your nails done, Ben has been doing my nails for years and I can gladly say that he still surprises me time after time with the amazing work he does and the designs he’s made. I recommend this place to everyone.

    I followed Amy here and she is amazing! She’s been doing my nails for 4 years now and isAbsolutely amazing!!! I’m a content creator so my finger are always on camera so There’s nothing like having cute nails. I don’t trust anyone other than her!!

    I was looking for a great nail salon. I found it ay NYC. The staff made me feel welcome the first time I went in. I love it so much I go back about once a month to get my nails done.

    Always have a great experience, this is a quality salon. Ben did my nails and they are flawless. I came in with barely any nails and hope and I walked out smiling with confidence. I would like to suggest that the salon considers a “No Cellphone” policy because there was another customer shamelessly arguing on her cell next to me for almost the entire length of a pedicure... Ladies and gentlemen, please be courteous to the staff and other patrons and leave your personal life outside the salon. This is a nice place, let’s respect it.

    Excellent facility! I went for the first time after receiving a gift card for Christmas and cant say enough good things about the place. My 11 year old daughter and I were able to get pedicures next to each other. They offer a kids Pedi, which was great. My pedicure had lots of options and price points, so I selected one that included most of the options. Everything was wonderful. The people were very helpful and friendly, and my nails looked great (and still look great 2 weeks later)! I will definitely be back.

    Love all the nail technicians at NYC Nails. I have been going there for many years now...well before the pandemic was here. They stand behind their work and are always friendly, professional and courteous.

    Andy is nothing short of amazing. Not only is the quality of work beyond exceptional, he has such a wonderful attitude and is willing to qork with you to ensure youre happy. Highly recommend, I have never been disappointed, ever!

    First time going here and Jessica made the entire experience. This will be my go to place from now on for my nails. Jessica did such a cute peppermint design for the Christmas season that finished off a great set of gel nails. And her hand and arm massage was the best.

    This is the best salon I’ve been to. Ben and Christie are amazing! I’ve been seeing Christie for several months and she always does a fabulous job. They are all very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon. You won’t be disappointed!

    Kathy is amazing! She has the sweetest personality and she made my Christmas nails look fabulous! You can tell that she takes great pride in her work- salon is friendly from the moment that you walk in and the environment is light and airy!     I located this nail salon after a massage next door. I started going and now I go bi-weekly. The owners call you by name, you feel like a valued customer, the price is worth it all. I get stopped all the time by people complimenting me on my nails. I enjoy my nail art designs I get. They nail it every time!

    If you’re looking for perfect coffin nails? Ben is your guy! I’ve been seeing him on and off for a several years now and have never had to ask him to refile, reshape, or redo my nails. He checks with you through your appointment to make sure you like your nails, and always has me in and out within an hour. Love this place 🥰

    First time here and I love Nancy! She was so amazing at the pedicure I got. Definitely will be going back. She took her time and I can finally say I got the best pedicure I have ever received in Polk county. Liked the salon very much, it was nice and quiet with soft music playing. The technicians were polite and did not talk your ear off like some places. I dont mind small talk, but I want to sit and enjoy the chair massage, pedicure, and just unwind. I also got a gel manicure which I did feel was a little rushed, but still was very good. It was after 7pm after all, and I was the last one in there. Definitely recommend this salon.

    Friendly people. I got a beautiful pedicure. The lady did a wonderful job with the foot massage part I didnt feel like it was rushed. Place was clean and the chair worked. Price is reasonable. I will be back.

    I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this nail salon. I’ve been to many places in the south Lakeland area trying to find a place I liked and I have found it here!Even my husband (who gets pedicures with me every time) like this place too. They have a wide variety of pedicures, they allow you do al la cart and are up front about their pricing. VERY reasonable pricing compared to other establishments in the area. I got the baby soft pedi and my husband got the men’s sports pedi. He liked the fact that they had a menu for men’s pedis too.Not only is it a VERY clean establishment, Johnny did my gel mani and pedi and did such a THOROUGH job. I had not a SINGLE negative thing to say about my service. I will absolutely be returning and recommend this place to everyone I know.Oh just as an FYI I would suggest making an appointment as I tried to go once before as a walk in and they were too busy. 5-6 minute wait time when I made an appointment. GREAT HYGIENE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING!

    I had an amazing experience here. I decided to go with the “deluxe pedicure” voted their most popular pedicure. It was the best pedicure I’ve ever received. Will definitely come back when I’m in the Lakeland area.
