    My 3rd time donating my hair and i love it so much more now that itā€™s manageable. My stylist Gabby was so sweet and took all of my fears of getting my hair cut too short away and did an amazing job with my layers. I will definitely be coming back again.

    I was searching for a place to have my hair done, since I have never had it done since moving to the Jacksonville area. I called on a weekend and was able to book an appointment with Danielle for the following Wednesday, which I was excited about since it was so soon. I went in to have a big chop done on my hair and to also have some highlights put in. Danielle was extremely sweet and she took the time to show me photos and explain to me what she thought would look good on me. I didnā€™t feel awkward at all and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The space was open and they even let my mom come and sit next to me for my service. I would highly recommend Danielle. She knows what sheā€™s doing and she will do her absolute best to make sure you leave beautiful and happy. She was charismatic and fun to chat with as well, which helped ease the first time client experience! In my opinion, if youā€™re looking for a place to go and have a real, true luxurious salon feeling with stylists who care about your outcome, I couldnā€™t recommend Ten Salon more. Especially Danielle!

    I had such a great experience at Ten Salon this past Saturday. I am a spur of the moment kind of hair cut gal. I called that morning hoping they could get me in that day and they were able to. I had an appointment with Alex and I have to say from start to finish everything was awesome. I can truly say I have not been as satisfied with a hair cut as I am with the cut/style Alex gave me. It was exactly what I was wanting. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. A co-worker of mine even said my hair cut was exciting. I love it. Definitely going back to maintain this cut. Thank you.

    Jesse is an amazing hairstylist! I couldnā€™t recommend her more! She gives you exactly what you want. The salon is beautiful and truly gives you the VIP experience.I originally came here after getting bad highlights somewhere else and Jesse literally saved my life!!     Kourtnee at Ten Salon Neptune Beach is absolutely AMAZING! She has saved my hair. It was damaged and had no volume or style to it, and she has taken it to another level. I basically just tell her to do what she wants and she DELIVERS! She has also recommended some of the best hair products Iā€™ve ever used on my hair. What I loved about my experience is that we mapped out a plan to bring my hair back to life. Itā€™s such a holistic, satisfying experience. On top of that, all of the other staff is incredibly sweet, kind, and fun as well. Iā€™ve been back one more time since my first time (pictures shown below), and sheā€™s now officially the only person who can touch my hair!

    I started seeing Anna after a really awful haircut at a local salon. I now drive 40 mins to get to this location. Anna has been expertly cutting my hair for several months to grow it out where it needs to be and help achieve the style I was supposed to have. She is never late and yet never rushes her clients. Sheā€™s the best and has the sweetest personality too. I know Iā€™m in good hands when Iā€™m in her chair.This salon is also BEAUTIFUL and so well kept. One of the things that I love is how clean and organized each stylist keeps their work station. You wonā€™t see nasty bottles of hair products thrown around the salon, everything is kept neat and orderly to enhance the ambiance.Between the ambiance and amazing staff, this salon is the best value. I never feel over charged and always leave feeling like I got a premium haircut/style. Canā€™t recommend this salon and Anna enough!

    My daughter and I walked in early Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment knowing that there would be a slim chance of getting in that day. I didnt mind as I knew I could wait a few more days to get our hair cut. The receptionist said they had an opening for us both at 4 pm that day which was super awesome! Our stylist, Alexis, was so amazing! Especially with Carries hair when it got super tangled after the wash! She and the assistant were super patient in getting the tangles out! I didnt even hear a peep from my daughter who usually is in tears when I try at home (and thats with detangling spray). Alexis asked us before she did anything if that was what we wanted. I appreciated that very much. We both love our new looks and our hair feels so much better now that some of the length is gone. I will definitely be coming back when its time for another hair cut. The ladies were amazing, the place was very clean, and it felt very welcoming!

    I recently switched to this salon after looking for what felt like forever for someone who just got me and what I was looking for! The stylist, Alexis Patrick, who they booked me with was a godsend! She nailed the blonde vision I had and that was the best blowout Iā€™ve had! Her conversation was so fun, the appointment seemed to go by so fast. The products she recommended and sold me have really been helping with my postpartum hair loss. Iā€™m so thankful for Alexis and highly recommend her!

    While visiting family in Florida, I discovered this gem of a salon! Never have I felt more welcomed. Jessie was fantastic. She listened to what I was looking for in a haircut as well as reducing the harsh lines from my last highlight treatment while trying to transition to natural. I love my haircut! One of the things I found to be really good - the transparency of costs. Everything was clearly represented, right down to the shampooer (Im sorry I cant remember her name, best shampoo Ive had in years!) sharing additional optional treatments and their costs. This salon truly thinks about the client and there are no surprises here. Ill definitely plan my salon visits to coordinate with my trips down here.

    Great salon! I used Hailey for Foilyage, cut and blow dry. She asked lots of questions to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted. She gave me great color while keeping some root just as I asked for, but also managed to blend it beautifully. My natural hair is medium brown. Second photo in outdoor lighting.

    Alexis Patrick is an amazing colorist and beautician. She had done my long blond highlights for many years and I highly recommend her services. She pays close attention to my color and cut desires and she always amazes me with my results. The salon is extremely clean fresh and everyone is super friendly.     New permanent hair salon! Bailey was amazing! Went in for a hair cut, blow dry and straightening and she was able to fit me in for a toner last minute and everything turned out wonderful! She also got my mom in last minute, which my mom ended up loving as well! Not to forget the mimosaā€™s she offered which was like the cherry on top!

    Best Salon Ever and Iā€™ve been to a lot of Salons!!! Best customer service Iā€™ve ever experienced. From the time I entered the door until I left I felt special. Went in with damaged hair from another Salon. Traci & Bret knew exactly what to do. Although I needed a major hair cut due to breakage Traci did a wonderful job giving me a really cute cut and style. Bret recommended products to get my hair in the right condition. Before leaving I made a follow up appointment. This Salon is a keeper for sure. Believe me you wonā€™t be disappointed.

    LONG but worth the read.I first have to preface with being honest with myself. I *was* a hairdressers worst nightmare. Habitual EX dark box dye-er, loved me some drugstore shampoo, serial hair stylist switcher, and lastly Id always ask myself why spend extra money on a heat protectant??!!But then I had a baby. And postpartum hair is real. Real dry. Real breakage. Real shedding. Real bad. (probably had nothing to do with any of my old habits listed above, right???)And then enters Kourtnee. Ive known Kourtnee since college and I said for years that I was going to go to her for all of my hair needs. But work conflicted driving to St.Augustine, and I was lazy to drive all the way out there. (SHAME ON ME) Because this girl is passion in human form. Next thing I know, my dreams come true and I find Kourtnee now 15 min down the road from work and with appointment times after I get off. So I did the damn thing. I made my appointment and went and was literally saved. My color is rich and dimensional, even for just all over color. She trimmed up my ends and bangs, putting literal LIFE back into my dull, dead, nutrient stripped hair.She introduced me to KĆ©rastase Genesis for hair fall. Within one week of using this shampoo, my hair took a turn for the best. I noticed 1/2 less shedding in the shower and during the day. Recently, I went to go pick up another bottle but I was informed that they hadnt received a shipment in a while. I was bummed but the guest service expert (whos name I cannot remember, I blame my baby brain) recommended the Resistance line to me. And even sold me on a heat protectant styling cream. It has now been two washes since I bought my shampoo, conditioner and styling creme and I am yet again, impressed.A long narrative to say, this salon is modern, beautiful, stylish, and friendly. Kourtnee and my mystery helper were all that and more. You have turned a drugstore shampoo girl, into a quality salon product woman. You have given life back to my hair while I focus on taking care of the life I brought into the world. I will see yall at my next appointment!

    Danielle has been styling my hair since we moved to Jacksonville in April. She is excellent with color and gives an awesome haircut. My granddaughter needed a haircut to begin school. She doesnā€™t get her haircut often and was very nervous. Danielle was so patient and kind. By the end, my granddaughter was singing and asking when she can come back.     Bailey is absolutely amazing in everything thing she does with my hair. Today she cut, colored, and put in some highlights. It looks absolutely perfect and what I wanted. Not only does do a great job but makes you laugh and feels completely comfortable sitting in her chair.And she also cuts my 5 year old autistic sons hair. I wish I could share the video on Google of how good she was with him. She let him feel the clippers before hand. Moved with when he moved, never got frustrated with him having to move or when he stemmed. She is just so caring and fun loving. Always a great experience.

    I went to Alexis for a much needed haircut. I was so incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable she was and how well my haircut turned out. I got curtain bangs for the first time in my life and she taught me how to properly style them as well as which products would be best for my hair. The staff there are so friendly, the interior of the business is beautiful, and you really get your moneys worth at this salon! I highly recommend!

    The salon is new and has a sleek clean modern look. Everyone was very friendly from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. My stylist, Bailey, did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted and executing it. I chose to go very outside of my comfort zone and she made me feel comfortable and confident with my choice. From the complimentary mimosa to the scalp massage, they have all the little touches that make getting your hair done that much more enjoyable.     Iā€™ve never met someone more talented then Taylor. She is the absolute best, and never lets me leave the salon until she knows that I love my hair. She recently did a huge cut on my normally long hair and although I was extremely nervous, I knew that I could trust her in making it look BOMB. - which she definitely did.The salon as a whole is absolutely beautiful and everyone makes you feel extremely comfortable, including front desk staff. If youā€™re looking for a salon, and an extremely talented stylist Taylor is your girl.

    Tammy did my hair and she is amazing! She helped pick a style and color that worked for me, how much I wanted to spend, and how much I wanted to maintain it. Everyone at the salon was very friendly and talkative. Because I have very long hair, I spent 4hrs at the salon. However, it felt very short because Tammy and the other stylist are wonderful at keeping you entertained and talking throughout the process! Will definitely return and recommend this salon to others.

    Kourtnee is awesome!! I followed her from her previous salon in St. Aug and itā€™s absolutely worth the drive. You can tell from the minute you walk into the salon that they truly care about your overall experience. Everything from the lighting to chair comfort to the music is calculated. They even disperse lavender and lemongrass through the air vents!!! Without a doubt, the nicest salon Iā€™ve been to. All the girls who work there are kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I couldnā€™t recommend it more!

    Kourtnee is amazing. She has completely transformed my hair. She is very easy to talk to and when Iā€™m not sure what I want she takes the lead and somehow gets it perfect every time! She suggested products for my hair that have completely changed my hair for the better but itā€™s never a sales pitch so donā€™t worry about that! Iā€™m obsessed with how she styles my hair! The atmosphere at the salon is so welcoming and the receptionists are alway so sweet!

    I have been seeing my stylist Carissa for years but this was my first time at Ten Salon since she moved here. This place is a 10 out of 10! Beautiful, clean, inviting and relaxing atmosphere. The shampoo chairs are amazing! Iā€™m so happy that Carissa, the greatest stylist ever, has become part of Ten Salonā€™s family. I love it here!

    Iā€™ve never been one to go to a salon. As a mother of 3, Iā€™m lucky if I can get my hair trimmed once a year at a super cuts. I went an saw Kourtnee and from start to finish I felt so comfortable, so relaxed and she was no judgemental. I was open about using cheap shampoo/conditioner and she didnā€™t bat an eye. When I expressed my hair goals to her, she educated me on product to use to meet those goals as well. I already booked my next appointment with her and I know itā€™s going to be a great experience. I never knew how therapeutic it could be to get my hair done till this experience and I donā€™t see myself stopping anytime soon. Go book with Kourtnee ASAP! You wonā€™t regret it!

    The salon itself is beautiful and in addition to this all of the staff are so kind and welcoming! Kourtnee did my hair and not only is she extremely knowledgeable on hair color, products, and hair health, she is also a sweet, genuine human. Never have I been to a salon where I was shown swatches of different colors and was able to choose the ones that I wanted. The entire experience was stress free, relaxing, and empowering. I can not recommend Kourtnee and the salon enough!

    Got my hair done with Kourtnee and it was an AMAZING experience. She is super professional and kind. She was upfront about how things would be done and broke down exactly what she would be doing and how much everything would be. The overall atmosphere is soothing and makes you feel so pampered and taken care of. Cant wait to come back in June to get pampered again by Kourtnee and team!

    The Neptune Salon is state of the art. Having two salons seems to have only given customers more choices. Both have the same gold standard level of service, from the front desk to hair care professionals. I like a mix of going to both. A lot of familiar faces and some very nice new ones. Rebecca at that front desk today was so helpful and knowledgeable with product.

    Kourtnee AKA @thecolourchemist is Gods gift to hair! She is so personable and takes the time to educate herself and her clients, so everyone gets the most out of their experience. Ive been going to her for a little over a year for my extensions and seriously dont know how I lived without her. Shes fluent in ASL and works tirelessly for inclusivity in the industry!
