    I do not believe this is a scam. I ordered an IPL device and received it very quickly. I took the time to read the instruction pamphlet including the satisfaction guarantee terms and conditions. I was a bit concerned because on the website it was indicated there would be a 90+ day satisfaction guarantee, but in the pamphlet it indicated that you had to begin that return process within 30 days of receiving the device. Approximately 3 weeks after I received the product I reached out to the company to indicate that I had not yet seen satisfactory results and begin the return request process. There was no resistance to that request. They did provide updated instructions for use. They suggested going over each treatment area three times per session and conducting sessions every three to four days instead of one pass every 5 to 7 days as indicated in the instruction manual. I then used the device per the updated instructions for the additional 60+ days. Their customer service group contacted me three times during that. To make sure that I had received my return instructions and check to see if I needed any additional assistance. At the end of this trial period, I still felt that the results were not to my satisfaction and returned the device. There was a small restocking fee but my refund was processed quickly once they had received the returned item. While I would probably only rate the device as being three stars, the service level I received was easily a four or five star level of service.

I emailed them and had a reply - correcting MY error - within 24 hoursDispatch seemed slow - but again my request for an update was responded to by returnDelivery took a few weeks, but the tracking system kept me informed of my parcels progress. USA and UK customs were the main points at which things took agesI would recommend this company for its very responsive customer serviceHopefully my daughter will be as positive about her gift

    The product was simply too time consuming for my needs (I was looking for full body treatments, and it took me around an hour just to do my below-knee legs and armpits, plus the time spent shaving) and I just couldnt justify spending that much time on hair removal 2x weekly. I want to be hairless, but not that bad, ya know?Anyway, I messaged 5minskin for my refund, and they sent me instructions within the hour. I returned my device according to their instructions yesterday, and within 20 minutes of sending my return receipt+tracking info, I had my refund pending in PayPal.They live up to their promise and provide excellent customer service. I was a bit worried given some of these reviews about refunds, but mine could not have gone any smoother or faster.

    Customer Service was great! I ordered a device then decided I wanted to try the photo-facial lens (not realizing it was not compatible with the device I had), I emailed them & they sent me an upgraded device at no charge! I havent gotten it just yet but will leave another review after 12 weeks of use. Happy so far!

    I received their device as a gifted for my honest review. Its comfortable to use without any side effects so far. I have noticed slowing in hair growing after a few weeks. I have not tried it on my face yet as I have sensitive skin.

    I tried the product for a little less than 2 months and felt like I did not see a difference. I do not know if I was just not being very attentive to staying on the exact schedule recommended or if my hair is just extra corse so it would have taken longer but I decided to return it. The customer service was absolutely AMAZING. They were very friendly and helpful and made returning the product very easy. That is why the got 4 stars.

    I’ve been using it for about a year, it has really reduced my facial hair to a couple of stubborn ones only! I have been consistently keeping up with it, and I am so glad I did it! For people who’ve had pcos I recommend a couple of times a week! That’s what has worked for me!

    Well, this will be a mixed reviewIt started out with the trial, it took two weeks to receive the unit so they extended the trial period. I only used the device about 10 times before the light decided to just stop working. But within a few short days, they have already replaced the unit and its on the way.     Just received mine Wednesday and used on my stubborn chin and upper lip hair on low very timid first time. Usually if I shave the stubble is back hours layer. Its Friday and I have just a few. Im stoked. Ive had ingrown hairs, acne and pain over this problem and its improving after one use. I hope this continues as I have struggled with this for years. Today my skin is smooth with a lot less new growth.
