I would give Dr. Alex 10 stars if i could! Let me first start off by saying, i was super nervous coming for my appointment. I have never gotten dysport before (have gotten Botox in the past but a while back). Alex made me feel super super comfortable, as she explained everything including how dysport works, what I should expect, how long until it kicks in, etc. i don’t think there were any questions i could have asked because she honestly explained everything from the beginning. A week after I was treated by Dr. Alex I realized that she was so far ahead of what anyone was doing… it was the best tox placement I’ve ever had. I felt like I did when I was in my 20’s!!!! I don’t leave reviews as I don’t even have social media, so if I’m leaving a review, the service must be OVER THE TOP.I have lived across several states (including NYC, CA, FL, AZ, etc), and unfortunately came across as what they would call themselves as “tox specialists/ “tox bars” / “top cosmetic surgeons” etc.And each and every time (no matter where and who I went to) I encountered severe drooping, asymmetrical results, botched jobs , had dull unsterile needles , etc. and received horrific results. These were big well reputable places that were extremely expensive which still failed to produce positive results. I have never been a returning tox customer to any of these places, obviously. I drained my bank accounts and dealt with depression to the point where I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror and stopped receiving (any) cosmetic procedures all together. At the end of the day, this is your face they are working on and there could be severe side effects (some irreversible if done incorrectly) so you NEED to go to someone who has the education, experience, and has proven positive results.It was not until I met Dr. Alex at Blonde Girl Aesthetics (BGA) that I was able to overcome my fear of cosmetic aesthetics.After commenting on the skin of one of her patients, I was referred to Dr. Alex. Prior to meeting Alex, I was super skeptical that she would be able to give me positive results, had high anxiety and expressed my horror stories to her, she was horrified and immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and bed side manners.Because of her medical background, experience, continuous education in the field and medical degree, she was able to speak to the anatomy of the face and took at least an hour thoroughly explaining each muscle in the face and how the tox/filler would look when injected. As a doctor myself, I know/witnessed that she was sterile in all her techniques and practices all procedures safely , which most (if not all)/ local Botox bars do not practice sterilization skills.Dr. Alex treats conservatively and will enhance your beauty, not make you look like plastic. She listens to what you want and how you want to look and is honest about the results you will receive. She will never inject you for the sake of money or do any procedure that she does not think you will benefit from. Hard to believe that, in this industry, right? Unlike local Botox bars , she is in the field because of her passion for cosmetic aesthetics and it is not about the money for her. She will even work with you, based on your budget.Her attentiveness to each patient is remarkable, she literally has a treatment plan for each patient. Her results are phenomenally precise. I was so impressed with Alex that I even took my mom here (who also experienced bad tox in Monmouth County, NJ). My mother and I are both returning patients of Alex and will follow Dr. Alex wherever she goes (even if I had to fly to go get my procedures done).Dr. Alex is the ONLY person I have let touch my face in years and will be the ONLY person I will allow to touch my face. For the first time in my life I have found someone whom I can trust and can depend on positive results! I even have a whole new health care regimen to preserve my investments (which she provided within my treatment plan).If you haven’t already seen Dr. Alex, do make a consultation and she will help transform your life and make you the most beautiful version of yourself. I see her in the NJ location as she is originally from NJ and travels here monthly (from Miami). She is the BEST, hands down, in the country!You will not be disappointed, and will have the urge to write a similar review , as she is THAT GOOD!

Dr Alex is TOP TIER. I originally met her thru a friend who had gotten lip fillers elsewhere and ended up having to dissolve them, but had no problems with dr Alex’s work so I went to see her for my cheeks. I had a very long and narrow face with a more prominent chin that I never realized I could balance out until she entered my life. She is the first person to ever put a needle to my face, and now I’m taking flights from Phoenix to Miami just to see her at BGA ! And it’s so worth it! The office I originally met her at in manmouth NJ was so cute and clean, the one in Miami even more so. Very secure and safe but also cute and in a great part of town. I’ve also done Botox (dysport) in my forehead with dr Alex and I was pleased enough with the results to do a second round this week along with another syringe of filler in my cheeks. It’s been 4 days and I’m already excited about the results, she knows for a fact I’ll be back soon to see her 😂 and I’ll prob be texting for advice/opinions before that because she is so knowledgeable, I’m totally new to my beauty journey and meeting her is definitely the main reason I have stuck to it.
