(Even though I was sadly a couple of mins late due to work, I was so embarrassed).The esthetician who attended to me was not only highly skilled but also incredibly sweet and attentive, (Yolanda). She took the time to assess my skin type and concerns, tailoring the facial treatment to meet my specific needs. Throughout the session, her gentle touch and soothing techniques made me feel pampered and at ease.The spa itself was impeccably clean, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere that enhanced my relaxation. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, from offering a selection of beverages to providing extra blankets for added warmth. My dog Athena was also pampered, (they are dog friendly).In addition to the facial, I opted for IV therapy, a decision I did not regret. The staff member administering the therapy (Sanny) was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the process thoroughly and ensuring my comfort throughout.Overall, my spa experience surpassed my expectations in every way. From the professionalism and sweetness of the staff to the impeccable cleanliness of the facility, every aspect of my visit was outstanding. Amazing! Did a hydro facial and my skin has be glowing ever since. People have noticed right away and I noticed the same day and the day after with makeup I can really see how clear and feel how soft and smooth it is. Yoli explained everything to me as a first time person getting a facial. She was kind patient and very knowledgeable on what is best for my skin. The treatment was relaxing. I can’t wait to go back!

I met Yolanda at one of the FACE by SP brunch events. I was impressed by her presence and presentation, consequently scheduling my first chemical peel. The entire procedure took about an hour during which I was fully communicated as to the step-by-step process which kept me at ease as well as gave me a greater understating of the entire process. She was very attentive to my well-being and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend her services.
