Ive been a regular for about 5 years now and I can confidently say you wont be disappointed! The staff is so inviting yet professional and theyre very accommodating! Every time I get my nails or pedis done, Im left impressed and satisfied 😌 if you need a reliable salon that can do nail designs, this is the place to go 🩷 I wont go anywhere else!!!

My gf and I have been coming here for about 6 years and well never go anywhere else! Every experience has been amazing thanks to the staff. Theyre super friendly, professional and their attention to detail is unmatched imo. If you show them any nail design, 100% of the time theyll do it better than the reference. The pedis are definitely worth it too if youre looking to relax or need relief. You wont be disappointed :)

I love this place!!! I first walked in three years ago for my junior prom nails and haven’t gotten my nails done anywhere else since! The staff is incredibly kinda and generous, always striving to make you feel welcomed. From free sodas and waters to cheering you up on a bad day. The techs have always lent an ear when I needed to talk to while simultaneously slaying my nails. Prom, sister’s wedding, graduation, you name it Kim and staff always did right by me! ManagementAlways works hard to bring in new products and keep up with trends. Including Gel X, and Hard gel! Please consider my review when looking for a new nail salon. These people are awesome, and if you don’t believe me you can believe the work!!!

I’m not sure who did my nails but ATE!!! absolutely. I didn’t expected at all I ask for a design and it was delivered!!! Great services always and pedicure is amazing !!! Highly recommend!!! The picture first is what i asked for, and my nails are the next other 2 pictures.

I have been coming here for the better half of a year and can say I have loved every experience! I get both my fingers and toes done here, and both services are always done to perfection. My fingers are mostly done by Kim, the manager, and she consistently SLAYS!!! I’ve linked some pics of her work on my nails, but if you just go to their insta you can see the PLETHORA of good work she and the other tech do. I also have to give some love to Annie, because she kills the pedis every time. I love this place and so does my whole family! Pretty Nails has patrons for LIFE!!!

10/10!! It’s so hard to find a nail salon that genuinely cares about your specific needs and wants. I came in on Friday with a vision for my bridal nails and Kim brought my vision to life, beyond my expectations. Kim is amazing!

I went here for the first time today because it is close to my job and I desperately needed a fill. Mai was fabulous! She took me right away and she was quick and with great precision. I am so happy with my manicure and will definitely come back again 😊

Such a wonderful atmosphere! They always do SUPERB job whether its a pedicure, manicure, or eyebrows! They strive to do a beautiful job! I travel from Bartow, and it is so worth the drive! I have gone here for about 10 years and anytime I have gone somewhere else (due to time constraints), I have completely regretted it!

Went in on a Friday and had an issue with my nails. Came back Tuesday and they fixed it. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The ambiance is relaxing and they stride in great customer service for sure

Kim always does my nails but I’ve also gotten pedicures at pretty nails and they always exceed my expectations. The staff is so friendly and helpful I recommend everyone to pretty nails and they’re always blown away by their skill. If you’re looking for a good nail salon you won’t be disappointed!

One thing I hate is to come get my nails done & the tech rather watch videos on his phone while doing my nails. Someone told me about Pretty Nails so I decided to give y’all a try & I must say I am very pleased with y’all work so far. I’ve only been 3 times but Ming & the other older gentleman made me feel very welcome & relaxed. I’m a big fan of the cats eye polish then I tried the moon or mood polish & I was acting like a kid in a candy store. If I may can I give one suggestion can you get more of a variety of colt in the cats eye if you can. Next I have to try to get my eyebrows waxed because I’m very particular about my eyebrows but I heard Kim does a wonderful job. In my photo it’s going on 2 1/2 weeks & my nails are still holding up 🥰🥰🥰

I drive Ybor City to Bartow once every month for the most wonderful pedicure ever. Being diabetic, you have to be so careful with safety and/or cleanliness of the feet. They take extra care with each client. Pretty Nails did an amazing job with a newly remodeled interior, deep cleansing of their workstations/pedicure areas. And have wonderful movies to watch while being serviced. I recommend the French tips, they come out amazing!

I walked in without an appointment for a Spa Pedicure. My nail technician was extremely skilled. She carefully trimmed all the cuticle and dead skin, and did a lovely job on my nails. It happened to be a school holiday and there were several kids around. I noticed what a family-friendly place it was. The music was soothing and the salon very clean. The staff was friendly and the price was competitive. I was very pleased.

By far the best Salon I have been to. Super clean and exceptional customer service. Kim did my nails and was extremely attentive and a pleasure to talk with. She made you feel very relaxed. Their prices are very reasonable. 35 dollars for a full set with gel polish and 25 dollars for a pedicure. Will definitely be going back.

I came just to take off my acrylics and then I decided to get them painted and I dont know who the girl was but she did an absolute fabulous job. My daughter was also with me and she wanted to get her nails painted and my daughter is very fidgety and the girl was so patient with her. I found my new nail place..I was so satisfied with their work.

Excellent shop, pleasant atmosphere and staff who are accommodating and attentive. I always ask for Minh when I set my appointments. His work is performed with skill and caring. Due to neuropathy, a pedicure can be rather painful, but he makes it a doable process. I highly recommend not only the shop but Minh.

Pretty nails is my go to nail salon. I’ve been to plenty of different salons and they are the best. They have the best customer service. Best color selection rather it be gel or regular. Salon is clean and what I appreciate the most is you are always greeted and acknowledged as soon as you walk in and seated promptly. and beverage option is a plus😉 I recommend this salon if you want great service, nails and results.

Apparently there is another Pretty Nails salon in Lakeland because some of the negative reviews I have read does not apply to this place. They are very friendly, engaging and the place is always clean and presentable. I find the prices competitive with other salons around town. I have been going here for a year and have never had a bad experience.
