    The guy was very friendly but my nails look horrible. I got a fill and gel polish yesterday evening and they look so clumpy. It looks like a child did them ok so update on my review…. I went in and a young lady fixed my nails. She was very sweet about it . I didn’t feel any negativity from any of the staff for writing my first review. She absolutely did a great job and I left out of there with super cute nails and I would definitely go back and have the younger lady do them again! Thanks again for fixing my nails!

    Alex is amazing! I was a walk in for a fill. They fit me in last night close to closing time. I had previously gotten my nails done at the mall and was not happy with them. They were all uneven and not what I asked for. Alex took the time to fix all of them and straighten them. Also he did an amazing job on the cat eye nails! Anyone looking for good nails and you have a unique style Alex is who you want.

    Lucas did a great job on my nails. I have been to a lot of nail salons in the last 6 months or so trying to find a good one and there have been issues with everyone of them. They do quality work at Tic Tac Nails and the treatment is by far the best, they make sure youre comfortable. I found my nail salon. 💅

    This was my second time here, first time with Andy the nail tech. He is AMAZING! Super kind and has attention to detail like no other! He’s a perfectionist which I love! I definitely found my nail guy! Thanks Andy for my beautiful natural nails, they are perfect!

    I love the spa pedicure here. The foot and leg massage can not be matched. Love the chairs, atmosphere. I’ve had only basic manicure, but very pleased. Highly recommend if you have feet or leg issues. I went to another place near target and they declined to massage my legs because I had psoriasis. I appreciate the excellent care and pampering I receive here.

    I never went to this place I went yesterday for the first time and they did such a good job! It wasn’t super busy so I didn’t have to wait everyone was super nice, I don’t know the guys name that did my nails but he was super cool, & I showed him a pic of the nails I wanted and he did a fantastic job!

    Last minute I had time to get my nails done in between clients. I had no appointment and was seen within five minutes. The design was a bit extra as was the gel polish. Overall I am happy with the service and technician. I will more than likely be back. This is a good location if you are working and dont really want or enjoy conversation with techs while getting nails done as they talk to each other. I personally I would rather not talk to anyone and handle some work well Im getting it done.

    TicTac has been at this location for 30 years but has changed ownership/management. Under new management, some of the staff is still there, and some are new and highly experienced Nail Technicians. I love the new look and am always happy with my nails!

    Ive been going to this salon for 17 years and Ive never had a bad experience. Lucas usually does my pedicure and Diane does my nails. Although most of the staff dont speak good English, Diane or the young girl are the ones that translate in Vietnamese. Too bad that most people think they they are talking about customers, but they are not. They are only getting to accomplish what the customers are there for, quality service. Thanks to Tic Tac Nails for their wonderful service

    Walked in to get a pedicure because I needed my previous acrylics taken off of my big toes. My tech was professional and didn’t try to upcharge for anything extra, even though I just wanted my toes cleaned without any polish. He was very pleasant and worked in a timely fashion. I came here a few years ago and it’s obviously changed recently which is a good thing. Will be stopping by more in the future.

    Ive been going here for nails and pedicures for over 10 years! Love it! Diane always does my nails, but everyone has done pedicures. Everyone is good. Lucas did manicures and pedicures for my elderly mom for many years. He was amazingly kind and gentle with her! I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

    I used to come to Diane about 4 years ago and loved her. I moved to SC 3 years ago and just moved back to Lakeland. I made an appointment to get a full set with Gel polish and a Pedi, as usual she did an amazing job! Prices are very reasonable, especially for the job she does. She has never disappointed me! 💕

    I work in hospitality and it’s important that my nails look really good because my hands normally are Beat-up.They have New-staff. Andy Is Superb.Very good at shaping impeccable design and he’s super friendly and has conversation with you,which I love.Add-in.. it’s conveniently located.They are doing renovations and it looks good,checking in on an iPad and receiving benefits for someone like me who goes Bi-weekly is an Extra_plus.

    I have been going to Tic Tac Nails for 17 years. Diane has always done my nails and different people have done my Pedicures. NEVER NEVER have had any complaints. ALWAYS great service and been treated like family. For the past 17 years of Diane doing my nails there has never been any problems. No infections or nails popping off, in fact I have only broken a couple of nails and those were my fault. They know what they are doing and take the time they need to do a fantastic job. I will recomend Tic Tac Nails every day of the week. The place is very clean and also they are very affordable.

    This was the third nail salon that I walked in today. To say the least, I found the best! I didnt wait long and Andy is the best! He really can do anything you request. Not to mention hes handsome with great conversation. Just a nice person overall with great talent!

    I have been using Diane at Tic Tac Nails for over 10 years. She is the very best nail tech in the business!Yesterday was her last day working in the Lakeland salon and I know it’s going to be tough for me to find a tech that does her quality of work.I certainly understand why she wants to work in the Tampa salon since she lives in Tampa and won’t have the drive to and from Lakeland.Diane, I am going to miss you so much!!!

    Alondra did exactly what I wanted, she listens, she knows her techniques and is very sweet! She also speaks SpanishEdit: She doesn’t work there anymore and even if I TRIED to keep going to her she became unresponsive so, yayy 5 stars for one time nails.

    I have been going to Tic Tac since 2007. I have tried some of the newer spas but I always go back to Diane; she remembers me by name (pretty cool these days dont you think?) and she always does my nails and brows perfect every time. I would highly suggest them to anyone looking for a good value and a nice manicure, pedicure, or waxing.

    First time at Tic Tac Nails and I was very pleasantly surprised! I went to Andy and Im definitely going back to him...got a full set of ombré acrylics. Perfect! Not to thick and gentle on the cuticles with file.

    Mimi and Andy did an excellent job! Mimi repaired and fixed a botched job from another salon and Im extremely satisfied! Andy did a beautiful job on my daughters nails too! Will definitely be back!

    Tracy Delano Thomas; Minah always does an excellent job! I have been coming there only because of her. I suffer from acute arthritis and osteoporosis. I stand all day at my job and wear steel toe shoes. Her caring hands makes it pleasing to be touched while having the work done due to my sensitivity when I am touched. This is a necessity for me!!! Top of the hats to you girl!! I finally found my place in Lakeland 🤸🙌🏽 happy hands and feet 🐾🐾🐾

    Diane is the nail Queen .. I will never go to another nail salon .udate I went in friday may 21st to see a totally different shop and completely new workers I was extremely sad to learn that it was under new owners !! But I had my nails done by Andy dianes brother , And he did a wonderful job on my nails I was absolutely pleased with his work ..

    I highly recommend this Salon. Mimi worked up a miracle on my toe nail that had broken of in half. Loved the way my nails came out. Cheyenne did a facial and was great.
