    I had a great experience getting a Pedicure from Kim. She took her time with me and made sure my toe and feet were pampered.The nail salon recently remodeled and it looks fantastic! The new pedicure chairs are very comfortable.

    I am so happy with the service I received. Natalie really took her time and made sure my manicure was done to perfection. You could tell she is really passionate about what she does. I did not feel rushed at all, and the prices were the best I’ve seen in the area. I can’t wait to return here for a pedicure.ETA on February 24, 2021:I have been going to United for a year now (specifically seeing Natalie who is an amazing technician) and it has been consistently great service. By far the best nail place I’ve been to and I plan on continuing to go until I live too far away to possibly get there. Wish I could give them more stars!

    This is a wonderful little family owned nail salon. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. This is the only place I go anymore. I love the people there. The best part is they are non judgmental and LGBTQ+ friendly.

    Not my normal salon but was in town for the day. Stopped in and Sanh took great care of me! He did better than they do back home and charged much less. I will definitely be back! Worth the 2.5 hour drive!!

    The people who did my feet & nails did wonderful. Kim was able to get my in grown toenails out. Jack did a wonderful job on my nails. Very professional.They work very hard to provide an excellent service.

    Went here because of the good reviews on google after my normal places was closed for vacation and was not disappointed. Will probably start going here from now on. The pedi chairs were the most comfortable chairs I have ever sat in, the nail tech was very nice and good at his job, and the prices were very reasonable. They have so many color options and it was only $35 for a mani/pedi.

    I’ve been coming into this salon for years and have always had a wonderful experience. Today I got my nails done by Ryan they came out perfect. He was very detail oriented and just wonderful all together. Would recommend him to anyone

    Christina is awesome!!! Very clean, very friendly and huge selection of colors and different services! I made the mistake of going to a different nail salon and will never make that mistake again! Thank you for the amazing work!! lol

    I have been going here for years, and I absolutely love it. The owner genuinely cares if you are happy with your nails. There have been multiple times where I was not happy with my results and he stopped what he was doing and came and personally fixed my nails for me. They get pretty busy so make an appointment oh, you will not be disappointed!

    Always the best! Vicky does a phenomenal and professional job consistently! I would not think to go anywhere else. She is conscientious and friendly...she cares about the quality of her work and satisfying the customer. The salon is clean...they use bowl liners in the pedicure chairs. The owners and other technicians are awesome too! Always greeted with smiles when you walk in the door.

    I love this place!! They do amazing work, are very friendly, and also have reasonable prices. I normally ask for Vicky, shes great!! Today I went and she wasnt there so San took care of me, I showed him a picture of what I wanted-he nailed it 😁. In the past Ive skipped around to other salons on occasion, but prices were much higher and quality wasnt comparable.

    I have tried MULTIPLE nail salons. And all never got my nails how I wanted them. Or they would be falling off the next day of having them done. Today was the first time I got my nails and toes done at United with my mom. And I will for sure be going back to this one for now on. We went in as a walk in and got seated a couple minutes of coming in. The gentleman that did my nails and toes(I didn’t catch his name) was great. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he gave me just that. He was fast but still made sure to take his time and do it right(other salons just rushed and didn’t care to fit mistakes)THE SALON it self was clean. And everyone was welcoming. EVEN as they started to get busy. Everyone greeted all the people coming into the door as appointments or even walk ins. Even when they had phone calls. They still didn’t lose the customer service as they got busy.

    I was visiting from Texas and needed my nails done. I was a walk in and only waited about 10 mins. Had shellac done on my hands, and I appreciated how they took their time with the application. Two weeks later my nails are still in tact and not chipped! They’ve never lasted that long so I was impressed and had to come back to give a review. 😃

    Love love love this salon! I had been all over town trying out new salons until I found this one. Their prices are amazing and the staff are so nice and great at what they do! Jenny always does my nails and they are perfect everytime. The salon is always very clean and the atmosphere very relaxing. I would highly recommend this salon to any and everyone!!

    I like this salon. They have a tech, however that is very short-tempered and rude. He got frustrated and snatched the toe separators from my feet. He has the dyed hair. However there’s one, Jack, whom I LOVE. He’s perfect and does amazing work. He’s also very kind and patient.

    Ask for Andy!!!!! Hes amazing, does a really good job with detail, hes quick & careful. Ive been coming for about 7months now & hes the only one i will let do my nails. Other staff members are always so happy & sweet. Very clean place & lots of color options to choose from!I tell all my friends about this place.

    I have always come back to here. I try others but you cannot beat the quality and price. Some of the best prices in town. I consistently get gel and never walk away over $35. They are not the most friendly or personable but it does not take away from the experience.

    Based on the reviews I read on Google, I decided to try United Nails and Spa for a pedicure. Im glad I did!i was surprised how many ladies were getting pedicures when I walked in. The salon was very clean. The staff was friendly and interactive with their customers.Kim, my nail technician, took very good care of me. She took her time in trimming my nails and cuticles making sure they were perfectly trimmed.I thoroughly enjoyed the footmask and massage I received. I didnt realize how tight my muscles were. I felt so relaxed after my treatment.I definitely will return to United Nails and Spa for my next spa treatment. Im looking forward to enjoying a pedicure and manicure soon.

    I seriously LOVE this place! About a month ago I went somewhere else and tried dip powder for the first time and my nails literally came off like a week and a half later so I was skeptical to even try dip powder again. I decided to go to United Nails and Spa and they are so amazing. Christina did my nails and she did such an amazing job. She took her time, cleaned them up and I can already tell these are gonna last me a while. I can honestly say that it was the best experience I’ve ever had with getting my nails done. I will always make an appointment with Christina because now I don’t trust anyone else with my nails.

    I had a pedicure by Kim, and she did an excellent job. She took her time and the foot/leg massage was one of the best I’ve had. Jenny, the owner, has done a great job with COVID restrictions. I felt safe and really enjoyed my experience. If you are in the Lakeland area, I highly recommend United Nails and Spa.

    The young lady that did my nails was phenomenal to say the least. She actually cared about the work she was doing and it showed. However next time I know to tell them instead of a manicure I want nails which is what I thought I told them. But the polish is nice I did want my nails done.

    These people take care of their customers. They spend a long time on each person and really pamper them. My wife commented that they easily spent twice as long as the last nail salon that did her pedi for the same price.

    So glad I found this place because they are great. They get packed a lot of times so I learned to come in at off hours or always call to make an appointment ahead. The owner and everyone is super nice and do a really good job with my nails every time. Ive gotten my nails done by different technicians and they are all super detail oriented.

    I just moved to the area and my nails were disgusting. I did some research on Google and chose United Nails. I was able to get an appointment a few hours after I called. Natalie was amazing. She gave me a French mani and pedi. Her work was impressive as was she. Professional and kind. I highly recommend her!!

    Usually make an appointment ahead of time but did walked in instead. The person who usually does my nails was off. I was quite satisfied with the way the tech did my nails. She listened to my requests and was very professional. Would use her again.

    My wife gets her nails done here, i never accompanied her here before.. But I was amazed at the skills they have and they took the time to make sure she got what she was looking for ( off of Pinterest) which looked like a Picasso painting but they took the time to replicate it. 5 stars for customer service and final result

    Place was clean and they provided masks if you do not have one. At every station they had sneeze guards and cleaned each station after every use. The Lavender spa pedicure was amazing. I would definitely go again.

    This is the ONLY place I go for my nails & Pedi. I am a clean freak and Jenny & the rest of the crew keep the shop clean. They put disposable plastic covers in the pedi tub which is awesome!I have been going to Jenny for years. Everyone else in the shop is great too.

    I saw a ladies nails at a local retail store and asked where she goes. I calkedvand got an appointment and didnt have to wait when I arrived. The shop didnt smell from the acrylic and gel polishes, and you coukd have eaten off the floor! I recommend thus place to anyone who is tired of being treated like a piece if cattle at all the other nail salons around the area. I know, I was at five or six places tryingbto get a decent gel fill and this salon is THE BEST. From Winterhaven to Auburndale to Lakeland. Make your appointment and try themm you WILL be happy!
