I wanted to give an update to the Review which I posted two weeks ago, and I’m changing my Star Rating from a one to a five:After receiving several prompt replies from Customer Service at Great Clips, I took their sage recommendation and returned to Great Clips at Seminole Shoppes in Neptune Beach, FL yesterday on 1/4/25.I am always willing to give a second chance, whether it be a person or a business.Roxanne, being the Excellent Hairstylist and Great Manager that she is, completed my dry trim which Finn had been unable to complete two weeks ago, through no fault of her own.Roxanne did a GREAT job on my hair, as she ALWAYS HAS! Roxanne really is an EXCEPTIONALLY TALENTED HAIRSTYLIST and I appreciate how the salon is clean, tidy, and neat, which is a testament to her good management skills.Roxanne so kindly told me that there was no cost for the remainder of my dry trim, and I tried to leave her a nice tip, but she wouldn’t even accept that.Jessica and Finn were both present and were professional in their demeanor, which I greatly appreciated, and Finn had previously been very kind to me when she had trimmed my hair over the course of the past several years, since I have been a very loyal customer.I am so happy that I can now leave a Five Star Review and I greatly appreciate the very prompt, kind assistance and recommendations from Customer Service at Great Clips and going forward, I hope to never have to contact you again, as I am very thankful to have Roxanne as my Hairstylist at the Great Clips at Seminole Shoppes in Neptune Beach, FL.

I had the absolute BEST cut and style by Roxanne. This was my 3rd time seeing her and I will continue to go to her for all my hair needs. I can’t rave enough of about her. Book an appointment with Roxanne; you will be 100% satisfied. The stylist are all pleasant and customer service is top notch!!

I have received the best customer service from Jessica everytime she cuts my hair! It’s extremely rare to go into an establishment where they treat you like family rather than just a regular customer but this Great Clips is the exception! I saw Jessica for a trim when I arrived. By the time I left, I had wonderful haircut. I absolutely love this shop. I used two Great Clip stores in Jax Beach and was never satisfied lately. I just let my hair grow. The minute I walked in, I felt a great vibe. The music was great and I was welcomed. If you’re looking for a new hairdo stop by and see Jessica.

Today I took my son here to get a haircut, this was his first time getting a haircut at this greatclips so he wasn’t familiar with the staff. Finn did his haircut and it came out amazing!! Finn was so professional, patient, kind & understanding. My son has autism, so some sounds can be sensitive for him like the sound of hair clippers or a blow dryer. Finn was very understanding of that & talked calmly to my son, explained what she was going to do to his hair, showed him the clippers she was going to use & even let him hold them to see what they were/show they wouldn’t hurt him. I didn’t get the name of the other lady that works there too but she was also very kind. Our experience was 10 stars for sure!! We love his haircut it came out perfect.

First off Jessica ROCKS and could be doing much more expensive hair elsewhere.I usually get my haircuts at the base or Nex. But the line was long. And I was thinking well great clips usually has little to no waitShe did my hair exactly how I wanted it. Took a lot of time and attention to details. Her station was clean her tools well kept. She was friendly and very professional.Definitely my new barber place

Only had to wait about 8 minutes. Definitely get the app, you can check in and set the app up to tell you when to go in. All the girls were nice, 3 of us got cuts, all from a different girl. They got it right on all 3 of us, as they always do! Thank God for their clip notes, Im never going to remember what level the trimmer should be between haircuts!

Went here twice. I asked for my hair to be cut down to 2 inchesat the longest all over. The 1st lady chopped it all up SMH. Nothing was even. The front was short, and the back was short but the middle was LOOOONG. I went back,praying someone else would be there. the second lady really cut it all low and even like I wanted it. The 1st lady was scared to city it all off. I finally feel free.
